We are all about customer service and it was so delightful to work with someone that not only has exceptional customer service, but was so thorough at answering all my questions. If he did not know, he found out and always got back to me. Khan was amazing! Dependable, honest, very available, respectful and courteous. Top notch customer service!!! He might be a nice guy but just make sure he really has what he is selling you in stock before you make the trip there.Confirmed with him 3 times that he had the product in store, rented a truck & drove down there to pick it up and he said it would take several weeks to order.I just really wish he hadn’t wasted my time in hopes to get a sale out of me. Store looked nothing like the pics on the google site and definitely did not have any major restaurant equipment in it. 😒

I dealt with the owner named khan. He was a very nice and honest old man that just wanted me to be happy about our purchase. He beat out all the offers I was getting and was overall just trying so hard to work for the sale to the point I really felt bad for the guy. I’ve been coming here to support khan for the past couple years and will continue to do so. Thank you for your awesome service.
