I recommend this place and the service is good. I had another storage near the mountains and because the door is outside my stuff is extremely dusty. Tired of that I decided for a smaller 10x15 unit indoors and Im planning now the organization of my stuff, something which may take a month but everything will be organized in Craftsman interlocked racks and Costco plastic boxes, like never before. My apartment is one block away and this location is very convenient, instead the other 8 miles away.

Have a unit with them and now looking elsewhere my rent has tremendously gone up starting when we got the unit at 64 dollars and we had great customer service. now we are paying over150$ for the same small unit.. ridiculous

I walked in today to just ask about possibly needing a storage in the near future. Art walked me through all of the normal pricing, what to expect, and even helped me look for the unit at another local extra space when he didn’t have what I needed. He only had one unit left, but it was too small for what I needed. He really broke down everything and made it easy to understand. Hopefully when I need the unit, there is one here.

The property looks nice for being in San Bernardino. Like they take care of it and is safe.

Owner needs to do better background checks. Dont trust natolene with ur info. Identity/ card or accnt #s. if she doesnt use it herself then shes selling it

Just moved out of my storage unit here and everything about my experience here in the last year has been great. I never worried about my belongings with the units being indoors and behind security gates. Customer service has been very friendly and helpful and the prices are fair! I would highly recommend this storage facility.

I just have to say if you are looking for a storage this is definitely the place, for so many reasons other than your things will be safe,I have been going through so much going back since Halloween, I was struggling to make my payment and got locked out, they walked me to my storage so I can get my kids decorations out.. I was making every attempt to pay and ended up paying they saw how hard I was trying and when I ended up getting locked out again they gave me temporary access to put all my belongings in, I fell on really hard times & just needed to make sure all my kids belongings were safe, I was moving everything alone, I told them my situation never did they look down on me or make me feel ashamed for my struggle, they cared and wanted to help in whatever way they can, they gave me access for days to put my stuff in storage, Now I’m not saying you can do all this and still not pay, I want to be clear they still have a business to run and I understood that, I would make any kind of payment I could to show good faith, With everything I was dealing with and believe me it was something very hard, but having them try and help allowing me to secure my kids belongings, just took off a lot of stress it was something good during something bad that I couldn’t be more grateful for.. and it’s not just one it’s the whole company, each one had the same reaction to me, never never did they treat me different each one helped and treated me with respect and understanding, Josh, Matthew, just to name a few I’m bad with names, but I want to thank everyone at extra space storage..

It was pretty hot and he offered me a bottle of water. He was polite, friendly and made this ordinary trip and very pleasant experience. This is a great storage facility! This site is so clean you could eat off the ground...Brian the Manager was extremely helpful. He really took the time to explain the different sizes and the different types of units. I went with an indoor and I love it! His site even provided me with a FREE MOVE IN TRUCK! It really was FREE! I am so glad I went with this storage place.

I absolutely love working w/ Tessa and Ashleigh. They were very swift and thorough & took care of my needs right away. There was a pricing discrepancy that they immediately resolved - even when they werent obligated to, as I had my contract set up by a sister facility. Their location/facility was clean and I was able to get a very accessible unit. Overall very satisfied with the customer service.I will be definitely recommending them to anyone that is looking for these services.
