Love this place, Ignacio is amazing and resourceful! Ive come here to have batteries replaced with no issues. But recently my phone was acting REALLY weird - I couldnt hear a thing - and feared it would have to be replaced. Ignacio told me over the phone what it *could* be and seemed like he really knew what he was talking about. Guess what - HE WAS RIGHT! And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg either! I totally trust him and if my phone or any electronic devices ever act up again, Im going to come back here without hesitation! YAY IGNACIO!

Over the years, iSquad has replaced numerous screens on my childrens phones. Always a fair price and quick turnaround. Last week my backup MAC laptop pooped out and I couldnt get it running again. They took the time to dig a broken pin out of my audio jack so that I wouldnt have to replace the internal part, then didnt charge for it. Extremely prompt and considerate. I was impressed and will come back if I need something in the future.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Came in after experiencing an issue with my iPad after I got it fixed at another repair center and Nacho was able to fix the problem within a few minutes! He immediately knew what the issue was, fixed it right then and there, and didnt even charge me! He let me test out the iPad afterwards and it worked perfectly. (The iPad button stopped working, so he realized he just needed to re-adjust it. I was ready to pay for installation of a new button which could have been pricey, but he was honest and didnt try to scam me into spending more!) He was efficient, knowledgeable and had great customer service. I will definitely come back here for any other repairs needed!

The best place to get an Iphone repaired in San Diego. They are cheap, fast. and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the staff and Miramar Location.They may have even of saved me a trip to the ER. They replaced a faulty battery that was about to explode.

Fast and quick

Dont go here unless you just need an iPhone fix. They advertise laptop repairs, but are not reliable. They charged me close to a 1/3 of aa gran to re-solder some components in my gaming laptop, just to have the same problem reoccur. And my keyboard lost some functionality. I brought it back to have a look, and they just removed one of my ram sticks and said, that was the issue. My keyboard still isnt fixed after notifying them of it, and my laptop still has the same issue. YouTube has helped me more than these guys. Not recommended.

AWESOME!! Dropped my new iPhone 5S in florists bucket of water. It sat in a bag of rice for a week, but it was DEAD. I paid $30 for them to look at the water damage and said a prayer. They completely fixed it! Screen is 80% but thats all I need. They were honest and knowledgeable. They offered me different options, but left it up to me, no pressure.They also fixed the cracked screen on my iPhone 4 for $60. I thot they quoted a $100 on the phone.Very comfortable seating area with flat screen TV. We have a lot of phones in our family, so we will be repeat customers!

I have used iSquad for a cracked iPhone screen replacement 2x and they were able to use a donor phone for the screen and received cash back for use of the other parts on that phone. The customer service was exceptional, turn around time was great and phone works fine.What I believe is questionable are any negative reviews because the guys seem to genuinely care about their work and customers!

This is my go-to place whenever I need my screen replaced on my electronic devices. They do an amazing job, I have no complaints. They replaced my iPad screen twice at a reasonable price. I bought my Samsung Galaxy S7 from a different repair store a couple years ago and when I did the guy who sold it to me said if I ever broke or cracked my screen it cant be replaced/repaired. Well a few months later my screen cracked and I left it like that for over year. I dont replace my phones often. Then a few months ago I dropped my phone and the screen got a lot worse. I started looking into buying a new phone but really didnt want to. I went to Isquad Repair to replace my Ipad screen for the second time and asked if he could fix my phone and he said yes! He had to order the screen and it was a little pricy but I got it fixed and didnt have to get a new phone.

I just went to the new location on Fenton parkway in the costco/ikea /library shopping center. It is a permanent kiosk across from the library..super convenient for anyone in the central San Diego area. I needed a screen replaced on an apple 6s phone, it took less than 15 minutes and was extremely reasonably priced!! Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable..I would highly recommend this location!

I brought my Samsung galaxy s8 to change the screen glass of the front. The customer service was very good and my screen changed within few hours for a decent price. I recommend it.

Got my screen fixed and right after I got my phone had battery issue which never existed before my phone was dying within one hour after fully charging something very fishy. Highly recommend do not use these guys.

This place is the one to goto to get you apple or Android products repaired. They service all the apple items and most of the android ones as well. The service personal are amicable and respond quickly to questions when asked. The prices are very good and the quality of the service excellent. Ive had three ipad s repaired at this location. One I had to being back under their warranty but the were able to fix it quickly. Parking may be a bit difficult during the lunch hour rush but at all other times I have not had any problems.

Had my iPhone 5s screen replaced, had the phone brick during an update later that day, took it back in and they had it back up and running in no time and at no additional cost. Would recommend these guys to anyone. John did a great job!

I went to their shop the 1st time I needed them for a front screen, about 8 months later my phone wasnt charging at work, called them up and they actually came out to my work cause I couldnt make it on time before they closed.they where kind and friendly, and very knowledgeable about my device.I would use these guys again.

Service was fast, but one star marked off because they didn’t turn the open sign off when they left randomly in the middle of the day. Plus when they put the screen protector on, there were bubbles

I see quite a few good reviews from the past, and I agree: in the past they were very good. Something has happened to them recently. I brought to them my iPad Air with broken glass. It was a new iPad, with good LCD and battery - it was actually working. In the past, they would fix it in my presence. This time, they kept it literally for a month and had not fixed. Every few days I called them - just to hear that they repaired it, but it does not work yet, or that they sent it to their repair expert several days ago and had not heard from him yet, or that the battery was dead, and they ordered a new one a week ago, and it had not arrived yet. After one month, I decided to take it to another shop. That new guy fixed it in a few days. He showed me that the LCD had a water damage, but the rest of the device did not have signs of water damage. The battery was dead. Before I brought the device to them, both worked fine. Whether they took my good parts out or incidentally damaged them, these guys lost my long-time loyalty. Ill go to the guy who fixed my iPad.

First time there was a problem with the screen they installed and they replaced it with apologies. Months later it died again and they replaced it in about 30 minutes, free of charge, no hassles.

This place kicks ass. I was referred to isquad by a friend of mine who swore by them to be the best iPhone repair shop in SD. My first repair done by isquad was my girlfriends shattered screen on an iPhone 6s it took them about 15 minutes to replace. Second repair was done to my MacBook Air, the internal fan went out and I had it replaced which was no issue for them they had the part in stock and my MacBook Air was repaired in less than an hour. Third repair was done to my iPhone 6s the screen was shattered and unresponsive after it fell from my motorcycle, it was fixed in about 30 minutes. Three months later my screen went out again I brought it back to isquad expecting to pay the full amount for a replacement but they repaired it for FREE. I am extremely impressed with this place and I will refer anyone in need of any phone or computer repairs and cleanups, here. Thank you iSquad you guys are wicked good at what you do.

These guys really came through for me. Paid too much for a used IPhone 6 on craigslist that had a bad rear camera. They replaced the camera but then I was getting an error when trying to update on iTunes which basically bricked my phone. They couldnt figure out the problem but they, as a last resort, took it to Apple and they couldnt figure it out either. They paid out of their own pocket to get a new phone for me free of charge. They ate 300 hundred dollars to make it right. Turn a real nightmare scenario into a very positive one. Good guys at Isquad. They never tried to blame me once and honorably took care of the problem.

I called iSquad Repair and wow, Joe was great, he was able to set me up with an appointment the same day to fix my iPhone speakers and repair my iPad screen. once I got there he had a technician ready to work on my devices. 1 hour later I was on my way home, all the guys were great and had excellent customer service, I will use these guys again, and would recommend them to anybody that needs iPhone repair iPad repair or iPod repair.GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Wasted my time. Called them and asked for a price on an ipad replacement screen, specifically saying I did NOT want a digitizer replacement, just the display. Quoted me $40. Drove down on there on my lunch break to buy it, and suddenly the price was $70. Their excuse was that the $40 price was for the digitizer. So they are either running a bait-and-switch or they are incompetent. Either way, not worth your business.

More like rat squad lol super overpricing everithing will not go back there if they give me a new phone for free dont lose your money with this people or your time trust me.
