Working with Golden Gate Glass was a pleasure. They responded promptly and fixed the broken pane in our door within 48 hours. It was an old door with specialty glass, and we wondered if this would be a problem. Apparently not; they were on it immediately. The fix looks great.

I called around to several glass companies and decided to go to Golden Gate Glass and Mirror. I was quoted a price over the phone and the lady measured the glass, cut it to size, and wrapped it in brown paper. I thought I would have to leave and come back but she did it immediately. I was there less than 10 minutes. The only negative could be parking because I had a hard time finding a place to park. I finally parked in the alley by Golden Gate Glass and watched for anyone who might object.

These people are terrific! Effective, know how to ask the right questions, and surpassingly quick about turning around orders. Very fair in their prices. I recommend them for professional builders and the public
