They always have what you need but the customer service is less than desirable. So if your looking for great service dont stop in. If you know what you want youre good to go.

This Beauty Supply had exactly what I was looking for, Im very happy with their Selection of product and their Customer Service was pretty good. I will come back to replace another store that I dont shop at anymore, this Store has better products than that other Store. Very good Beauty Supply Warehouse!

I can find everything I need here for my hair. Usually a lady works at the cashier shes not really friendly. Prices are reasonable.

All of the track hair is in a part of the store you cant go on Im talking about 10 lanes with about 75 different brands prices lengths and textures theres no way to just have the one unknowlegable cashier try to help you navigate what you want. I need to be able to browse compare prices and SHOP like in any other store youre so scared black women will steal your products you wont even allow ppl to see what you have I left after being frustrated trying to see what was available very weird

Anxiety had my bank card and they wanted Id to use my card chip didnt have their atm didnt work had to find an atm to pay them with my debit card paid for merchandise and will never go there again made me feel like my debit card wasnt mine

I havent been to this beauty supply store in a while, due to covid it is one of the only fully stocked beauty supply stores open at this time. I asked one of the women working their a question and she was a bit rude. I will probably never visit this store again.

They did not have what I was looking for and I had no intentions if making a purchase but, There was a young lady there named Helena, because of her friendliness, customer service, and just all around great attitude and very helpful. I purchased several items. Parking sucks and its on the other side of town, but Helenas attitude will draw me back.

My experience at BSW was alrite. They have so many things to choose from. I wanted to try a new conditioner for my hair and I didnt know which brand to choose from. It was to many to choose from. The only downside is the workers arent great in knowing the products and whats a good product. They have a very big selection of hair in a variety of colors. From weaving hair to braiding hair, ponytails and wigs. The wigs have the latest styles but look cheap and wiggie. But if you know how to work a wig then your winning cause the wigs are a nice price if you know how work a wig. The lacefronts look very generic but besides that you can pretty much find everything your looking for from make-up to hair. I gave them 3 and a half.

I was at BSW7 today 9/14/20 around 10:26 am and the Cashier asked for my ID besides the fact that theres my picture on my credit card, she took them under the counter I didnt understand . However most places dont do that, they dont ask for ID if theres a picture on the credit card. I spent $9.64 and I am keeping my receipt in case some UNUSUAL activities happens> Ive called to the store and I spoke with KIM@ 2:21pm on the same day, hes aware of it!

The lady followed ALL THE WAY OUT OF THE PKG LOT. Ive spent so much money there it isnt funny. Not to mention the fact that I informed the older woman that I do NOT steal! So after I opened my purse (something that I DIDNT HAVE TO DO) I let her back inside to educate the employees about the laws that state that once a person has left a store, they (employees) cant follow that person. I also told them that I was going to post a horrible review on Google, just for the ppl who might be considering a visit to this location.DONT do it, not worth it, you could find waaay better merchandise elsewhere, even at a better price.

Not the same store ..got really white and uptight ..service was slow you have to yell for help cus they keep busy ..some ppl that go there dont go anymore ..cant view the weaves behind the counter due to ppl stealing so ..by far the worse now...was once loved ❤ and my second home now its not sorry not sorry 😐

This place is awesome sauce!!! They have THE BEST costumer service and they always greet you with a smile every time you enter the store. This is my now favorite go to shop in San Diego, minus the fact that I live like a hundred yards away from the front door of the shop. Theyre really nice people.

All the hair was behind the counter even the cheap hair. Every time I tried to explain to him what I wanted it was not what I wanted. I like trying new items so I wasnt sure if I wanted straight or long. It was a little busy so I didnt mind the little waits. Service was great. I just rather explore the hair so. I feel like there was more that I could have found on my own then what I was being showed.

Horrible phone service called to ask if they sold an Item and the girl who picked up the phone screamed at me telling me they don’t have the product I was looking for. She could have been nicer. Don’t recommend this store been there to buy some stuff and in person they are worse.

It was the absolute best experience Ive had when purchasing some new hairs. I was help a gentleman by the name of John. I couldnt believe it after only speaking with for merely just a minute or 2. Let me tell you he picked for me the absolute perfect hair for the absolute greatest price. It was something like a steal. It was a super mad saving.Thanks to John!!!! That was super awesome and a great way to start off the New Year with save I bunch. Yes I am quite please.

Love this place. Awesome selection of hair and hair accessories. Good service. My favorite cashier is the one with the blond dreads. She is awesome at anticipating what I need and making sure Im good to go before I leave. Also, the store owners dont follow you around with that hurry up and buy mentality. 👍👍👍

Customer service could be better especially from the asian lady who usually does register. The atm is always broken even when they say it works🤷🏽‍♀️. They have a lil bit of everything which is great! But the hair is behind the register which is understandable but very inconvenient when having to ask for specific hair and they keep bringing the wrong ones.

I go here because of convenience. The prices are expensive on products you can find a lot cheaper anywhere else. It’s hard to find what I’m looking for and I find myself walking in circles. If this your last resort not a bad choice but would recommend somewhere else.

Good store just didnt have everything I needed

The 3 stars are for being able to get what you need (most of the time) for a decent price. Im taking away 1 star for the overall appearance of the place, its not the best. The ceiling and floor should be replaced(hazards) and the overall appearance looks a little...dirty?dusty? The other star Im taking away is for the employees. Most look and act like they dont want to be there and tend to do everything painfully slow (like ringing up your items at the register or answering 5 worded questions). Sometimes I even find the occasional employee who looks higher than an airplane.

This store is well-stocked with a wonderful variety of beauty items for the general public, such as myself. The employees and kind, knowledgeable and helpful and the senior discount is a plus!

Bad customer service treat every black customer as if there coming in there to steal soon as I walk in the store the cash register walk to the weave cabinet and closed it when I told her Im look for blonde weave she told me they dont carry blonde when I can clearly see blonde weave all over definitely reporting them

This place is very organized and the guy that works there is very knowledgeable in the products and know where everything is and what he has in stock.

Beauty Supply Warehouse. ..they have great hours. .. they always have what you are looking for and some . Great prices, and many many items to chose from. And the workers are very nice and helpful.

A little worn down and old but theres always great low prices and items are usually always in stock. Never had an issue with the employees. Parking is never really an issue. Just be aware it looks pretty beat up and old.

Black owned hair store. The owner, Bill is very knowledgeable about every product in his store. Hes also accessible as he owns the store to the left of the hair store as well. I drive from work in Encinitas to this store to get my products.

It said it opens at 9am I waited for 30minutes and nobody came to open the store change the sign if you dont open on Sunday misleading the customers😠

The good reviews are fake! Discriminatory store practices. Ignorant staff! Only in South East do they lock hair up. They do not even let you browse to see what you want, apparently you have to be psychic and know what they have in stock tell them what hair you want and they can get it for you? Completely ridiculous!
