Cool they work with you....they are not considered a credit line. Although I wish they didnt have a $25 restocking fee if you decide to upgrade your phone. But its not as expensive as Verizon

Dont buy phone or service from boost on el Cajon Blvd we switch from metro and got the highest level of data and the phone doesnt work cant make calls or get the net took it back and they said I need to pay 50$ or call Samsung bull we just got the phone 4 days ago not our fault the network is not working its been that way since day 1 thats foul they are wrong and i should call turko files on them they tried to fix it but she said its the phone so we have to call Samsung yall selling there phones like that and I have to suffer at paying almost 300$ for service while

Boost mobile mailed a phone I purchased from them to the wrong address and has refused to refund my money unless I file a false police report saying it was stolen from my front door! They take no responsibility for their mistake! I had to file a dispute with my credit company for my money! Stay away from this company...you wont be treated fairly when they make a mistake!

My experience with the employee at Boost, (Carla) I think her name was, has been the best and only good thing about my day. Ive been in this store before and and a couple other locations as well and I must say that she is by far the most helpful and understanding person thats ever helped me.I dont know very much about new technology and so its usually very stressful especially when the attendant obviously doesnt want or care about helping you. Today and yesterday my phone was doing some very strange things and I had to make several trips back to the store for help. Needless to say, I was already a little frustrated, but she was professional, and completely helpful and I left with my problem fixed. I noticed it was quite busy in there too, and she had the same professional helpful smile with every customer.Its pretty rare these days to see someone her age with that kind of attitude. I realize this is a long note, but its my first, and the first time I ever felt so compelled to write a review of my experience anywhere. Im sure that girl is going to go far in life. I’m here at boost mobile, 10/22 at 9:50amAnd I got very poor and rude customer services. The women who was helping me was on the phone on speaker the whole time, and talking on the phone while “helping” me. The manger or owner needs to regulate their employees

Avoid this location at all costs. The so-called manager, Karla, is rude and disrespectful and has no customer service skills at all.

Love the service Lola provides. She is always friendly and helpful. Ik there are other prepaid services or there but the service I receive here keeps me going back. New phones, great prices.

Im not too thrilled with Boost too much to begin with due to the way each location is independently franchised, which leads to a lack of concern about what you may have bought at another location or been told by an agent at another location. This particular location only had 5 phones to choose from when I went, but as I needed an immediate replacement I had no choice but to take one of the offered choices. Luckily, its turned out to be a good choice. The sales rep was pretty helpful and friendly, so that made an otherwise frustrating experience tolerable.

Natalie is THE BEST. She always helps me with what I need and is always so friendly. Will definitely be returning to this location for all my cell phone needs.
