This place was a last resort for me. And it was very expensive! Yikes! I only trust the larger corporations by name of course. The customer service was awful. The resident manager told me I was inconsiderate and its not a good look for the company because I had alot of my items by the gate. I was waiting for assistance! She wasnt very friendly at all. But when I purchased the unit, her demeanor was different. (Of course) Definitely, do your research before spending money at this particular storage company. I wouldnt recommend...

Excellent facility with an awesome friendly staff that goes above and beyond to help. The facility is clean, secure and well lit... the lockers age roomy and are all accessible from the main driveway which makes it so easy to get in and out. Plus they offer the best deals anywhere. 10-stars. Highly recommended.

I really like this place. The employees there,Sam,Leanna and everyone else always give me personalized service when I walk in the door. They are a great bunch of people and I will continue to do business with them for quite some time. I have been doing business with them since August of 2008.

I love this place, just cant stand how and why they ripped me off. Everyone who works in the front office has been super nice to me and offered me water on hot days. They bent over backward to help me on the ground.It is management at Corporate that is not playing fair.They ask for permission to charge your card which I gave them. Then they charge you for that month on the first or your entry date. No problems here.So on Aug 1 they charged my card. In early August I gave my ten day notice. Then on Aug 19th I vacated. Now they are saying they wont credit back my account the money owed because it says so in the contract. The monthly fee is 222 and I am owed back 12 days or $85.93. Not a lot of money, but it is my money not theirs.I have asked to speak to corporate but so far I have only gotten 4 calls saying we cant refund your money from the nice gals in the office.So, if you plan to use them do so at your own risk.I will not go back again!Their policies are set to screw people and not treat them fairly.

Worst service ever af says set price with truck and driver I made a reservation hafbtei days to move out of my apt I called early to confirm noone answered I left many emails noone returned I got there worker said I was just calling you ourvdriver got sick this wasbtuesm but ee can do it sat.at this pointmy manager us furious and cops locked my aot with my things still in there and charging me storage every day its there.now sat came and again I called to confirm once again nope worker is alone.now
