I had the pleasure of Thu doing my eyelashes and it was an amazing experience. From the beginning she makes sure your comfortable and relaxed. And her results are amazing with minimal fall out. When I first did Hybrids I was nervous they would look too big but, they came out fluffy and voluminous. Definitely recommend Thu 100%!

People were professional. It was the actual service that was less than on par. My first time here. Ive had eyelash extensions before-5/6 times. For some reason- this is the ONLY place that needs to put like an LED headlight straight above my eyelids. Not to the side, not tilted, it felt like it was straight above. The woman thought it was my first time getting lash extensions done because my eyes started watering so bad from the brightness of the light. It wasnt. Im familiar with the light thats nessesary for them to do their job-but this light was blinding when my eyelids were closed.So she kindly suggested a different service...lash lift. I told her I thought my eyelashes were too short for it. She said they were medium length and showed me a picture of another client she had done with the same length. I agreed because her other clients lashed turned out great. $90 dollars for a lash lift that did nothing! I was right-my eyelashes were too short for that to make a difference. She then tried to tell me how great they looked when she saw my non-reaction in the mirror. She tried to bring her co-worker into it too. Her co worker also looked hard and said itll look better when I wear mascara...the whole point was to not wear mascara.Overall, the ladies were nice. I wish she didnt need SUCH A BRIGHT LIGHT DIRECTLY ABOVE MY PUPILS to work. I wish she had just said my eyelashes were too short to show any effect from a lash lift and I would have gratefully been on my way. And she could have warned me about the burning itchy sensation of a lash lift because that was my first time with that service.My point is its not worth the price you pay. Go somewhere that actually cares about how you want to look and is more affordable. At least she was nice...

I never did lashes before so I decided to try it out. The salon is very elegant and welcoming. The front desk greeted me and introduced me to Ariana. She did an amazing job. Definitely super clean and organized. They had amazing music and beautiful Christmas tree. The entire process was seamless. Very friendly staff and owner. I will be definitely coming back.

A coworker recommended this place as she has been going there for several years and loves them. I recently had my lashes done for the first time not here. They were classics, I loved them and was looking for somewhere to get fills. I scheduled a classic fill. The fill ended up taking only 20 minutes and she used fans instead of just an individual lash. Most fell out in the first 2 days. I have more of the original lash extensions left than I now have from my fill. I didn’t realize until I got home and looked in a better mirror. $75 for 20 minutes of service is a rip off.

I have been coming to this location since the Soft opening! Britney has been doing my lashes since, and I always get so many compliments. She always makes sure I am happy with my lashes before and after my appointment. I recommend her, and The Lash Lounge to anyone who wants to check out a new place or first time getting lashes.Also, it is always clean inside, and everyone is friendly and welcoming when you come in — overall excellent customer service.

My experience with the lash lounge is usually pretty great! The stylist I go to her name is Isabel or Izzy and she does such an amazing job on my lashes!The atmosphere is always so calming and quiet. Very relaxing. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming every time I come to get my lashes done. I’ve been a member since July!I gave the lash lounge 4 stars because the membership perks aren’t all that great. You don’t really save a lot with the membership. At least I don’t haha. I spend an average of $150 per month and that’s without the tip. But other than that I LOVE my lashes and I receive so many compliments so PROPS to Izzy! :)

I had a good experience. Everyone was very helpful with all the questions that I had. My stylist did exactly what I wanted and kept me very simple as I asked! No pressure to make you do anything you don’t want to! And management was super helpful as well! I would recommend!!

As a Fitness Instructor (Pilates,Barre, and Spin), I avoid wearing mascara to prevent raccoon eyes;so, I wear lash extensions. I’ve visited numerous salons in the San Diego area. I’ve finally found the best! Not only are my lashes perfect but they offer a monthly membership which allows me 2 fills per month. It’s a win-win!

The studio is really clean and has a great vibe. The front desk staff is always really nice and helpful. I’ve seen 3 or 4 lash stylists and each one has been wonderful! Can’t say enough good things, I love this business and I love this location!!!

I’ve been to the Murphy canyon location several times. I started off consistently having my lashes done by Britney (who is great), but on a few occasions, I’ve had to have my lashes filled by different lash techs (Issy and Jordan who were both great, I fell asleep during my sessions with them and woke up Very happy with their work.) Each time I have my lashes filled in at the Lash lounge, I am very comfortable, the receptionists have been easy to work with and accommodating if I ever need to move my appointments around.

This was my first time getting my lashes done. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I did some research before my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised with how cute and clean the salon was. I was greeted and asked to fill out some paperwork. No big deal only took a few minutes. My technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me before she began. Answered all my questions and even some I didn’t know I had. The bed was very comfortable and you get a super soft blanket because it’s cold (something to do with the glue). She talked to me and explained everything she was doing while she was working. I am in love with how they turned out. They look completely natural which is what I wanted. I have had lots of compliments and have been telling everyone to go try it out. I love that they weren’t pushy about signing up for the membership. They said try them out and come in for the refill and if it’s something you are interested in you can sign up then. Love that!!!! Definitely signing up!!!! Thanks for helping make my lash experience so amazing!!

I love this location in particularly Izzy is the Best. On the down side, Michael is not good-i would not recommend him as he is rude. He acts as if you are taking up his precious time and rush the lash session. Izzy is patient and does great work.

I love getting my lashes done here so much that I got the monthly membership. I’ve gotten my lashes done by Isabel (Izzy) and Jordan. Both have done a great job and I always leave very happy. One of my favorite parts, aside from the lash results, is just relaxing with my eyes closed and just chatting lol. Everyone here is friendly! Courtney is always ready to greet everyone with a smile! They have a great playlist of music going, and it’s clean and always smells nice. Overall a great experience and I am always raving about them to my friends and family.

I got my first extensions ever done about 2 months ago here, and I did the classic. I was extremely nervous and new to the process, but my lash stylist was so kind and excited to transform my eyes. (Unfortunately, a lot of them fell out by the time of my refill.)At all my refills since, Ive been asking for more volume/drama with various stylists. I was told my lashes are thin so it couldnt hold too much, but they still made it work! They created hybrid lashes that really stuck until my next refills. They also recommended that I use castor oil to make my lashes grow and strengthen so that maybe they can make my lashes more dramatic in the future. ;) (Didnt know that-- thank you!)Thanks for providing such excellent care! I feel like you really try to listen and provide what I want, and you take the time without rushing onto the next customer. I also love how *great* your prices are for VIP membership! Two refills a month for $99 is such a steal from what Ive compared to other 5 star places. I am one person who, without a doubt, needs refills every two weeks. So thank you for providing great lashes, great customer service, great pricing, and for making me feel so happy and confident every time I leave! As someone who works from early morning to late at night, I dont have time to care for myself as much as Id like, and I feel this is one thing that makes me feel happy and put together without makeup. I *always* look forward to coming into my appointments!

She knows exactly what I like and what suits my eye shape and face, I am never disappointed when I leave here. Love how clean this place is, plenty of parking. The lash beds are super comfortable and Kyrra does such a great job of making sure things are set to my liking so that I am relaxed and comfortable the whole time I’m there. Before seeing her, I never really knew much about having lashes or how to take care of them but Kyrra did a really good job helping me with that.
