Good quality parts and excellent service. He was done with my phone in less than 30 minutes, and was very knowledgeable on phones. He gave me tips to increase battery life, and how to spot good and bad spare parts in phones. He also provided a free screen protector and even gave me a free new phone case. The best place ever!

Very good value for the money. Might not seem like much, but the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and transparent. He also provided extra diagnostics free of charge. Prior to my visit I had called about 5-6 other phone fix it stores and none of them bothered to tell me all iPhone glass is produced third party unless you go directly to Apple. If I need phone services, Im coming here again.

The Phone doctor was super good. He fixed my camera in 30 mins and gave me a discount because I was a student. Though he didnt really communicate I admire his skills when he fixed my phones camera.

The first time I went to him, he was amazing. Replaced the screen on my 7+ within 30 mins and charged the price he said he would. The second time I went to him, with the exact same phone, he told me it would be 70$ (AFTER already telling me on the phone that it would be 60, same as last time), I said ok and let him fix it, and when I got it back both the home button and speakers were no longer working. I took it back to him the next day with a receipt and explained to him the new issues with the phone. He laughed at me and told me that he only fixed the screen and there should be no issue. I explained that both things were working before I gave him the phone, and he continued to laugh at me and told me if I wanted him to fix it it would be 90 more dollars. I asked him to just give me a refund because he did not fix my phone, and he said he would only give me my money back if he could put the broken screen back onto the phone. The entire time I was there, there was another very unhappy customer also waiting to complain about how he had fixed their phone. Incredibly I professional and I am now out 80$ and an iPhone

My experience was amazing. The repair tech earned every star of the five that I rated him. Friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. My phone was fixed in exactly one hour, the exact time he told me it would be ready. Not only did he fix the screen, but he replaced the cracked lens on the front facing camera without being asked to at no extra charge. I had written this off and wasn’t expecting to be able to use the camera again but thanks to this guy, it works! He also put a tempered glass screen protector before sending me on my way. At $90 total for fixing my severely cracked iPhone 7 screen, this is a great deal. Cant recommend this place enough.

After going to other locations in the past, I have to say phone doctor plus is the best one ! I took in my iPhone 6s for a cracked screen and Jon took care of me right away! He installed water proof sealing and the LCD quality was great as well. Other places install poor quality LCD for the benefit of themselves but at phone doctor plus I could tell the difference in how good it is. I will definitely be coming back if I need more repairs. The customer service is the best as well!

I had a broken iPhone 5s with a shattered screen that wouldnt turn on for a while. I went into the store trying to see what they could do, not expecting much, but I was surprised by the work they were able to do. The customer service was outstanding, and they fixed my phone perfectly. It is in perfect working condition all for a reasonable price. Phone doctor plus saved me from needing to purchase a brand new phone and I am beyond satisfied with my experience here. Will be coming back with any future phone issues and recommend this location to everyone.

My phone needed help desperately and Somebody recommended this place and I went there. He was looking at my phone and new the problem right away and fixed it within 30 minutes. I almost gave up my phone but he saved it. He didn’t speak much but I know he is good. Now I am using my phone with any problems. I highly recommend this place whoever needs help with their phone!!

This place was AWESOME! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a fast and well priced iPhone fix for your phone. I have an iPhone 6, so place has two iPhone screen options you can choose from, standard $40 and generic $60. Although it’s a $20 difference, I highly recommend the generic. It’s more a more sturdy option and won’t break as easily as the standard. Also this place gives you a free tempered glass after the screen is fixed. 11/10 :-)

They were great--fast, affordable, knowledgeable. They did more for my phone than they originally contracted for and didnt charge me. I had the battery/screen replaced previously and found out, thanks to Jon, that the other business put used parts (including a used battery) in my phone! Phone doctors have my business now.

Worst customer service experience, very rude server and no communication skills

PHONE: IPhone 6.PROBLEM: Not charging.The gentleman cleaned the charger port to no avail. He recommended replacing the port and asked me to come back in 25minutes.I come back, he tells me that the port is not the problem. The connection to the battery merely came off so all he needed to do was reconnect it. He charged me only a minimal fee.INTEGRITY.Impressed.

Didnt care about the issue I explained about my phone. Gave it a quick glance and told me nothing was wrong with it. I ended up fixing it myself using a YouTube tutorial. The man at the desk talked condescendingly, as if I didnt know what I was saying.

Excellent service, especially when compared to apple store. I broke the glass screen on my iPhone but the phone still worked fine besides the cracked glass. At apple store, I had to wait 20-25 minutes just to see a tech who told me that they might (might!) be able to replace my iPhones glass for 130 dollars, and would keep the phone overnight. Here, I spoke to the tech right away, and he fixed it in 30 minutes no problems for a better price, and I was on my merry way. A few days later, it still looks beautiful and Im having no issues. Im very grateful and am recommending this service to my friends. Thank you

In the past it has always been cheaper to repair my phones instead of claiming the insurance. But in this case when I called to do that I was informed that I should use my insurance because the cost of the part plus labor would exceed my deductible significantly. I appreciate a businesses honest greatly... and will always be calling Phone Doctor Plus in the event of another repair!!!

Charging port needed to be realigned because the only way it would charge would be in a certain position. The owner doesnt speak good English but he knew what to do. With a careful eye, he fixed the issue within 10 mins and replaced my screen protector at no charge! You dont find service like that these days. Going back with my girlfriends phone today to have hers repaired.

This guy fixed my phone extremely fast and cheap. My iphone6s digitizer was busted, clicking all over the screen. 40 minutes and 60 bucks later I feel like I have a new phone!

It was the worse experience ever. I don`t recommend it at all. The charge a reasonable price then starts adding fees as it is extra you ended paying more than what it worth. It`s a way of robbing people. One of the silly fee was transaction fee for use my Visa card. I told him it`s Visa debit card why fee. He answered that`s the way in our company. Thieves.I saw the review before going and it`s a trap. i found two Asian people none of them called Jon. I think they made up a fake review to trap customers.

This is my 2nd review because they really deserve it:This is still my #1 iPhone repair shop for the past 3 years in all of San Diego (including north county) and it’s obviously because they have the best prices out of anyone in the city. But their customer service is really through the roof. They’re always polite and offer to fix any issues after the repair. Also very prompt with repair, 30 mins to an hour tops for whatever you need done. Easy to find location but their quality of work always brings me back. They’ve fixed at least 3 of my iPhones and I’ve never been disappointed.I recommend this place to ANYONE looking for just a quick screen repair or any major issues you have with your phone. They’ll give you a solution even if they can’t fix it themselves.

Brought in my Pixel XL for a battery replacement and was told that it required to remove the screen, etc... and it could not be done easily, etc... End up going to UBreakIFix in La Jolla and those guys fixed it on the spot in a couple hours... So unless you have an iPhone, i.e. easy fix I guess, do not bother. Wasted 2 days after being told wrong info to get my cell fixed. Sucks!

Great experience the technician is super nice and explains everything about the process and ask if you plan on replacing since he has real apple screens versus the generics. It’s a little more money but you get a screen protector with the repair so worth the extra.

I have an Iphone 6s+ and I cracked the screen 2 times already and both times I tried a different repair shop and I noticed that the quality was not good. When I cracked my screen for a third time I tried this place and the technician explained to me that the graphic quality made a huge difference and as soon as he repaired the screen I compared it with my friends Iphone that has an original screen and the quality was exactly the same! I definitely recommend this repair shop!

I took my two year old iphone SE in for a new battery. They replaced it very quickly and inexpensively; however, the battery they replaced it with was worse than my old worn out two year old battery.

Great small business. iPhone had weak wifi range and spotty GPS tracking. He fixed my iPhone 6 wifi/gps antenna in an hour and now its working like its brand new!
