Anime! Anime! Anime! This store has tons of anime stuff my kiddos had so much fun!!! Kinda pricey. $60 tshirts but they have tons of selection! They have food, drinks, merchandise, toys, school supplies, personal care, apparel, collectors items. Bring lots of money as youll be spending a lot more than you think you would.

They dont really have that much anime stuff anymore after they remodeled.... and almost the entire snack section is gone, replaced by home stuff like kitchen things, hygiene products and stuff.. kinda disappointing. a big downgrade, really. i used to be super excited going here often because theres not many stores nearby that sell anime things. its almost like another marukai living store. boring.

My favorite outlets in Tokyo Central & Main. The size is just as big as Tokyo Central & Main and there are many compartments of stores. I love how this outlet has high price brands that other outlets usually dont have. This place has pretty much all of the brands that you can find at any kind of mall. I was in heaven. And my pocketbook really enjoyed some of the prices.A huge parking lot is another plus although they all get packed during the holiday seasons.

Me and my family try to travel to San Diego atleast once a year and we always make it a point to stop here for the anime toys,snacks and cool finds.. but it looks like they have remodeled and have pretty much made a small section for all plush Sanrio and toys. The rest is now house items, beauty and almost like a everyday store. We usually have a big haul after every visit and this time we were only able to find 3 items . There arent many stores like what this place used to be. I really hope they bring back more anime items, snacks and such.

I been to this store for years, i recently went and i was a little disappointed, the store used to be filled with anime and sanrio stuff, lots and lots of plushies and a big anime section, i get it that the place got remodeled but there’s barely any anime or sanrio stuff as it used to.

They “remodeled” the store, and the anime section was reduced to almost nothing, disappointing for sure.

I got some great snacks there! 💕😍 So cute, and I could even find vegan-friendly options. The staff is always nice here too. A lite of cute gifts and other non-snacky things. I am usually here for snacks though! 😊

This place is like stepping into every shop in Tokyo all rolled into one - I loved it! Halloween is just around the corner and theyve got what you need, with added Japanese flair. And theres plenty of good stuff for the rest of the year too. I walked in out of curiosity and ended up going back to my car for four shopping bags to hold $50 work of treats for my family - and me of course!

Ever since all of the Sanrio stores in San Diego closed down, Ive been trying to find places to buy Sanrio things. And I came across this! This store is actually PERFECT!!! They have a lot of Sanrio stuff, but they also have a lot of anime stuff too! I believe that they used to be another store with an Sanrio Surprises store attached. Im not too sure though! Some things are super cheap, while others are kind of expensive. I bought a Hello Kitty plush which was about $20 (a little bit more with tax I think) But it was totally worth it! I bought a Rillakumma plush that was like $14 or $15 the first time I went there (I dont remember exactly) And it was super cool. Pretty good quality stuff! I also bought another cute plushie for $15! Most plushies are like $14/$15-$20 I think. Even if you dont like Sanrio or anime, it is still defiantly a super good store! Theres probably something for everyone. Its a very kawaii store. Super kawaii. They also have a lot of sort of random kawaii plushies too. 10/10 i recommend!!!

Bought a convex rear view mirror for my Kia Soul. It even has 9 miniature plastic diamonds on its bottom edge that seems like the Queen of Bling would have...If you ever want to see me, close your eyes, and picture me Rollin. 😎

Love, love, love this store!! I recently went to Japan for 2 weeks and was introduced to the culture and bath/beauty products. I loaded up on 50lb worth of stuff and brought home, only to find Tokyo Central & Main a few miles from home!! This is my new favorite store in San Diego!!

This place is amazing for japanese imports. Would recommend people to come check this out for gifts and merchandise. The imported snacks and beverages are amazing top quality too. Have fun gazing at every little merchandise stocked!

Absolutely one of my favorite stores in San Diego. So many cool and unique things here and since Japan is the ultimate consumer culture you can rest assured that everything is of the best quality.

Very large variety and selection of Japanese snacks and candy. Also had Japanese beauty products and anime toys and figures. Will make it my one stop shop for anime merch and snacks in San Diego!! Parking wasnt too bad, missed it the first time around. Had to go around twice. Have really good specials on food and snacks!

Great experience. Felt like I was back in Japan shopping at Don Quijote. Its got your usual skincare, makeup, and snacks that you would find at a Don Quijote. The prices are a little more but its understandable with the products having to sail across the ocean to get here. If only I live in California.

Store has been redone.. unfortunately they removed a lot of the snacks that we went to buy...soups...frozen ice cream...bummer

I love this store. Always remind me of home (Oahu ). Even though some of their products are from Hawaii, like the drinks ( Hawaiian Passion) plus a few more. Their stuff animals are soft and can be use for a gift. So why not visit their stores you might see something that you like. Mahalo!!

We love our Tokyo Main Japanese snack attack store. Its somewhere we go to have fun and ship without breaking the bank.

Its amazing! The products are super cute and great, as well as affordable! But I will say dont come after Christmas if you want to buy plushi because they sold out most of them. Its still amazing and I would recommend for any anime enthusiast or for love of candy to to go!

Great place for authentic Japanese products and merchandise.

The availability of local food from Hawaii is excellent; poi, portuguese sausage, kalua pork and lau-lau.Am disappointed in not being able to buy KJs Nappa Mild Kimchee which is very excellent and better than the kimchee in Hawaii. The latest brand on the shelf is horrible, weve been there 3 weeks in a row looking for KJs brand with no luck. Luckily a cousin of mine in Huntington Beach said they have plenty in their store.

Good selection of Japanese snacks, beverages, and treats. Also carry an assortment of stuff from beauty products, to anime merch. Their anime section always seems to be low on stock or sold out when I go though.

What a fun adventure it was looking around in this Japanese inspired store! So many cool things to look at! Like; anime, pillows, candies, chips, gundam model kits and even asian ice cream! And the prices were very reasonable! Cant wait to go again when we visit California next year!

First time visiting in a long while, neat redesign. The costume section is small and limited but it might have something for you if youre not particular. They do seem to be trying to provide a wide variety of goods, but dont expect cutting edge or on-trend items. Lots of stuffed animals and small items for kids.

This store is amazing. I have a niece in from Germany who loves Manga those of you who know what that is. They have a nice selection of products of that. Got her some statues of them. Then took her to the store and she bought a lot of stuff she 💘 the store. They also have a huge selection of snacks to choose from you will go home with something trust me. Great shopping.

This place is your hookup if youre into Japanese culture and food. They have a nice selection of food, candy, accessories, and cute stuffed animals.The other day I took my toddler here and she loved looking at all the stuffed animals. Decent collection of the latest Hello Kitty items. Odd flavors of chips, drinks, and candy usually only available overseas. I like their selection of massage items. Theres car accessories, writing supplies, makeup, skin care products, and toys.Theres a little something for everyone here if you look hard enough.This store proves the superiority of Japanese culture over ours.

Since Im a Otaku, I love this place! There is anime merchandise, snacks, beauty cosmetics, and other products. I hope that they will have more Demon Slayer merch!!

I love this place. I get my skin care for a cheaper price and they have cooler things that are from Japan from toys to food to drinks.

A great place to buy Pokie.

We often spend an hour or more when going here as theres a lot to check on. But it is the perfume oils we come here for. From cute Hello Kitty items, stuffed toys, erasers to even cups they have it. They also have Hawaiian aisle and last time we visited theres a candy tree where you can grab or pick the candy of your choice with a grabber. With the parking space, the earlier you come the better as finding a spot could be hard later in the day specially Tokyo Central shares parking with two other buildings.

Felt like I walked into a store in Japan

There are three Japanese stores in this shopping center. The middle one has a nice clean bathroom. It also has Japanese skin care products and housewares at super cheap prices. Its similar to a dollar store although not everything is a dollar. Ive found lots of bargains here. Recently theyve added some cute tee shirts to their inventory. One of the other 3 stores is a grocery store. I get my rice and other special grocery staples there.

Everytime I go there it takes me back to my time in Japan. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Imho, a lot of American stores can take note and follow.

This is the best place for anything Japanese. We love their stuffed animals, their snacks and treats and all the cool stuff.

I could spend hours in this place. Gundam, a full line of Tamia products, crazy pens and pencils. Great people. Many, many oddities and gift type swag thats different from your standard U.S. mall / department store stuff. If youre looking for something unusual to get for a gift or party, this place is great!

If you are a hobbyist they have great Japanese model selection from bandaid and other great toys from Japan. They also have costumes figures Japanese accessories and other items. One of the other stores there is the grocery store and the 3rd store is the home appliances and misc stuff. Go check it out

I love shopping here. Its very clean, well stocked, great selection. And the guy at the register is an absolute sweetheart. Always happy, smiling and polite.
