Just pure amazing. Tom is a knowledgeable and talented jeweler. He was able to design both my engagement ring and wedding band. I have a very unique set since we made it from scratch. They are all very kind and caring and customer satisfaction is a priority for them. I highly recommend them to you!! Cant wait to go back for some wedding jewelry.

Terrible Customer Service...On Wednesday, I called this store to ask about getting an appraisal for a diamond engagement ring for an insurance. The guy who picked up the phone told me their gemologist only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So my fiance visited the store the evening of the following Thursday. They took a few pictures of the diamond and the GIA certificate and told my fiance that their gemologist will take a look at it the following day. (Wait, didn’t they just tell me their gemologist only works on Tue and Thursdays? But whatever). This was flag number 1. We were told we can come back on Fri to pickup the appraisal and we did. By the way, our commute wasn’t short, from downtown to UTC and vice versa just to get this appraisal. On Fri evening when my fiance and I both showed up, the same guy who helped my fiance greeted us to the store and I wanted to bring up the miscommunication thing to him because he told me something different on the phone vs. in person when we dropped by to get the pictures of the diamond. Then immediately after I politely asked about the miscommunication, the guy became so defensive and asked “what’s wrong?” “I don’t want any trouble in my store”. We were just trying to understand the root cause of the miscommunication because it was important for us to get the appraisal from a trusted and verified gemologist for the insurance purposes. But the way he reacted and handled the situation was completely unprofessional. After a two minute short conversation, he decided and said “I don’t wanna do business with you I’m sorry” and we were both shocked with my fiance. He refused to give us the appraisal and he caused us the whole commute from downtown (twice) and he just lost many customers. His tone was aggressive and his behavior was completely unprofessional. This jeweler only deserves 1-star. (Actually it doesn’t even deserve a star but there is no option to give a zero-star).

I was down in SD last week on business as it is one of my territories and after eating a nice meal at one of my favorite restaurants there at the mall was doing the normal after meal digest stroll, and with the thought of my moms birthday coming up and thinking about what I would get her, I wondered into Amini, Im not a big jewelry person, especially for birthdays, Im more of a nice card and big hug kinda son. But after a couple years of that I felt getting a little bracelet or earnings would be a nice change.Now I was impressed with the level of service even for something really small and not that expensive, compared to a nice diamond ring or what not. Tom was really helpful and friendly and I was able to find a beautiful bracelet that would be perfect! The quality was noticeable! I had to guess the size of wrist but if I/she needed it adjusted they would take care of it! Thanks so much guys and gals :)

Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable. Provided us good options and didnt even hesitate to clean our engagement ring. Previous stores always seem annoyed, but he did not. The lighting isnt the best in the store so it takes away from the true brilliance if the rings in some spots of the stores. However, high quality products. Bought my wedding band here
