Mitchell was awful to work with over the phone! He has an air of pretentiousness about him and insisted that I couldnt have purchased a faulty electronic ignition. I checked the wire resistance before installation and followed the instructions by the book. My tractor simply would not crank and so I uninstalled the electronic ignition and went back to points. Tractor is running fine now. I would not recommend Pertronix to anyone.

This is the second coil that has failed on me. It left me standed while boating to Catalina and cost me a 4 hour tow back. The coil failed and I decided to look inside the Pertronix distributor cap and was upset to see all the rust. This is a Marine distributor. Its only seen the ocean about 10 times total since installed and is always dryed stored and covered. Pure junk. Looks good from the outside but cheaply made in the inside.

Would be minus 5 stars if that was available... worst customer care company ever...Great products I am sure, if you can get ahold of them, no response to questions, no response to emails, no response to recommendations, no response to anything, impossible to know what to buy or even how to buy.I mean if they not even respond to a simple email, would they actually send your product?I strongly doubt it... and then ignore you further when you try follow up?This company is only interested in you dollars, they have no intention to help you or make you ignition system workIts like the Apple of carsThe only thing that counts is their stock value...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The AR clerk was so helpful and amazing to work with . The products are amazing.

We purchased and installed a compu-fire starter for a customer on 10/2015 and it failed on 9/2016 so we called in a claim and were instructed by Ian to send it back for repairs. A little over 2 months later and we finally got it back and into the bike and the same symptoms occured, so we called Ian back and were instructed to once again send the starter back but our customer doesnt want to wait any longer and Ian or compu-fire are of no help in overnighting our broken starter let alone getting us a replacement. I do not recommend this company or there products.
