I love Pacific Beads and always find more than I came for. The crystals and beads here are beautiful and of good quality. I have created gorgeous jewelry with genuine crystal beads purchased here. I also have many of their crystals around my home and have given several as gifts. The people at this shop are truly helpful, honest, and friendly. Shlomo is one of the kindest store owners Ive ever met. He remembers his customers and gives fair prices, good discounts, and even the occasional lottery ticket. He seems able to identify any crystal, stone, or bead. Shlomo is extremely knowledgeable and cheerful, as is his staff. My dog is a big fan of this place as well!

I LOVE this shop! they have the most affordable crystals and stones. I love coming here to get small crystals for my small etsy business @branndyscrystals to wrap in wire and make into necklaces. I also got the most beautiful aurelite 23 pendant, and i’ve gotten a ton of raw amethyst points to wrap in wire i’ll attach a photo💜 definitely recommend if you want to buy crystals for a very good price!!! I was buying a pillow next door at the mattress store & this place was bustling with happy customers and energetic employees. I had to check it out and it was the BEST customer experience I’ve ever encountered! Everyone was so helpful in every way showing me around, even made me a amethyst bracelet on the fly! I left with gorgeous stones & jewelry. Not only was service top notch but the prices are so dang reasonable. I will be a life long customer for sure!

Package said it was delivered to my address. It was not. Waited multiple days for the order to be processed and had to call to remind them I ordered and in the end never received my package despite paying for the rings and shipping. Please contact me so I can get a refund or a replacement

Really a great place with excellent pricing, with a really amazing variety of beads and stones and geodes. If you have some large geodes and you know the weight and you take a picture of them you can bring the pictures in and hell give you a personal estimate of its value.

Went here about over month ago and the store is ridiculously dangerous. They have so much good stuff to choose from. The staff were so nice and helpful. I spent way too much money but Im so happy with my purchase. I made some crystal bead bracelets and got some crystals. I must have spent over 2 hours just going through their selections and picking out what I wanted. Staff was attentive but allowed me to comfortably shop. I believe it was the owner not sure but he gave me such an amazing deal for being a first time customer. Love this place!!! Definitely my new place of addiction and highly recommend.

The owner, Schlomo, is great. I went there today to drill holes in some cultured pearls that I had that were plugged. The owner very kindly had his assistant drill them for me for free; then he gave us a free lottery ticket. They have stone, glass (beads), loose stones and jewelry. Lots to choose from. I visit anytime I am in the area. Currently not enough staff currently and have to wait 10 min to get assistance. They also moved to 7638 Clairemont Mesa.

They also sell loose crystals and minerals, as well as some carved geodes, which were pretty interesting.When you come in, you will be handed a basket, and a pair of scissors. Bead strands are tied up in groups along the walls and display shelves. You pick the strand you want and cut it from the bunch.Freshwater pearls, amber, silver, and a few other types of beads are sold by weight. Beading wire is on large reels and sold by the foot. Wire-wrapping supplies are also available.This location also offers beading and wire-wrapping classes, but I have not yet taken one here.The feel of the store is more like a wholesaler or wharehouse. They offer a paid membership program with a steep discount. The prices are good if you are going to get a lot of beads.

I just went today looking for crystals and I was hoping to find at least one. Lol I found more than what I was looking for. My favorite place to go

Ive been coming here for 10 years and have followed them through three building moves. As the demand for beading supplies has decreased so had their warehouse size and their selection, BUT they still have LOTS to choose from! The owner is gracious and the staff helpful. Im very happy they are still in San Diego offering a great selection for very good prices.

Went here today and didn’t feel very welcomed. The customer service is lacking, they don’t greet you when you walk in or ask if you need help. The selection of beads isn’t the best and limited. I went to buy clear stretch string and they’re all out and won’t say when or if they are getting some in stock.

The name is a bit misleading. While they have the most extensive bead collection I have ever seen, they have gems, fossils and a wide array of stones in their natural state and carved.

Oh gosh, this store is amazing. They have all kinds of beautiful beads for major discount and my husband had to drag me away from all the colors and sparkles the store has to offer. Great selection of basics and pre-made silver jewelry. Did not have what I came in for (gold or gold-filled wire) but I ended up making a purchase anyway.The entrance is a little odd, because you enter the back of the store through what appears like an employee entrance which is poorly labeled.The employees are friendly, and Schlomo gives everyone a lottery ticket for coming in, however I found what I really missed were the unique and interesting beads which seemed to be replaced by interesting junk.
