Got a chip in my wind shield and they repaired it for a reasonable price. After a few months, the original chip started to spread (which can happen) and they stood by their work and repaired it a second time for free. Sincerely appreciate any company that is willing to stand by their work.

Quick to get the job done, very responsive, good price. Place looks like an old hole in the wall but you won’t be disappointed with the work, and they will even vacuum clean any broken glass if you had a break-in.

They get it done quick ...just dont go to the shell station car wash and get your window blown out by the dyer..; ( and you wont need a 300.00 glass replacement.. 😭

Living in SF, I had my different cars broken into several times over the years, and this is now my default to-go place for a repair. Good quality, timely & quick, honest, and reasonably priced. I hope not to see these guys again :D but if I have to, I will do it without the slightest doubt.

Not only did they have the rear windshield in stock for my Volvo XC60, they installed it in under an hour after quoting 2-3 hours. Saved hundreds of dollars over the dealership service center, plus I would have had to wait days to have it fixed! Thanks TLC!

I DRIVE A TOYOTA CAMRY. Literally the most common car in America.Then, 9:00 rolled around, and I called TLC. The mechanic on the line asked what I drove, and then said they had an opening immediately. I threw some towels on the mess of glass in the driver seat, and went right over.They were super quick about everything, and actually charged me more than $200 LESS than what Safelite had quoted me, and I had my car cleaned of glass and good as new, less than an hour earlier.@TLC, you could charge a little more. Accepted my car at the agreed upon time and returned it the same. 1 week ago and the new window works just fine. Tried Safelight last time I busted it(?) and my window didn’t work properly. Window is fine now and that’s after having a bullet go through the passenger door.

I had my window busted out while I was visiting the area. It was later in the day and I was running out of options. TLC autoglass saved my trip. They got the car in with in the hour. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. They did really good work on the window and it was a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer Service! I called on a busy Monday, they finished replacing windows in a couple hours. Why other places have to wait for special order, TLC has them in stock and ready to install.

I have a very uncommon car, and TLC not only had my window in stock, it was also tinted. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. $200. Now if somebody could do something about the a-holes who are breaking into cars all over our fair city.....
