They changed my watch battery with a very affordable price. Actually I didn’t expect that price as the place is very elegant. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and friendly.I highly recommend this place.

I came in for a watch battery service for a Victorinox. Cost $10 and was done in less than 5 mins. Service and cost was so awesome, I went back a few days later for watch needing a battery. Got the same welcome and service. I’ve been charged up to $35 to change a battery in the past. This is now my go place. I have a few automatics nearly due for service, I’ll be definitely taking it here.

Love them! Went to get a cross made for my husband. Price was very reasonable, I thought, and when I saw the quality I was blown away. Just incredible! Its a very (extremely) rare experience when I take something in for service, like my car, and actually feel good about leaving it there. Such was my experience at Tourbillon Jewelers with my Swiss watch. After talking with Sam, I left my 20+ year old watch with Golden Key Jewelers. This same watch had sat dead for 10 yrs because when I got it back from the reputable jeweler where I had left it before for service, it kept terrible time when I got it back. Sam at Golden Key Jewelers opened up my watch right in front of me to look at, and it was even missing a screw from the movements mounting. Prior to me leaving the watch at Golden Key Jewelers, I had also contacted the authorized service center for my watch in Maine, and their price was a bit higher, which really made no difference to me. After talking with Sam, I felt totally comfortable leaving my watch with him. In the end, its about getting great service, at a great price, from people who know what theyre doing, who do the work on their premises, and who stand behind their work. Thank you Golden Key Jewelers! Ill be back! (2/2/16 update) I cant believe my watch is keeping perfect time. When I got it new, itd be off a couple of minutes every 3 or 4 days. Now after weeks of wearing it, its spot on. Unbelievable!!!

I can see why Sammi has 5 stars. I went in for a consultation on a watch I received as a Christmas and he was incredibly kind and offered simple instructions on how to fix. Incredible customer service and a big smile go a long way. Sammi should be everyones watch guy!

Walked in and cheerfully greeted with a big smile by Sam. Super awesome guy! Immediately took my watch and affixed the back plate that would not seem to stay on. Other places could not fix it. He even found what they were missing and why they couldnt fix it... all free of charge! This watch was purchased on the day I graduated bootcamp many years ago so it means a lot to me. So happy to be wearing it again! Shop was very clean and tidy and even smelled really nice! A clean and well organized shop shows a lot about the ownership. Two thumbs up! I will definitely be back!

Went in to get settings done, and they did a great job. Each piece was returned with its own quality box which they provided.Went in again to replace batteries and was done in minutes. Owner also remembered me from last time which has been a while**excellent customer service and they back up their service and product. THey will be my go to from now on

The education that these guys provide when I was purchasing a diamond is unbelievable ! they are amazing and humble.. one guy was fixing my watch while the other is busy educating me about diamonds which I ended up buying one and they are busy working on making my ring.. definitely recommended

I called Sam at Golden Key Jewelers and he was extremely helpful over the phone. I was having an engagement ring resized and he was the only person of several to ask some very specific questions when he provided me an estimate.When I came in, Sam was very polite and a great help again, even remembering my name from when I called. He set the stone on the microscope to show me the GIA inscription before and after the resizing. Real honest repair service. I will definitely make them my go-to spot in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.My only con was the signage outside made the place difficult to find, and I had to call to make sure I wasnt missing it.Thanks Sam!

I have had my wedding ring in our family for 5 generations. Needless to say this piece is priceless. Over the years the ring had taken some punishment. It lost a few diamonds and the etching was severely faded. The team at Golden Key were able to replace the diamonds and hand engrave the original etchings. I have to say they repair my family ring to its original quality in two days. Perfect timing for my 10 year anniversary.Thanks Guys!
