Theres something to be said about the neighborhood mechanic. Now I didnt have transmission issues, just needed routine maintenance done on my car. This shop has a lot of cars outside from ther 50s to present day, it isnt the tidiest shop Ive been to but I walked in and asked if he could recommend a shop near by for service. He recommended himself, Brian is a one man shop, nice, honest guy. After my services were done, he did a test drive and said my car was in need of alignment (which it was but I didnt think to ask him at the time) so I asked if he knew somebody and he said well me. I laughed, the neighborhood transmission guy can do it all. So, brakes, oil, lubes and filter and an alignment. Trans checked out fine. Felt good to support the local guy over the dealer for a car out of warranty. Thank you Brian
