Unfortunately, living in San Francisco you must deal with car window break ins. It’s not a fun experience that I have have happen four or five times over the years. My first visit to Glass Plus about five years ago made this unfortunate event a positive one. It was a wet day and they wouldn’t receive my window until the next day. Michael asked if I needed to drop my car off and keep it over night (safe and dry) in the shop until he could replace my driver side window. That was a life saver considering I had to work that evening. Next day by noon I had a new window, fully installed and all glass pieces cleaned out of my car like nothing ever happen.My most recent visit was with my Lexus. I called the dealership who wanted over $900 for a back window, then I call the Glass Plus. They gave me options and explained the differences, $750 for dealership or $450 for after market. Next morning I dropped my car off at 830 am and by 2 pm they called me saying she was ready. Picked it up after work 5 pm and drove out of there with an identical back window feeling and looking great.Best customer service, most reasonable prices, and top quality work. Competitive pricing on glass, good service, used twice. My car was broken into, and after each time, I made an appointment with glass plus. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and by end of day, pick up my car with a new window, and all the shattered glass removed. I called around for price comparison, and these guys gave me the best price. Highly recommend, and would use again.

Second time Ive had a window replacement done here. Both times the work was done quickly and flawlessly. They even tracked down a replacement 1/4 panel window that no other shop (or even dealership) could find.

Jerry at Glass Plus provided excellent service and got my cracked car window fixed the same day. He even picked up and delivered the car to my apartment. The provider recommended by the insurance company would not have been able to fix it for more than a week, so I really appreciated the prompt and professional service! Highly recommended.

Did a wonderful job tracking down a quarter panel for my older Volkswagen from a used car. I appreciate the responsiveness and transparency thru the entire process and I highly recommend.

Professional and efficient. Even went the extra mile for me since my car window was smashed during a rain storm and the interior got pretty wet. They were able to replace the glass, clean the interior and get it dried out for me! Hopefully this wont happen again, but if it does Ill be back for sure.

I used Glass Plus when my Subaru STis windshield lost against a flying rock on the freeway. The great service and quality brought me back here for a cracked windshield on my Subaru Forester XT with Eyesight. Mike and Ernesto really knew what they were doing and are true SMEs. They knew the complications that may arise when using an aftermarket windshield with Subarus equipped with Eyesight so they got me the dealer part. I was on a time crunch so they met me at my work place. Im one of those people are extremely particular when it comes to replacement parts on my vehicle. Glass Plus is one of those places I can truly depend on and wont have to stress over. Hope I dont end up with any more cracked windows/windshields but if I do, theres no question who Im going to bring it to.

I really liked this place. Very friendly and professional service. Super expedient and convenient. I drove up, dropped my car off, and theyd replaced my broken car window that day and it was ready for pickup. They also did a nice job cleaning out all the glass inside from the breakage.

Someone broke in to my 2012 Land Rover, had to find a repair shop this place was recommended to me by main LR service in San Francisco. So briefly, very helpful staff, high quality and fast service. I would recommend to anyone.

Found my car window broken after closing time so came by first thing in the morning. They worked me in, no appointment, and returned $50 under quote. Very accommodating and honest. Hopefully wont have to but would use them again in a second.

Ive had nothing but problems with this company since the very beginning. I got a referral from Honda of Marin after a rock got kicked up from the road and hit my windshield. They came to my house to replace my windshield and when it was time to take the tape off the molding/trim, you could see it wasnt glued down properly. There were some parts of the molding/trim that didnt have any glue. They made another trip out and tried to put some more glue to see if that would do the trick, but it didnt. It looked completely awful and nothing like it did originally.Fast forward to a couple months ago when my rear view mirror inside my car fell off while I was out one day. They came to fix the mirror and when I went to inspect it afterward since I was at work, the tint trip on top of my windshield was damaged. Some of the tint had been peeled off on both sides of the mounting base for the mirror. I spoke to the owner and he agreed to cover the cost of getting the tint redone. Since I park my car in a carport, I didnt realize until I took my car in to get my tint repaired that the glass had a crack underneath the mounting base! Not only did they damage my tint but they also cracked the windshield while repairing my mirror. The owner denied that his employees were at fault for the damages. After having a field day with the owner for a few weeks about getting a refund for my windshield and taking it to another shop, I finally got my windshield completely redone. I had to pay an extra $250 out of my pocket because of their poor quality of work and unprofessionalism. I cant believe Honda recommends their customers to such a horrible company whose work is sub par and looks like a ten year old did it. I wish I could give this company zero stars. I just hope this review can prevent people from going to this company to repair their vehicles and they wont have to experience the same thing I went through.

While traveling thru San Fran on a road trip our SUV was broken into. Trying to find someone who had my back window in stock, AND would fix it that day (a Saturday) proved difficult. Glass Plus was recommended by the 3rd Nissan dealership I spoke with and they had the glass and guarantee me it would be fixed that day. Although it took longer than I first expected, they did complete the job within a few hours and had us on our way. Saved our vacation. :)

If your glass is broken, drive to their location, get your glass vacuumed up, go home/ work or wherever you want to go and they will come to you! and replace it quickly and without fuss. makes a very inconvenient situation somewhat more convenient. I would not go anywhere else!

Very unhelpful, rude, unprofessional and disorganized outfit. Please use anybody else. I ordered a replacement windshield for my car. Glass - didnt call me to tell me it arrived. I called them after a week and a half to find out that it just arrived....riiight, Im sure it did. I make an in-shop appt for three days later, a Friday, to have it installed. Friday rolls around and I get a call asking me if I can re-schedule for the following Tuesday to have someone come out and install it because theyre too busy. Cool, I can do that. So Tuesday rolls around and no action on the install. I call to check and, when Im finally off hold, get a rude person who seems to be doing me a favor by re-scheduling for later that day....or Thursday..well come out Thursday for sure. Thursday came and went with no install, and no phone call explaining why they missed the appt. No communications in the last few days either... so stay away from Glass -
