My car was broken into when I was traveling in SF on a weekend. Most other auto repair shops were closed. They replaced my car window in two hours. Very happy with the service.

I have been taking my car here for 15+ years! I have refused, for a long time, to take my car anywhere else. I had to once, last year, take it somewhere closeby (I live outside San Francisco), and deeply regretted it! I trust Steven 110%, and credit him with why my car is still on its original clutch! He sometimes even talks me out of services because they arent necessary. I couldnt recommend a place more highly!

My car was broken into and the passenger side window was smashed. I discovered this on a Saturday morning and of course called my insurance company. They referred me to an auto glass repair place that wouldnt be able to get me in for two weeks. With the amount of driving I do, theres no way I could have waited that long. H & L Auto came to my rescue. They accepted my insurance rate. Not only that, I had a small window of time to pick up a rental car the same day, so I drove into the city with a ton of broken glass still in my car. They fixed my window and cleaned up the glass, even though I didnt ask them to clean up the glass, they just did it. They got the repair done in one day, over the weekend. I had my car back by Monday. They are awesome.
