Super helpful every time I’ve gone in. Yesterday they walked me through changing my front tire. I’ve done a couple of general changing clinics and could get it done, but not easily- feel more confident for sure. Will be using them plenty more.

Place is awesome. Have taken a few bikes here for minor fixes. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Needed brakes adjusted on a bike recently. Lionel was quick to help, even worked on the bike in the truck so we wouldn’t have to bring it down. Would highly recommend this place for all bike needs.

I was treated with prompt service and given expert advice on how to maintain my first Hardtail. The staff is inciteful and give great reccomendations based on your skill level. Great value too, given they give free maintenance tune ups if you buy a bike from their stores.

Amazing service. I go in relatively frequently and everyone there is always happy to help. With an unfortunate mechanical issue, looking to buy parts or a new bike, or even coming in with a few questions on a project Im working on at home they are always willing to have a conversation to help me find what I want/need instead of just trying to push a product. On top of this the services are top class.Its easy to say Moment is my go to because I enjoy going in even if its for an unfortunate cost for my bike.

This shop is the very best. My shifters were messed up...could never get into highest gears. Moment staff immediately diagnosed the problem. Recalled a replacement part available in house, & promptly broke up a shifter set to get me on the road in 3 days! Their pricing was totally reasonable too!

Visited Moment Bicycles in Old Town for the 1st time & found them to be very helpful with knowledgeable service. First, they were the only shop to answer the phone when checking on cycling shoe availability/sizes. Once there, the sales rep was attentive without being pushy, answered questions and helped with fitting. Ended up getting a great deal on shoes & pedals. Easy access on/off the freeway as well. Recommended for your cycling needs.

Awesome bike shop! Have been coming here in the past for items here and there but this was my first time to have my bike tuned-up. It was great!I first came in and Larry was able to talk me through everything. Besides the service, I had a few questions and concerns in which he took the time to explain and was very happy to answer.Considering that it took a few days (which was totally understandable during this pandemic), the results surpassed my expectations. I was notified that my bike was done and was brought out- thoroughly clean, with smooth shifting, and had everything else I came for (a new chain, tires, handlebar tape, saddle, etc.). I was absolutely impressed! Thank you Larry and the whole team!I highly recommend this shop to anyone. It’s not at all one of those places where one can ask something and not feel pressured to stop asking follow up questions. The crew is professional, the service is outstanding and I’m sure anyone would walk out of the shop happy and content with what was asked for.

They also helped me find a fitness watch that makes sense for metrics I’m hoping to track, even tho it meant not buying one of their options. They clearly care for their customers!

This bike shop is awesome. I always prefer to support local shops especially during these hard times. I brought in my wife’s bike a few months ago after a moving company broke our derailleur and I called in to see if they had the part. One of the staff members was able to do a miracle and fix our bike same day. They could’ve easily said they didn’t have time, but with they’re excellent customer service and dedication; they delivered awesome care to our bike. Now I brought in my bike because I messed with my derailleur and they were able to squeeze me in and fix it right away. Whether I would’ve had to wait or schedule an appointment either way this workshop is one to go to. Friendly and dedicated staff that know they’re stuff. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. A bicycle shop that cares! How many bike shop owners care that much to call their customers to find out whether a work order has been completed? JT from Moment Bicycles did precisely that a couple of months ago. Its hard to get a bike shop to return your phone calls during Covid! But to have the owner of a bike shop reach out proactively to find out whether you needed anything shows that this shop really cares!Im not some superfast talented athlete. I just love to ride and need good equipment to just have me finishing races and events. So I knew this year even though I was only going to do the shorter distance of the Belgian Waffle ride (the Wafer) that I needed to change the gearing on my gravel bike so I would not have to do the walk of shame up Double Peak. I did the Waffle in 2018 with a 42 tooth chain ring and 10/42 cassette, but I was a lot fitter back then. So I knew that I needed either a smaller chain ring in the front door or a lot more teeth in that chain ring on the back to get through the Wafer. I also wanted to try to get a dropper post on that baby so that I could take advantage of the lower center of gravity on the trails as well as a better tuck position on the down hills.Trying to get parts for bikes during Covid has been a nightmare. But the boys at Moment, while they didnt get it exactly right the first never left me out to dry and ultimately made sure that we ordered what I needed and just as importantly installed them properly.I cant thank you Leon, Colin, Larry, Aaron, and Mike enough. Neither the seat dropper nor the installation of the cassette were simple. They had to get creative and think outside the box to make these parts fit my bike an be functional. Cant say that Im proud of my finish time for the Belgian Wafer Ride, but I got er done.At the same time, I have had problems with my seat dropper on my S works hard tail forever. Rode that baby in Leadville in 2018. Best bike Ive ever had, but shes getting a little old and needed some upgrades. Leon and Colin at Moment were able to hook me up with getting the right seat dropper and the SRAM GX Eagle AXS Upgrade along with a 10/52 cassette. Hey Im 63 years old - so give me a break.Rode that baby yesterday with the new seat dropper and the electronic shifter and 10/52 cassette. Yahoo! Like a new bike. Cleaned each climb even those that I dont make all the time with so much less effort. I attribute that to having a seat dropper that actually works now and a shifting system that is so responsive its incredible.So I have to say thanks so much to all the boys over at Moment!Ride safe and keep the rubber down!

I called from across the country to find a bike as a Christmas gift for my son that lives near the shop. Aaron could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. He sent pictures of options they had available for me to choose from. I picked the perfect one, gave him my payment info, and he agreed to hold the bike in the shop for 2 weeks until my son’s roommate could pick it up when my son left for vacation. The staff is cortious and helpful. Came on Black Friday for a rear baby seat. They had it in stock. They took my bike right away, checked if my bike was safe and fitted the seat to my bike. Leon, took the time to explain the safety and operational features of the seat, and installed it. And in about 30 minutes i was on my way. Great service!

Happy that Moment has moved closer to my house now that its on San Diego Avenue! Its a great shop. I just took my Roubaix down for a brake adjustment on Sunday, and I got it back the same day. I bought that bike from them last year, and their service was terrific. I got an excellent bike fit there, too. Spent over 90 minutes with their special fitting expert, and I have been far more comfortable on the bike since.

I bought a bicycle this past June2020 and there service has been outstanding. They are friendly group of people that are easy to communicate with. I recently had my bicycle serviced by them and I had it back in one day Excellent. What more can I say

Took my Canyon Speedmax in for some work and the shop was great. It took about an hour and a half to fix canyons mistakes but they got it done. Robert was with me start to finish and made me feel more like a friend than a customer. I forget the name of the gentleman that worked on my bike but he was equally amazing in bike repair and customer service. I just moved back into the area and I will literally never go to another bike shop. I don’t write reviews often (I should) but this shop was legit. Thank you all.

This place was amazing. We bought a bike for my 3 year old son a week ago. He is obsessed with his new bike. The gentleman who helped us was amazing. He knew exactly what to say and how to say it when dealing with a shy toddler. My son has ridden his new bike 2 or 3 times each day since weve gotten it.I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m new to cycling and already had my colorful bike but needed help on keeping my front tire inflated. I was helped by Bobby (sp) and he was very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t know what my experience was going to be going in being a newbie but it was very welcoming. Go check out the fam at Moment Bicycles! They have water bottle holding attachments, pumps, expertise, etc. and great staff!

The short and simple truth is that this is a dependable and very knowledgeable bicycle shop, right now during covid bicycle shops are a toss up but these guys are on it even thru this pandemic where bicycle shortage are a norm.
