Most of the staff is rude. And I feel that, because we have to go to this store to buy uniform items, they feel that they can be rude. Its really annoying, and just not ok.For tailoring services if you can go somewhere else go somewhere else.The wait time is ridiculously long and they dont usually have expedited service, so if you need it in a rush go somewhere else.The front check out ladies are the rudest of them all. Especially the older ladies.

Ran out of navy pt shorts. A little unorganized compare to little creek base and norfolk uniform shop.

Its always the same with these people, you come in they take care of you and a few days later you pick up whatever you needed altered. All the while they speaking another language, laughing and sneaking quick peeks at you. All that is missing is the pointing... 😥

The bathroom is clean. The staff was helpful. It is military shop so it meets all of those wickets.

I went to the barbershop here I sat down expecting a cheap and quick cut but instead got a flawless cut great attention to detail and was not rushing at all. O yeah my barber was Katie best cut by a navy barber since I have been in.

Clean, organized and had everything I needed (including vitamins). The cashier, Brittany went out of her way to make sure the 1/2 off discount was applied on two of my items. All around, good trip!

Always great stuff at amazing prices (NO TAX)! They have all the thing one might need. This is a smaller location, not the large NEX/Commissary so the selection will be smaller.

They only place to go for uniform items. Their tailoring service sucks. It takes them over a week to get anything back to you. Youre better off taking it out in town.

I LOVE this store and that it is 24 hrs. It is always very clean and organized. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is because they have a pretzel warmer but it doesnt get used. I was excited to see it and thought they were just out but its never been plugged in or on when Ive visited. Also the nacho cheese tastes cheap, like the watered down cheese on the ship.

Kind of mixed opinion on the store, many of the items on the shelves do not have up to date pricing listed. Something might be on sale and it rings up at its standard price. Or there may be a sale on an item that wasnt posted. Customer service/ Cashiers are good though.

Lots of uniform items... Getting resized and fitted is kind of awkward because the employees are such pros and their jobs and have no problem pulling up/down pants to ensure youre getting the right sizeBut overall, best uniform shop and the dry cleaners are literally next to each other

Found great deals on a bunch of snacks. Made me feel like I was at Costco with the amount that was sold together. It was an awesome experience.

Love shopping at the exchange pricing is hard to beat. Only thing keeping it from 5 star is. The dry cleaners is a contracted off base so same day service isnt possible. Unless you get in way early.

Probably my favorite Nex when Im in a hurry. It never gets too crowded, has all uniform items, tailorshop, Navy pride, clothing, electronics, snacks, and house goods and more... theres a Mcds and barbershop outside as well. And occasional food vendors. Theres also a dry cleaning in the same building. Very very convenient for one stop shop.

I like their alterations part of the shop. Ms Melinda and Mr Dante are very professional when i ask them for talioring advice. Only thing is that it takes them forever to answer their phones. Thanks to everyone for helping our community of military personnel.

Theres just one word that describes the experience.BOMBDIGGITY ! Which means real good. Just bring the prices down lower and keep them down. That goes for any stores or businesses within,connected, or next to the NEX Fleet Store. You should have 40% to 50% or more on all of your items, food, drinks,and everything else that you sell in the store.
