Thanks to this Targets great location, I was able to walk here with my family from our hotel while we waited for our rental car. It is huge! Ive never seen one with two stories. Throughout the week I was able to experience shopping in nearly every department, including visiting the Starbucks inside and customer service to return a board game. All the cashiers were very kind and helpful. We also fell in love with the Taco Bean Dip they offer and ultimately bought all they had!

Can someone please re-paint the parking lines at this Target? Just moved to SD and this is my Target store, but wow, do I hate parking here. My kids can draw better lines to follow than this.

Great selection, always a good sale, and good value of products. Its mom heaven... from groceries to diapers to swimsuits and home decor, they have it all and are turning much more sustainable which I appreciate. Also the employees are always very helpful and kind.

HUGE 2 LEVEL STORE ! We popped in here on Saturday to pick up some toiletries and a few other small items. I needed some staff help in the toy dept upstairs to find a certain item ( birthday gift ) for my little grand daughter. It has been renovated extensively since our last visit about 12 months ago. Friendly service at the checkout !

Great Target. I only took off one star because every time I come here, a car pulls up next to me when im in the parking lot asking for gas money, and it is always like the same three people.

Waste of time for electronics, just needed an audio cord and looked for assistance but no one was around aside from one guy who couldnt help ring me up ot get the merchandise out of the security box. Waited at the register just to see no one anywhere running the area. Eventually just left the cord on the card scanner and left. Am I supposed to break the security box? Take the whole thing to the front registers? Horrible service at 8 pm September 22nd. Just check out Walmart or best buy for your technology needs.

Wide assortment of products in most departments. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They look up items and quickly guide you to your product. All Target stores are always clean.

Target is open until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, so I chose to go late. That meant that parking was very easy, and I got a place very close to the front door, less than 100 ft.All I wanted to shop for, was a bathroom scale. There was a kiosk at the door and I asked the lady where I could find one. She told me exactly where to go, so it was very easy to find. Who says men dont ask for directions?They had digital scales for a price of only $20 and I bought one. Sorry. That should be $19.99.I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. I used the self-service checkout.

Great experience today. We just found a lot of the shelves empty of some items we were looking for. Lots of people moving right now I guess.

This has to be the biggest Target that Ive ever been to. Two stories with a escalator for you and your cart. It has a large parking lot and is right off the freeway. Large electronics Dept. Using the self checkout is easy.

Target at Mission Valley is the store to shop for your grocery needs. It has self checkout and a concession area to take a break and have a snack. Their grocery section has everything, but the fresh produce is not always that fresh. I have never had a bad shopping experience at this Mission Valley Target.

Never seen a Target with this many empty shelves in the grocery section. Everything else was fine.

Target used to be a reliable store to find the basics for you and your home. Lately, Ive visited this same store 3 times within a month, and the results were very unsatisfying. I had to park in parking spaces that were so thin, no car could fit between the lines. Then I was totally confused by the switching around the products and reorganizing of departments. After 12 minutes of looking for the right department, I found that they didnt even sell microwave ovens anymore...but they had an entire row dedicated to air fryers. Between the parking, confusion, and the lack of products, Target is no longer worth the trip anymore in my opinion.

Targets online order/curbside pick up process works flawlessly. Its easy to use, especially if you use their mobile app. After receiving notice that your order is ready, you send them a message that youre on your way to pick up your merchandise, and another message when youve arrived and within a couple of minutes (or less!) theyre at your vehicle with all your new goodies. Its a very slick process that theyve obviously put a lot of thought & effort into. My only complaint is that finding what product you want using their mobile app is not nearly as well executed. The system response time when searching for a specific product is very slow, and even after multiple filters you sometimes still have over a thousand results to sort through. If Target can make the online ordering process operate as well as their curbside pick up process, theyll have a real winner app.

Target had what I wanted at discounted price. The staff was polite and seemed to like being there.

Joannah Beth was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. Not only did she mess up on my transaction but she blamed me for it. She was angry that I asked her to price match one item. She proceeded to yell at me saying “I have worked here for 8 years. You need to listen to me. I know what I am doing.” You would think after 8 years she would know how to treat people with decency. I guess not.

Then my daughter turned me on to shopping Target online: Game changer!Target has curbside pickup down pat. Order, wait a short period and its ready. When you arrive, 2 minute wait - thats all it takes. And you save a ton. Want it shipped? Amazon has nothing on Target. The email updates are flawless. My two day delivery took one.I may never go into another Target store. But I now check many items Im shopping for online at target.com first!

Its your average Target, but bigger. Unfortunately, due to the chicanery with the USPS and problems caused by the pandemic, the store is out of stock of basic items frequently. Highly recommend checking stock using the website before going in. On todays visit alone the store was out of stock of more than half the items on my list, but they were available for free delivery.Despite a large parking lot, parking here is a bit of a nightmare. Spaces are small. Vehicles backing out have trouble seeing. Drivers drive very fast in the narrow rows. Pedestrians are difficult to see. No clearly marked walkway.

Was looking for scissors to cut my hair, I look at the inventory online it says there are 4 so I drove all the way...impossible to find it, I ask a guy who looks on his tablet so yes it says they have 4 in stocks but impossible to know where...waste of time and gas. Just dont trust the stock online.

My cashier was rudeThis is Christmas Eve, and there’s a lot of cases of coronavirus out right now.I didn’t feel comfortable coming out to shop, but I tried to buy this item online.The description of the item said only available in store. That’s why I came to the store.

The woman who helped us in the electronics was awesome. Very friendly, extremely helpful, answered our questions and gave us some great tips. She even had someone help us take our purchase to the car. Who also was extremely nice, and had a great attitude, and was friendly. BY FAR the best experience Ive had at any Target before.

I always get stared at when i go to this target just because i have a bookbag and a hoodie. This target is close to home and i frequently go here to get some snacks every week. I dont want to say the staring is because of my skin color but i would like feel more welcome instead of feeling like im trespassing.

The store was packed with people and they were literally sold out of almost everything in electronics like yesterday was black friday. I will never go back to this Target again. Walmart here I come

Its a decent store but their groceries are all old, my hot dogs were old and my bread had mold on it. I didnt think to check the items because I had never had this problem before. I also bought a dash mount that was already opened and someone had replaced the brand new one with their broken mount. I had to go back into the store and purchase super glue. Its over the top expensive when your throwing away food and purchasing broken things.

Mission Valley Shopping Center: Excellent service and wonderful products...both name brand and Target-branded. I also like the ability to buy groceries at Target. I do wish Target would further expand their offerings (as there is no Super Target available to me). Id also like to perform a shout out to Elva for helping me navigate a pesky equipment issue in the self-checkout lanes. She was AWESOME!

Target has good quality clothing. And lots of cashiers so I dont have to wait a long time to check out. A good wine selection. Reasonable prices.

I had an issue with the prices of items that I was charged for compared to the price that the Target app showed me. When I attempted to correct them, the customer service representative said that she was only allowed to price match one item of the 3 that had a discrepancy. I feel that Targets price policy in regard to in-store and online pricing is very misleading to the customer and makes the experience very stressful. I use the app (which is encouraged by Target in order to find deals and coupons) to scan for deals and price check while in store, but the information that is given is often not correct. When I shop at other retailers, the price that is advertised is the price I pay. Thats why I would rather recommend another retailer to a friend or family member.

ALL your stores dont flow, very hard to find anything nothing is close to anything its related to very hard to find anything. Uncomfortable shopping. Cant locate what I need, no one to ask for help. If I was a cashier I wouldnt mind it but THATS NOT MY JOB, I dont want self check out and yet now there are only a few registers with cashiers...I work all day dont want to cashier and bag when Im out shopping.

The cashier took the time to inform me about savings I didnt even know I had (via my Target app). She was super polite and it made my day!

This target is connected to the mall, it’s pretty busy and I believe that’s why they are always out of stock with things. (Which can be annoying) but I’ve always had great experiences with this store and returns. The employees are nice! especially at the return center! Which is rare to find! I do a lot of online ordering and they are very quick to pick out my things and have it ready within 30min or less. I can always count on target for speedy online pickups! And great service! I love target!!!

Came by today to get some essential items as I always do on Sunday’s. And Target was closed even though when I checked on google maps, it stated it was open. Don’t know where the fault is, all I know is I come here same time every week and all of a sudden they are closed.

The process is easy and the associate was awesome who brought my product out.

Great for shopping last minute birthday gifts, Christmas presents, and groceries. Targets app and Cartwheel are a lifesaver, whether its 10 percent off or 35 worth it. Customer service is decent, and only thing I dont like about it is how customers pick something up and drop it off at the wrong place. Really recommend. Target wallet is a bit confusing at times tho, had a six dollar gift card and never went through.

This Target is always an absolute hullabaloo of activity. Too busy no matter what day or what time you go. There is never a staff member around to help if you have questions, and if there is, they either aren’t helpful or will go off searching for answers or an item and never return. However, I will say that they manage to keep the store incredibly organized and clean despite the chaos created by the customers. Checkout could be faster, but I think the cashiers do the best they can with the volume of business.

I hadnt been to this San Diego Target since it was a Montgomery Ward in the 1970s and 1980s. Ive lived in Temecula since 2003 and we decided to go to IKEA; since we were there, we decided to try this Target and were surprised by its size, its stock, and how nice inside the store was kept. We loved it! The 2 story Target is one of the nicest we have ever been too! I wish the Temecula Target was as large as this Target.

The store was extremely well laid out and organized. Staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely be a regular at this store if I lived in the area.

My checkout experience was great! I found everything I needed and then some. The renovated store is pretty amazing. My only thing is what seemed like a lack of regular attention to men’s fitting rooms; it was a mess! Other than that, I really enjoy going to Target.

The customer service is amazing. I used your self check isle for the first time and didnt understand their was an additional button you had to push to get your cash requested. The person after me stole the funds but your service department and security office took the time and reviewed the cameras to confirm the theft. Awesome customer service resolution on how they took the time to at least review the security cameras!

I like target but there are some things I dont like. I purchased an air mattress and when I was talking with the sales associate I specifically asked about the air mattress and told him what I was looking for. He told me that if I had any problems or anything with it I had 30 days to return it. I also asked at the checkout register what the return policy was and she repeated exactly what the sales associate told me. The mattress cost me $118 and it wasnt what I was looking for. I bought it on that Sunday and bought it back on Saturday in the box with the recipe and they told me they could only give me store exchange or store credit. Hummmmmm that doesnt sound right if you have a receipt and bought it 1 week ago. What out people target is out of control with there polices. A girl in customer service department saw me taking a picture of the return policy and wanted to show me a book which says some state of California policy but shouldnt you have that posted right where the other signs are so that your customers can read that before marking a big purchase? You make your own decision if you want this behavior when your shopping.Thank you
