The Big Box Stores Love the Ryobi One+ Power Tools, but my majority at Home Depot, fair prices and good selection

My local Home Depot...I always find all my home needs here, plus extra! Their paint dept is always stocked well with a wide variety of paints for all of your Diy projects. The employees I encounter are busy but always willing to lend a hand when you have a question. Ive been shopping here for years!

The home depot always has better prices than @Lowes and the people attending is the best.

Customer service sucks. I have had to talk to manager a couple times with people not caring or no one to be found. I try to not go here if I can. If the local hardware store KL hardware doesn’t have it and it is a rush, I got here as a last resort!!!

Hospitality of San Bernardino CA very disappoint! employees no manners, no education, need more training and be professional ( customer service) always first remember that! ( paint dep👎)

Any home depot I go to theres always someone that needs help, but here at home depot thats what there good for. You get lost youll be found by asking anyone with what your finding works a lot of better than walking the whole store and getting a good leg work out. Either one works for me.

Ive been to this Home Depot location many times for miscellaneous items to do projects or repairs at my parents house. Very happy with this store. They have always had the item(s) that Ive needed.

Well stocked. The store is clean and organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. The line to pay looks scary because it is long but it moves pretty fast.

I purchase some products their seem to be more employees than usual, which is good. The thing is that the check out lines were too long. I suggest they open up more cash registered.

I went in to get Brown mulch from the store and they did not have any out in the display area. Fortunately Lena was working the register at the nursery area and was able to get me help. It took a bit to get a forklift out but she made sure to check in on the situation when I was waiting to assure me they were still working on it. This was great customer service on her part and made up for the wait.

I usually dont write reviews but employee T.B. helped us out today. We appreciate workers like him. He helped us cut some drywall sheet and measure it.

Nice Home Depot. Big and well stocked. They seem to cater to contractors do larger projects based the the heavy equipment out front in the rental yard.

As you walk in plenty of hand sanitizer, free face mask and hand towels. A spray to clean handles on carts would be appreciated. You could use hand sanitizer along with paper towels to disinfect. Lysol refill a nice find.

Came to return a small, unused item. Return was quick and straight forward (within return time listed on receipt). Purchased a handful of small items and associates where able to direct me to the proper aisles. The appliance associate presented me with a parts department business card to locate new knobs for my stove. I didnt expect to find the knobs in store but was surprised about the parts department having them available to ship.

I like shopping at Home Depot but the specialty parking has gotten out of hand.Just in the general area where I had to park there was 4 spots for veterans, 6 spots for handicapped and 12 spots for Curbside Pickup!

This Home Depot was pretty nice. As usual, they are well kept and clean, employees are very helpful. As usual, the amount to choose from is simply mind boggling. Most of us whiz thru with ideas of what we want, lightly casting our eyes at this and that. But like many modern superstores, one could easily spend a near entire day looking at all of the items on offer.Checkout is swift, pleasant.

Very unorganized, Associates standing around talking, customer service call over the intercom for isle 32 for lumber, isle 23 for lumber. 25 minutes later a gentleman named Josh came out of the bathroom and I asked if he would pls help me he was happy to. Cant find merchandise due to being misplaced.

Was not crowded today All the employees were very helpful add found some discount prices and some discount prices I always shop midweek home depot my favorite place

Do you have to find the right employee willing to help you becucause there are a lot of them that just dont bother paying attention to what youre saying or dont want to waste their time helping you or they feel your not worth helping

Lazy guy in the paint dept didn’t want to put any effort into color matching a sample of stucco brought in. I explained that go to different HD all the time to color match and ive never heard the excuse that they can’t color match an uneven surface. But he said that’s what his superiors are telling him…even though ive done this 100s of times at HD from San Diego to OC to LA to the IE. Anyway I said forget it and went to another HD further from my jobsite and the girl did it with no issue, no complaint, no excuses. I’ll never go to the paint department at this HD again. Wasted so much time.

My dads water heater went out and we took a trip to Home Depot and we found the right heater at the right price, special thanks to Jiu at Customer service for letting me borrow her tape measurement to see if it fits in my car.. and it did fit, I know they offer free delivery but we need to replace it immediately.. so I suggest you if you can install it yourself you will save a lot of money !! a sub contractor quoted me $1,735.oo plus tax including heater, permit and labor.. we saved $1,130.oo on labor and haul away the old one.

I love to shop here for every thing for inside and outside my home. Bruce in Plumbing is an amazing employee and Always helpful. Store is very clean, employees friendly.

Every employee was helpful, gentle man that was working the door area the day I bought my turf was so helpful to my sister and I it was unbelievable. We had just left here when we went over to rialto for a item San Bernardino store didnt have and it was a horrible experience. Love the San Bernardino location just for the helpful people.

Today i needed to order special windows for my house.The regular associates were out today but Phaedra R jumped in there and helped me to get these ordered She was absolutely amazing Thank You Phaedra

I went through the self-checkout line, and they have new hand-held scan guns there. They work great, and I was able to quickly just pull the trigger multiple times for a repeated item. Certainly quicker than the old built-in scanner below the glass. Nice job HD!

Rude customer service.Order a more than a pallet of tile. Employees were rude and send me back to the returning line and took long to load me up. And time is crucial when you need to get work done.

Told me to wait behind a fence in order for them to open the cage for a nest mini. Made me feel like a criminal. When they couldnt find one she said they didnt have them in the cage and that they were in the department but that she would have to go look for them. I liked that she was willing to help me even though she would have to put in the effort. I waited for twenty mins and went to go see what she was doing. She was in the department going in boxes and looking for the speakers. She said she looked on the other isle where they being sold as a promotion. She said somebody probably stole them cause she could see them. She then went to another isle and continued to look. When I got to her she told me that she would have to call me in order to give her more time to finding then I told her that I had already been there for an hour and that I needed to go. She said she was sorry that she could not help me and could not find the speakers. I was upset but it was what it was. Before I left I went to the first isle she went to look to see if she missed something with in two minutes I found the boxes and low and behold I found them and did her job for her. I guess it is what it is. She tried and I like that but if it was a snake it would have bit her. Common lady 👩.

We found what we were looking for. It was pretty busy. They had to get more help, than we moved quickly.

Home Depot had everything I needed and the cashier Toe-Knee (Tony) was exceptional. He patiently and professionally assisted me. I also had some issue with a gift card. Instead of telling me it didnt work and moved on, Toe-Knee tried several methods of entering the gift card.Toe-Knee is an asset to Home Depot and because of him I will definitely return to this Home Depot.

The worse part about Home Depot in San Bernadino on Hospitality Lane is the inconsistency in available help.Sometimes when we go there, there are numerous employees available to assist us but on this trip we couldnt get any help. On a different trip to this store we were able to get help in one department but none in another.Its very frustrating.We recently bought about 2700 square feet of flooring and we were looking for finish pieces but couldnt locate any or get any help to see about ordering some. We also needed some picture hangers that wouldnt damage walls but couldnt get help from the employee who was working on the aisle. He just directed us to another part of the aisle which we had already looked at and were unable to find them. We looked again and still couldnt find any.On the other hand when we ordered the flooring and related items from the store at Sierra Crossing from Danielle we had great service. She knew the product and just what we needed to get started and ordered it in sufficient quantity so that we didnt run short or have too much overage. It was a pleasure working with her.
