Id give 6 stars if I could. Ken did excellent engine work on an out-of-warranty 2016 Mercedes GLE350. Price was just what he quoted and on time with the work. He is super friendly. Im sure it was way cheaper than Autobahn. Recommended to all!

I have brought my cars exclusively to Ken for years because he provides excellent service and a fair price - but most importantly because I TRUST HIM. He gives me sound advice on the which repairs are critical and when. He has literally talked me out of paying for a service that he felt I did not need. He is knowledgeable, honest, hard working, friendly, and trustworthy - what else can you ask for in a mechanic? I will continue to go out of my way to recommend Ken to friends, neighbors, and strangers.

Ken is so friendly and courteous! I highly recommend visiting his shop for anything your vehicle may need. He was able to accommodate me in a matter of minutes and help me resolve my issue, even going beyond and above to perform a couple of minor fixes to my vehicle at no cost.

Ken and Michelle are my favorite mechanics couple. They do good service at reasonable price. In fact, I think the price is much better the more complicated the service is. For simpler services (such as oil change etc) they are not that much cheaper and can some times be even more expensive than dealers. But Id rather deal with them mostly because I trust them as they wont try to upsell you on services that you dont need. Im a loyal customer after my mom introduced them to me.

Ken is a rare breed, an honest mechanic! Also a killer Giants fan. He has maintained our two cars since his days on Potrero Ave in the city. He is up front on what needs to be done, does not do unnecessary work, lets you know what will need attention down the road, and stands by his work.
