I called this place for help to find out how to cut off the phone service, and wipe everything off of it since I lost the phone with TruConnects service, and for this business to have the audacity of its automated service stating press one for English and two for Spanish, so I press one.Then it turns into a feeling of I just been pranked or being laughed at because the automated service is explaining everything in Spanish after I pressed one for English, I hang up the phone! Then I redialed & same thing once again everythings explained in Spanish!!So 3rd time now pressed # Two & still explained in Spanish!!! Bunch of Clowns. 😵😠🤬👎.

They gave me a phone number in a different city than San Diego like long beach Mexican gorditas I cleaned the front of the whole business and windows lady shows. Up fatty. Didnt say thanks wouldnt even give me a glass of water 💦 phone is ehh whatever its TMobile better tablets accoss the street with SafeLink she tried to charge me 20 activation when it 10 or free scam alert .

They are a scam I ordered an iphone 7 from them its been 7 days and I received nothing no updates no refund . I called them but they all hang up my calls worst company ever

They call it a corporate store, its a table and two associates signing up people for free government phones, went to get help with my new phone and all they could do is tell me to call customer service, traveled from North county for nothing. Marisela did her best to help me, she was great.

Its actually a shop on Broadway st in Downtown. You dont have to sit outside, to get an Obama Phone.These phones are the best beacause you get 3 gigs I think and free calls to Mexico and Canada!!! This company wins hands down amongst the rest of those yahoo Obama Cellphone companys. They even sell the covers for the phone for $5.00 .I have never seen cellphone covers for Obamas.
