They were really sweet :)I went in to get a pannier, and they were ready to help give me suggestions. I think I caught them at a bad time, as it seemed like they were busy organizing stuff.Since I already knew what I wanted, I didn’t need any suggestions but I thought it was cool that they were willing to discuss with me what I should get. Sadly, they didn’t have the pannier I wanted in stock. There must have been a miscount or something, and that’s totally okay. I know mistakes can happen.Regardless, they were super nice and I’d totally go back if I need something else like my next helmet when it breaks. It’s a far drive for me, but it’s worth it for their nice selection.

I went here because it’s close to my house and I needed a tune up for my fixed gear bike. The employees were very friendly. When I walked in with my bike, one of them immediately put my bike on the rack and began to inspect it. He pointed out issues with the tires, so I knew immediately that he was an honest person and I wouldn’t be getting ripped off.He gave me an estimate of about 4 days, but it ended up being only 2 days which was great. The tune up was $60 and he inspected everything and performed the specific fixes for the bike that I requested.Overall, this was a solid business and glad to give them my support.

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we rode our mountain bikes almost on daily basis. Brian helped service our Canyon Spectra CF 7.0 and Co-Op DRT 1.0, excellent service. We bought many bike supplies, like extra large pedals and CO2 cartridges from here too. Highly recommended!

After visiting many bike shops in the area and having bad experiences, I am so glad I finally found this one. Brian is an excellent mechanic who is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This is also the place to go for gravel bikes and touring equipment.

Brought in a bike and got the gears and brakes adjusted in 15 minutes. I tried a couple other places and could not get it done. So then I bought some more things that I needed. Fast, has a lot of stuff, very knowledgeable. Right off the freeway on Roselle if you are coming from anywhere. Off-ramps from the freeway right next to the place, and surrounded by a Mexican food place and coffee place. Very convenient.

I have been to this shop 3-4 times in the past 6 months for service on multiple bikes in my family. Brian really provides great service at an affordable price, and always with a smile. I have not bought any bikes from them, but they will always get my patronage for the great service they provide.

I bought a Co-Motion touring bike from Cycle Quest. The group was knowledgeable and helpful as we sorted through various set up options and corresponded with the factory regarded specialized requirements to accommodate fusions in the neck and back. For example, Eric worked with me through multiple handlebar choices. I recommend Cycle Quest.

My first touring/gravel bike!!This is my second bike from this shop... defintely not the second time I have gone in there and spent a ton of time getting advice and chatting with them. They are so nice, never pressure you to buy anything you dont need and cant use and always willing to answer and spend time with you. Despite all the awkwardness of COVID and how busy they are, they also spent a whole bunch of time with me and multiple visits to fit me the perfect bike for my needs and budget. Never pressuring me to buy a more expensive bike I didnt need. THANK YOU!!

Travis is the best cycle tech I have met. My Yeti MTB needed a major servicing. Travis very professionally took care of my bike and communicated with me on its progress. The service they delivered felt very personalized. I felt like I was their only client. I would recommend Travis and Cycle Quest to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and cost effective bike services.

I went there for an inner tube and they charged me a ridiculous amount for putting it on. The inner tube came out to be 6 bucks and the charges 15 for simply putting it on and the inner tube only worked once and I also can’t put any air in it so don’t recommend this place

Got a flat and happen to leave my pump at home (mistake number 1). Thankfully, Cycle Quest was nearby and the owner was very helpful and friendly. He let me borrow a pump and noticed my inexperience in changing my tube as it took me nearly 30 minutes to do so. He recommended some puncture resistant tires. Thanks CycleQuest! :D

Theres nearly all these positive reviews, here.Theres these 2 located in Sorrento Valley -- bike shops, here.North of The Border bike shop is an atb bike shop; that means in giving Cycle Quest the opportunity as a road bike shop. But no real description been given. All my internet reading of Cycle Quest, add reviews, gets Me tilted that Cycle Quest is more of an atb bike shop. (and further south, along the I-5: Bicycle Warehouse Pacific Beach, a frontage road bike shop to the I-5, just like the 2 in Sorrento Valley. ALL are atb related. UNRELATED, BUT NEXT: I now go back to Cycle Quest website: The Adventure Bicycle Store it says. Those are words (expected) for an atb shop; REAL road bikers are too concentrated on the (a) Dangerous Car Drivers/Motorists, that shouldnt have access to driving on the public roads. (b) The poor road work of San Diego county, that doesnt get fixed. AS ROADS HERE ARE NOT AN ADVENTURE.
