Terrible customer service. My dad is over 15 hours away and ended up at this location. A sweet customer let him borrow the phone to call us as he was lost and his phone is not working. She gave us the location so we can send someone to pick him up. I was trying to get a hold of him to let him know we have someone on their way and to stay put. The woman I talked to said “I’m too busy for this” and gave it to a man. I tried explaining the situation and that I needed to get a hold of my dad and he asked for a number because he was too busy and there’s no one with that name there. I asked for a manager and they said “there’s no manager”. I understand busy but my dads lost and stranded and I have absolutely no access to him. Where are the Good Samaritans? I can for sure guarantee that they don’t work here. Iv worked customer service for a long time but a few minutes to help someone makes a huge difference in situations like this.

I use to frequent this station but I moved out of the area. Usually has a good price. Staff is well... Kinda ditsy. I mean please look at the price of what you pick up to buy because apparently its not part of the job description to know what things cost and I was told 1 thing and they was rung up at a different price then quoted by a whole dollar

Dont pay with card, pay Cash only at register, in case it doesnt fuel up your tank. Sorry cant give you money back if its by card and you didnt get the fuel you paid for. #wasted money THANKS.

Paid for $5 gas and my gas meter which is digital didnt even go up at all. I already has 28 miles remaining when I came in and yes I know I only pumped a gallon and change but I get 30 miles.on the galon so it should be up to 50 something. Went back and the staff said its my cars fault and that gas is expensive. I know how much gas is and how much I pumped, my gas tank should still go up a smidge and the miles remaining. Dont trust them...

Insanely expensive gas. Hustlers in the lot looking for meth money. The employees that work here will activate your pump, then cancel it so you have to walk inside. They tell you its your fault then have you walk back to your car. Definitely do not get car work done here as well.

Wonderful staff. Helpful, courteous and very professional. Bill is a great asset to the San Diego community. Will patron this place whenever in San Diego. Facilities were clean, prices fair and conveniently located.

I work in downtown so getting off the 163 I drive into shell yes they are lil more expensive but all of Cali is even Costco went up when I am near military base I fill up but Shell gas is absolutely by far great my friend in Texas told me he only uses shell I took his word I feel spoiled now plus staff are awesome even remember your name

I tried to use the rest of a prepaid reward card to get $7 worth of gas. The lady wanted to see an ID, I showed her its a reward card and doesnt have a name on it. She had me sign anyway. Then when I tried to pump it canceled. I went back inside, she said Pump 10 huh? while examining the machine, and said the money would refund and we could try again. It declined on second swipe - because its rewards card and those refunds take time. When I said this was all I had for gas she said she sorry sir I dont have $7 to give you; I said she could keep the card, I just needed the gas (that was already approved on the card!) and she refused to help.Based on her behavior, I think she felt uncomfortable running a card without a name on it, canceled the transaction after I walked to the pump, then when she discovered she couldnt run it again she chose not to help me out.I live right around the corner from this place, never going back.

Additional $75 charge took three days to remove from my account after getting gas. Called about it, the person who answered was incredibly rude. Gas price is higher than surrounding stations. Definitely wont ever come back.

I asked for $20 on pump 12 and got a soda, when I went out to pump my gas he didnt activate it.. When i went back in to say the pump wasnt activated, he acted like it was my fault and started ridiculing me for not knowing how to work a gas pump.. All while calling me bro.. he said I had to reuse my card at the pump and when I asked him if it was going to double charge me on gas, he showed me the receipt and only charged me for the soda which is fine but then he looks at me and says i only charged you for the soda cant you read? I was taken back by this and didnt say anything or didnt react.. the people at this gas station are very rude and I will never go back and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Great if you like paying almost $5 a gallon. Same day, at Mobile off of Enceintes Dr. is $4.15.

Its dirty. Lots of scratches and writing on pumps. Needs a lot of TLC. Staff is alwAys nice. Its right off the freeway exit rAmp and 1 block from on rAmp which is great.

The most convenient gas station downtown! I hope it stays here forever.

This is the only shell Ive met that doesnt accept shells fuel reward program.

So they sell gas. And have a garage. Ive only ever bought gas, and its generally expensive since its downtown.

The bombs dont work properly. I cant filled my tank, the bombs stop working like the tank was full.Such a nightmare. I had to go to other gas stationThe pumps do not work properly.
