No more great customer service Im 59 yrs old was in customer service most of my life and customers are mostly always right companies have insurance for certain things and I remember pretty cash all ask for was 10 dollars maybe some change instead of putting on card the guy did exactly what I ask him not to do threw hands up like o well never a gift card or nothing

A really nice store! Great holiday knickknacks. And the fabrics had some unusual sections like batik and mid century. Made me actually consider sewing. Then I came to my senses. Nice to see a lot of younger people in there getting their crafting supplies too.

The employee, Shane helped me so much! He knew about patterns, types of fabric for any project, gave me sewing tips, was an amazing folder!!! and so much more! Shane made my experience very calming since it was my first time choosing a fabric and I was a little anxious! I cant wait to get more knowledge from him on my next project! thank you so much Shane!

They didnt have the variety of fabrics I was hoping for. I needed a bunch of fabric that is low cost for kids costumes, they told me that they didnt have what I was looking for.

Tamaryn and the rest of the Joann team are incredibly helpful and happy to a lend a solicited nonjudgmental tip or two on how to handle certain fabrics depending on your projects which was hyperbolically lifesaving for this new sewer. Joann of course has the best Fabric and sewing supplies. But I like to go into Joannes for the fun little things to buy four gifts and to decorate my home. I feel Joann is overpriced but they have really good sales so it brings their high price down to normal price. I dont really go in here very often but I do like to go in and see what they have on clearance because sometimes you can find some really cool stuff I gave it a low star because of their high prices

Still a good place to go for sewing, arts & crafts... Theyve gotten rid of a few stores like the one in Lemon Grove.

I like this store it is really motivating when you walk in the door and see all the beautiful fabric and all the pretty accessories all the beautiful buttons and lace and trimming.... If I want to lift my spirits I go into this place, if I want to build-up my creativity I go into Joannes.... In general I think the prices are pretty good and they have good coupons although I read down below that certain people are not getting their coupons honored, so I wonder what the story is about that, plenty of times Ive went into this store and not got good service, at all but my 4 stars today are for the store itself and Im hoping that in the future they Hire friendlier employees and that they also stop being p•r•ejudiced with their hiring and really have people of All Ages there that would make me want to shop there even More .I much rather deal with Communicate with seniors that have years of experience Rather than a 25 year old that doesnt want to work at Joanns if you know what I mean.

The staff are always friendly & helpful. But stay away, to allow you to explore everything & only step in when asked.The store is stocked with high & low end quilty merchandise! So there is something for everybody Including the kids.

The discounts and coupons are rarely correct at checkout. The employees are dismissive and irritable when you ask them to correct the prices. This used to be my go-to craft store, but Im so tired of having to deal with pricing errors I rarely shop here anymore. 😑 Two thumbs down.

Loved their home decor section! Lots of fun finds! I bought a cute towel and some tulle, ribbon, and flowers to wrap a gift basket with. So much fun and so elegant!

So much selection at this store. I was looking for a non-skid type of padding for my crocheted rug but that was not available here. Im just grateful the associates were helpful and I could buy all this other stuff I didnt know I needed.

What a great group of workers. Matt..upfront...was amazing. He was very calm even though he was being yelled at by some angry lady in the que was demanding she suffered some great injustice having to wait in line because people dont want to work because they are on unemployment and seemingly I cut the line (I had not... I had stepped to the side and I waited for my item to be brought to the front and so he could continue checking out others) Well Matt.. I hope you get a raise because you were truly doing an amazing job and the other two workers were great aswell.

Good place to find fabrics in a pinch. Their inventory isnt fabulous, but they have good hours and staff. Prices are too high unless you have coupons that they provide readily when joining.

Usually find what I need there for specialty items. Nice employees also.

They have quite a selection!took my daughter to get materials for a Christmas present she was making, and needed some guidance in choosing the right fabric. Initially, we could not even find an employee on the floor. That was frustrating, once we found someone, she was really very helpful and knowledgable. We were told they were short staff that night, but I havent had reason to shop there again.

Would have given 5 stars but this establishment was HOT! I feel bad for the employees who have to do 8 hours in here.

I was disappointed in the yarn selection...Im a visitor from South Africa and have been seeing my fellow crotcheters projects and selection of yarns from Joann and it was nothing like my experience...

I have been getting my nails done with Claudia and the girls for almost two years now and they do not disappoint! Their gel manicures last up to 4 weeks and their pedicures are so relaxing I can almost fall asleep. Their attention to detail and cleanliness is priceless.
