Terrible Terrible service!!! I had an appointment so I went and their door was locked,I knocked and knocked and called them and NO answer. I went back to my car waited a little bit,Amazon showed up they opened the door for him so I went back knocked and NO ANSWER AGAIN. so I called for the 7th time and this time lefted a message that I was there and to call me back and they NEVER did. Obviously this company doesnt care about peoples health and should be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought one chair for me and one for my sister 5 years ago and both chairs are working perfect! I did had to take one of them back to replace a motor and warranty cover all parts only had to pay for labor, it was fix in 2 weeks and was happy with their service. They are busy people and it looks like they deal with different merchandise at there warehouse but they still took the time to fix my chair! I will keep sending friend to them.
