Im a regular here and I usually find everything Im looking for. The reason I gave it such a low score is because theres something seriously wrong with the ground beef. I dont know if they need to check their fridge temps or the source of the meat but that beef always taste rotten/spoiled. This has happened to me over 5 times in one year. Buyer beware.

I love this neighborhood market. It is so well organized and clean. I thought itbwas weird that the Tylenol is behind a locked glass cabinet but I know Im at the right place when I see the Limousin out front with the tent over it selling all sorts of items and the taco truck across the street.

Nice grocery store. Went to the Supercenter afterwards for some other essentials.

This was by far the most shady Walmart I’ve ever visited. Call me a weirdo but when I travel I always visit their Walmart because …. I don’t know why, I just do. I guess I like to compare and see how different they are. Well this one was disappointing. There’s random strangely behaving people outside the door. The workers weren’t friendly and seemed to be irritated. I give two stars because I was able to get some of the things I went there for. This one was the closest to our hotel. But next time, we’ll travel the distance to a different Walmart

Not disability and or service dog friendly. Cant shop without leaving my essential companion and all belongings behind. Hypoallergenic and crated dog by the way. I just get spring water, boost glucose control and things like peanut butter. I dont cause problems or be in ways. Most other WalMart s are better.

Like i said this store is small but is helps alot on buying food supply and some other needs. Is Good that we have this walmart need our neighborhood.

It was close to the rental, had what was needed...was good, except the lack of cashiers, long checkout lines.

Walmart has everything in stock whenever I shop there. I notice every single Employees treating all...customers equally the same (me included.) With human decency and kindness with the utmost respect. Thats why I continue being a loyal Walmart shopper. All my personal experiences with Walmart Employees has been all...bonafide good.

So convenient to shop at. Smaller Walmart so really fast to find the stuff you need.

If you need organic produce do NOT count on this store. Most of the time it is disorganized on top of fact the produce is expired and should not be sold to the public. When this is brought to the attention of employees or management it’s met with blank stares and brush offs. The homeless is a major problem here as well as thievery and as a result the staff is extremely irritable, dressed out & overall just not helpful. This place needs help but I doubt any body cares about enough it, it’s just sad.

They have all the vitamins behind window panels. Then they have that little button pad hanging there which you can press countless times and Not a single human being will come. Waited over 15 min.THIS PLACE NEEDS MANAGEMENT RENEWAL URGENT.Its giving Walmart a bad name.

Walmart Neighborhood Market is within walking distance from where I live. You can usually find everything you need, the their prices keeps me to shop there.Let me reviseeverything you need, since this a neighborhood market it is like a food store. They do also a pick up desk and a pharmacy. Sorry about the confusion.

Incredibly rude staff member and terrible experience. They didnt know how to use their own system to scan a coupon so had to wait 10 mins for the manager to come and tell them. The person helping me was nice but didnt know the system. Got terrible attitude and judgement from another staff member while waiting about the coupon not working when it actually already scanned. After I left I saw the manager outside barbecuing and thats why it took so long for her to help.

I dont go there i walked past it. They feel they had a legal right to put visine in my drinks and food. I breath easier without the diahrea. Please stop asking thanks

This place is always a trip when I go in here. I go everywhere with my Frenchie, Hazel, so were used to getting a lot of attention, but the attention we get here is not necessarily the kind we enjoy. Plus, the gunshots in the next parking lot over really was the cherry on a PTSD cake.

This Walmart neighborhood is located right outside of downtown San Deigo. This neighborhood Walmart has everything you need if you’re going full on grocery shopping or need a few items. Security enforced, pharmacy, customer service and a helping manager by the name of Paula always on hand to help customers looking for items. They only have 7 lanes and 5 self service lanes so be prepared for a line, be patient.

Very helpful. They have restrooms for customers but I saw non customers using them. Which is cool. Very friendly. Had a small town feeling for being in such a big city. All in all Excellent.

First of all. This Walmart is easier to get to. The bus stop there and back are yards away from the store. They have a great selection of fruit an veggies. I live this place.

They dont sell any dry goods. But even the basics. Its just a grocery store they need to have the basics Dry Goods. You need to be more like a Dollar General where you have sweatpants, socks, underwear, womens clothes, childrens clothes, seasonal items, Etc. And the like. Its almost a waste of time going in that store sorry. Thats my honest opinion have a nice day.

The associates dont care about your customer experience. Apparently my safety is now their #1 concern which is what is repeated through a speaker throughout the store and parking lot. An associate was walking down the aisle with their head in the phone looked up at me and if I wouldnt have moved would have knocked me over. Back in the day that wasnt acceptable even if your on your break you would stop smile move out of the way. Not anymore. I hope this place trains employees about customer service soon

Floor was clean. When i ask for help from the associate they help me find it even if its not at their store. I dont get racial profile in their store plus it help me see how they treat other customers and so far they have all been courteous to their customers. They help find a price on a item and dont treat you like you are bothering them. I love this store.

Watched 5 different employees do like 10 laps doing nothing for the last half hour while 1 employee helps at customer service returning an entire cart of Gatorade.

This is really nothing more than a grocery store. Not he typical Walmart. The prices are Walmart reasonable tho and the staff are friendly.

The store is a typical Walmart store with typical prices and offerings. Its well maintained with friendly staff. I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5 because of the clientele which includes some sketchy / scary people (the ones who talk to themselves or act in ways which suggest theyve ingested something that affects behavior) and the limited parking.

I always enjoy coming to this Walmart because they have a great selection of frozen food. I come here on the weekends and the lines are never too long. Everyone is friendly, and the store is well maintained.

This place did not have any meat in stock I mean that’s ridiculous! Homeless people/drifters hanging around made us very uncomfortable & unsafe, overall horrible experience with a bad location! Rough area good luck!

Went to this location the first time about a week ago and it surprised me it didnt have clothes, like none it was just a grocery toiletry items store there isnt anything close around that sales clothes,so in my opinion it would have a ton of more customers if it sold thing other Walmarts sold,like clothes, electronics etc. But if ur looking for great deals in grocerys this is the store to beat

Located directly in the center of one of the sketchiest parts of San Diego is your friendly neighborhood walmart. The surrounding neighborhoods of tent cities and shanty towns all have an Ewok Village sort of vibe where Covid-19 is the least of your worries.They cash my paycheck with one form of ID which is nice and disconcerting at the same time. There is a $4 charge if its under $1,000 and thats kind of a decent price. My main complaint is with the policy of counting out my money, very loudly... giving everyone in line including all the homeless junkies a chance to hear exactly how much money I am going to be carrying through Ewok Village. Luckily I made it this time...

Parking is a nightmare and there are very few pickup spots, most of which people had just used for regular parking.

Keep driving! Do not stop! There is a photoshoped picture of this Walmart on the Google Maps site. I do not know when or where this photo was taken. But it took a lot of work to make the store look nice in the photo.

They moved it took off the shelves or just atop sealing it at that store dont know exactly but what I do know my product wasnt in the place I knew it was which I find very grateful I didnt even ask anyone if they moved it or had it in stock ......which makes my day a whole lot easier productive ...THANKS

Dirty, disorganized, chaotic, and unsafe environment.Firstly, the parking lot is chaotic and unsafe with limited parking, people selling things from their cars, and loittering excessively. Secondly, the interior is dirty and has very poor traffic flow for navigating the store. Save yourself the trip here and go to Albertsons.

The location is a bit sketchy, but the store is nice inside. The bathroom could be cleaner though. Good luck finding parking right in front. However, the parking lot across from the store is larger.

Generally clean with friendly employees, but it was a pain to get relatively basic items. Makeup mirrors, facial lotion, and a variety of other products are set behind glass to have an employee retrieve for you, which can take awhile. Then, they have to bring it to a cashier and you have to ask for it when you check out. I get that on expensive items, but mine totaled $8. They had all of the other grocery items I needed and the check out went quickly, but that whole ordeal for basic products was annoying.

Really nice store with great prices.

I got what I needed. The staff there always seem unhappy. They scowl and look at me like Im getting ready to steal something. Maybe its the neighborhood. They act more like prison guards then customer service reps. Why do they have to yell when they talk 🤔.

Very well placed within our neighborhood!! Though the crossing the street parking is an issue for me for there is no ramp or crosswalk except on the corner of the street which though it has a pedestrian crossing no switch or light to stop traffic and I see a lot of families with little kids crossing while theyre pushing their carts being very very cautious... The people are very friendly and again the grocery is very well stocked.

Very clean, parking was easy, had the items I needed for travel size items, mini fridge replacement food and drinks.

Place was a little bit scary . Everything was locked up, even a$1.88 bottle of eye drops. Couldnt get in the door with out someone begging for money. Yikes!! Got in and out Fast.

This is a large supermarket. There is everything here, including clothes, toys, fishing rods. We also have Walmart not far from our house. But he is only grocery. Of course this place is far from our home. We were passing through this store.And we were delighted to visit this place.

I really like the store and it has everything you need and I was really impressed of everything that you guys have had I could have shopped all day so many neat stuff and everything you need its a place to go you need to stock up on food and its really really reasonable I had a basket full of food and I only spent $170 and anywhere else it probably would have been a lot more I was really impressed of all the merchandise they had all the goodies everything that you would need I will definitely go back again

I asked three people where fingernail clippers were, and none of them could take me to them. Ive never experienced the locked isles before, but they were So inconvenient. Had to wait Forever after pushing the button to get help. I dont think the button even worked

Well its a nice store but no cloths and bike parts for being so close to the low income people trying to get help getting around the city. And finding work is hard enough with out money to bus to another part of town for things like that. So mostly food and family stuff at this one. I go there to cash my check, thats about it for me. Pretty safe they watch your back packs for you. And that was nice, but very friendly place:-)

The people in the pharmacy are very kind . The sandwiches that Walmart make are extremely delicious. But personally I would love for them to have more guacamole also for there salsa to be more spicy. Its in a bad neighborhood. They follow you around and are not very friendly. They are low in stock often and its so crowded that if you need them to open the glass cases for anything《which you will because everything is locked up》 you will wait forever. I know its not the best location but geez!!!!

Well, Walmart is Walmart. I usually avoid going to a Walmart store, if I can. Ends up that this Walmart was the easiest and closest stop to pick up something while on my way to a dinner. Dont be discouraged, as I was at first. I was expecting long lines, limited products, nothing to be impressed over (who gets impressed with a walmart?!)This stop I expected to be a, ugh, geez! type of moment. Which really isnt to big of a deal because Im wasnt doing any grocery shopping. Just a quick go to store for a item, not many. My expectation was based mostly on the location of this Walmart. Im not usually impressed with Wal-Mart stores as it is. My take on this neighborhood market Walmart? Ha! is a grocery store I wouldnt mind doing some grocery shopping at!Well stocked and plenty of good deals. I admit it, I am impressed with this Walmart.I do however, have a warning about this Walmart neighborhood market. The parking lot for this place is very small.

Good store, always have alot of Customers, the parking lot is small,but there is an additional parking lot adjacent to the store and also parking on the Sues of the store. Heavy homeless population security is present on the grounds. Their prices for Alcohol are competitive I buy my wine from Walmart its function the store that is, primarily Groceries.
