I loved how neat and well-layed out the whole store is! The Harbor Freight Tools Employees are very knowledgeable about their tools, even explaining how tools I never even knew existed work! They helped me pick out a few things and even gave me ideas as to perhaps making new projects a go with innovative thoughts and concepts. Call it the Michaels Art Store of Tools and Hardware. Home Depot is nice but too time consuming and too impersonal. I applied for credit here and Cameron, one of the employees, guided me through the process and was very helpful.

Great place for low priced tools! Im not sure how a contractor would rate their items but for home repairs and hobby creations like I do, it cant be beat!

My first time to this particular harbor freight.superclean, seem like a newer store . wasnt too for certain as to whether or not the employees had a full scope of their products. Every time I asked how durable a product was they just told me they had a 90-day warranty.because it was a newer store they didnt have too much on a clearance rack. I normally go to the San Bernardino store the one out in Banning. If Im in the area I probably go to the store again.

The staff and employees at this particular Harbour Freight, are freaking SUPER COURTEOUS!! Landon was super helpful in helping me out find some products in store. I was shopping for some things for my brother and Landon was helpful and accommodating from the start. He went to the back to check out if an item I was looking for was in stock. It wasnt, but he was able to piece together what I needed to make sure I had everything taken care of.

Rachel is pretty great, just wish she knew more about the local area for when those type of questions arise.

Their Security Officer was parked in the handicap space. No sticker or plaque on his car. This was on 7/15/21. Just wrong

Great store, tons to choose from, not everything is a tool...or is it? So many items can help one to rethink the idea of a tools original purpose. They have cases for everything! Sometimes its a nice place to walk thru just to get the cobwebs out of ones mind.

Brad is the greatest manager. All of his crew is totally accommodating. Store is always clean and arranged so you can find what you are looking for. So glad they opened a store in our area, but if they dont have it they will find a store that does. AWESOME store and employees.

If you need tools that are good and cheap, harbor freights is best place to go.

Good value for the money, I dont go there expecting the quality of Milwaukee, DeWalt or Snap-On but for residential tool use to last you a year or two, this is the place!

Nice store. Usually a pretty good selection of items in stock here, accompanied by the great, low-prices that Harbor Freight is known for. The staff recently has been very helpful. I called in to check to see if they had a certain product in stock, and the gentleman kindly went and checked and verified the item as well as the prices that went along with it. I wont lie, this store does sit in a rather sketchy area of town, so sometimes the people there can be a little unsettling. But none the less, the store is safe, and the staff is friendly. But between this one and the other one in town, Id still rather prefer the other store personally. I think its off Mill St.

Store itself is fine, just as good as any other HF, but the location is garbage. Middle of the worst city in California. Lock your doors, hide all valuables

This harbor freight was so awesome to shop at and all of the employees had like freaking masks on and stuff and like were like distance from each other and stuff and they had tape on the floor and oh my god good for them the government is probably so proud of them and Bill Gates!!The guy helped me find a Dremel type thing that I bought and it was cheap so I like Harbor freight.America!

As a sales associate i know the look on a persons face after theyve been looking around the store for 20 minutes or so and still are clueless & have no idea what they want to buy........So me being the sales associate would them approach the customers & offer my assistance because, that is my job. Right???Right.......None of the employees that were on the sales floor did that for me today at this Harbor Freight...😕😕 i was in there for 53 minutes before i settled for & grabbed a stud finder to give away as a fathers day 🎁 gift today... That sucks

Harbor Freight has quite a selection of tools and alot of other stuff you didnt know you needed until you got there. The staff was friendly and they were able to keep the long lines moving quickly. Looking forward to my next trip.

I went in to buy an item everybody from the man at the cash register to the two girls in the store employees asked 2 help me which I thought was wonderful and they did so thank you and I would give them a 5. By the way I picked up three items and not just one.

Great service. Called from fontana to see if the items i needed were available. They were quick and polite. Arrived at this location and waited in line outside. They were very efficient and the security guard was very pleasant. This area is a lil rough but i wouldnt hesitate to come back.

This place has great service and a huge selection of tools and equipment always on sale. You can count on getting what you need for cheap or on sale. The service here is great and the store is very clean. I returned something here recently and they helped me get the issue resolved with the item that i had bought. I highly recommend you coming here if you need to buy tools or have a dad who loves to work with his hands.
