I ordered an interior mirror from the website as I was unable to talk to anyone by phone. I called several times but only got a recording instructing me to send an email. Ive sent several emails regarding the status of my order and have not received a reply. I was charged for the mirror but cannot get any information regarding when it will be shipped. Very poor customer service.

I was disappointed. After placing an order via their web site, multiple weeks passed and my part was not shipped. Nor billed to my credit card. I emailed them twice for an update. I asked them to cancel my order. I called two times and left a phone message.I received no response. I proceeded to order my parts elsewhere. I assumed this business was closed up. Low and behold weeks later they billed my credit card, and Im stuck with parts on the way that I no longer need. This poor service cost me about an additional $120 and the parts are still on my shelf not needed now. I am not impressed. I will not give them another $1.

Ordered a rebuilt kit for a fuel pump that was to have gaskets and diaphragm. Received the diaphragm but not the gaskets. Emailed twice with no reply.

Not many places thats where.This place is really something special. Its like a museum in there. Nice guys too!

Found the slides for a 1932 three window ford

Anytime I needed parts for my 53 Victoria they had it. Even if I search 10 other places and struck out, they would have it. Sold that car and bought a 53 mainline. Now back to the store to make her right.
