Buy all your motorcycle carbon fiber parts from Tekarbon! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were always quick to respond to my concerns if an issue arises. I accidentally cracked a piece of the carbon fiber due to over tightening. I reached out thinking it’s a lost cause but they had offered to repair the problem no questions asked. That’s quality customer service right there! I am so thrilled my ebay order was fulfilled by them and will be ordering straight from their website from now on.

I can not disagree more!!! The products and service I have received has been below sub par for any type of business. I have been waiting for months for parts and spent over a grand only to still have inferior parts and non existing customer service . I feel over the last 6-8 months I have been more than understanding waiting on parts and waiting on the same parts again only to have them almost never answer the phone or return a call. I have had very similar experience with their email responses or the lack their of.

I recently bought five carbon fiber pieces for my 2017 Zx10r. The carbon fiber looks really good but the fitment was not good at all. The pieces had to be fabricated and two of the tabs on the rear fairing were put on backwards. They took five days to make these fairings and they made them completely wrong. I will be looking elsewhere for my parts. I do not recommend Tekarbon.

I picked up front farings for a 09zx10r and they where awesome well very very in happy nearly spending 2grand on carbon parts months ago even past the 4to 7 week completion date and all they can do is have a chat bot send a response to tell me they are not ready even tho company gave exact date in person all they could give me was 2 small parts this is very bad for business I will never recommend this place to anyone they dont make us wait to take our money but they make u wait well after the due date they gave very poor customer service dont by here company seems to be a 3rd party company

Junk product. Doesnt answer the phone or stand behind it. Wont answer any emails. Worst customer service ever
