Spectrum has hiked up prices and downgraded service. They basically have total control in the area I live, and when I called to question the 50+$ price jump they actually chuckled at me and said to switch providers, knowing there’s no other option. Dogwater company. Garbage service.

When you turn in your boxes and router and close the account but you still get charged for services you’re not even using. The associates in store lie straight to your face, deny you proof of closing the account and “promise” you will not get charged. Anything to get you out of the store and out of their face. Customer service via phone literally ARGUED with me that I had my dates mixed up & that’s why I was charged. No honey, I’m ready an email YOU GUYS sent 2 days late plus the date hasn’t changed for the last 2 years I’ve been with you so no my dates are not mixed up. Why am I being charged $200 for something I not only cancelled, but can’t even use bc I turned in everything. I would switch Internet providers if I could but this is the only one that my apartment will work with.

I went in & spoke with a customer service person about getting a new phone, they did a great job in answering all my questions. It was the 1st week of the month & I said I couldnt buy my phone until the 3rd week of the month. They assured me that if they ordered the phone now, they would hold the phone until I could come in. Well I came in, just like I said on the 3rd week to purchase the phone that they had called me to let me know had come in but when I got there the phone had already been sold, they told me they couldnt hold a phone that long. So everything the customer service/sales person had told me, none of it did they honor. I was trying to buy a Note 20.I extremely disappointed in the service that I received not only one store but two!

My Dad got a smoking deal that what they smoked was his wallet.. they promised him so much that they charged him double and to discuss the bill was a nightmare 😳 call here.. call there..and we decided to return the equipment at the store in San Bernardino and their customer service is ugly no greeting upon the arrival and they should have someone to tell you to sign in a device at front so they can call your name.. sad !!

I had an appointment at 12pm. Showed up recieved a router and modem, but did not receive any of the cables I needed for setup. I asked the guy before I left if what he gave me was all I needed for setup. He said yes, that is all. I left and went home and realized pretty quick I did not have any of the chords. I had to return to the store and wait another hour (because i did not have an appointment) to get my cords that should have been given during my appointment.

This service location moved to a bigger space a couple doors down. While Spectrums policies are extremely frustrating the staff here is knowledgeable, and helpful. Spectrum has also opened more locations now that theyre in the mobile phone business so this location has fewer customers, double the space, and more stations to help you if they ever did get busy here again. I cant complain about this service center even though Spectrums packages, services, and policies drive me crazy! Im required to rent 1 cable box thats only 720 HD after Spectrum boned me by no longer supporting my $600 4k Tivo DVR cable box just 2 years after I bought it. I had prepaid Tivo for the their Tivo service I couldnt use, and Tivo wouldnt refund the future service I paid for which screwed me out of another $200. Now that theres MasterClass, Gaia, Great Courses Plus, Discovery Plus, and audio simulcasts of the news channels on SiriusXM I finally dropped Spectrum TV.

The personal are to slow now in attending the customer’s. The man security is to rude with Latin people, he is unprofessional . The security guards there have a bad temper & attitude against spectrum customer’s. I let the Manager know but it seemed like she didn’t really cared about our complaint.

I was there to return my equipment. Upon arrival, the receptionist was nice and I had a pleasant conversation with her. The other rep that accepted the equipment was cold, but cordial. It seems to me that when a company like Spectrum ads to potential new customers, they pull out all the stops and bend over backward to get your business. When a customer decides to leave, sometimes through no fault of their own, they get treated poorly. I was a customer with what was first Time Warner Cable then became Spectrum for a few years and was treated well. Once I left, because I was moving to an area that Spectrum does not cover, I was treated with disrespect. It will not matter if this gets to the upper management and corporate, because this is the standard that they train their employees to. Since I will no longer be in an area that Spectrum covers, I will not have to worry about having them as a company to provide my services. Even if that were to change, I would rather get an online streaming service and use my cell phone with another provider with a hot spot, then go back to Spectrum. I was a good customer. I ALWAYS paid my bill on time and never had to ask for an extension. Unless you have no choice, I cannot recommend Spectrum as a service provider, simply for the fact that they will treat you poorly, if you ever decide to leave.

Amazing customer service. Gloria helped my family and I switch from Sprint to Spectrum mobile. She handle all aspects from helping us keep all of our same numbers and we are saving $100 compared to Sprint. I was with Sprint for 3 years and every encounter Ive had with them was a nightmare to where I would cry out of frustration because it was always a battle. With Spectrum I leave with a smile and thanking God because theyre a blessing. Gloria was amazing and she listened to us. The host of the store, cant remember his name, young man was very nice to us as well and kept us company while we waited for my sons iPhone info to be uploaded to the new one from sprint. There was another gentleman man who had long hair and tattoos who left the store to go get his laptop from home to help with my sons iPhone...AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I have been recommending everyone to them!!! Ditch who you have now and go to Spectrum. You wont regret it. I didnt.

Spectrum is hostile towards customers, demands identification and re-identification and will hang up or threats to hang up if these demands are not followed. All this is done to create an image of authority and allow itself to provide inferior services over a longer time.

The guy who waited on me was very rude. When I asked him a question he was rude and wouldnt help me. I left Spectrum not knowing how to install the router. I had to have a friend come over and install it. I think Spectrum us ok just the guy who waited on me was bad.

I been coming to this spectrum store for many years .I allweys been treated with respect. There service is fast and reasonable. I encourage you to make an appointment because lately with this covid situation the lines can get a little long outside. But depending on the time n day you go it varies on the waiting. But I recommend this store for good service.

Bait And Switch to residential customers, you need to complain to the FCC and local govermentsgot service for $90 a month but after added fees for usless equipment and other charges the actual bill is 50% higher this is unfair business practicesfees include on top of regular bill price reciever $7.99 + $1.00 secure line charge, wifi service $5.00, Broadcast Fee surcharge $16.45, taxes $4.51, franchise fee $4.43, self install activation charge $9.99, can you explain how adding over 40% to my bill for frivlious fees and unneeded usless equipment is fair,

Everyone there is super helpful and they do everything they can for you. Keep up the good work and I know they all can figure how to get us all served as quickly as possible. Thats my only complaint if any. But they do do their best to get through us all as quickly as possible with utmost professionalism and solutions to our problems. I came in with a billing issue that shouldnt have happened, so they have us a serious discount and gave us a substantial discount for a whole year because of our patronage and to keep us happy as customers. I really do recommend using Spectrum as your cable and internet provider.

Personnel can be hit or miss when it comes to friendly service....And stating things like I have to waste more time to come back after I get my billing statement to request a refund for services I was incorrectly charged for is asinine, and seems more like a way to extort money from clients who dont check their accounts for fraudulent transactions made by Spectrum.

I waited an hour to pkup a modem and finally left without ever being served. My 4 yr old grandson was great while we waited but that was ridiculously long. They need more help or more stores. I dont recommend doing business at their store. I called spectrum and they are mailing the modem.

Came here and the door greater spectrum worker Vanessa was very unprofessional she just was just on her phone she also had her sweater on her head talking to her self in front of all the customers and as I’m getting help by a very nice representative she is in the back screaming laughing very loud.. I asked to speak to a manger was told there was not one here I think you guys need to hire someone who is welcoming and not be unprofessional. So because of the Vanessa associate I will be leaving a one star but as for the other associate they were very helpful

They promise everything, and are very short on customer service. Most of the staff is not totally familiar with what their company does, and sells. They really sound good when you are comparing with other service providers, but they fall way short on what is said at the time of sale, and what is delivered. I am keeping the service for now, because I dont have the time to go through all the BS to change over. Direct TV is more expensive, but I quess you get what you pay for.

Spectrum doesnt seem to care about their customers who came from Time Warner. They abruptly changed the price of my current services. When I asked about a new promotion, I was told there was no promotional pricing for any existing customers. When I said that I would probably switch to another provider, they simply replied with an OK.

I have received very good customer service. Im in an RV Park with old cable connections and they sent someone out who spent 2 days reworking the connections so that I could get 300MB service Internet. The Cable TV portion was also good. The only issue I have is with their set-top boxes. When power goes out it takes 10 minutes or more for the box to reboot. I assume the boxes are running Linux but Ive never seen a single Linux based product ever take that log to boot. They need to find a new supplier for their set-top boxes. The only other issue is that you cant change your plan or add channels online. You actually have to call and speak to a person. Changing services is something that could easily be automated.

I have been to this store and have received a great service. I think it has a lot to do with the attitude we bring in to people.I have been with time Warner cable for many years, a good 10 I would say and I have never, ever had a problem, never I have call for problems with my services. I have all their services, home phone, international long distance, internet and cable. I would never change them. Again it had a lot to do with our own attitude, sometimes we expect what we cant even provide.

The lines are always long and staff are not helpful at all of you have a problem and depict you to call customer service on the phone. On multiple different occasions I have needed to speak with a supervisor to get an issue resolved and I am given an excuse everytime as to why there isnt supervisor on duty and wont be back for a few days. This place is a complete joke. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the security guard is very pleasant and friendly.

Customer sever was really bad, we waited out side, not enough room and we let the elders and disability inside small area, we walked back inside to check where we were in line, the young lady just called the number, but didnt open door to ask us, she just skipped the number and when we went to check, she already called a new# we were two hours in line, I gave my # to a veteran out side that was getting new phones and service, I told him to keep my number instead, I couldnt afford the service anyhow it was expensive 123.00 for cable and internet. Just fake news, because my last name is Spanish I got telemundo which is all fake paid news, to put fear the people they controlled. I dont recommend them, I couldnt turn in my boxes that day and they still charged me that month and ruined my credit. I only could pay 75.00 to a 230.00 late bill. I called but again I should have never went back to this expensive no good Customer service. The people were rude. The man I helped was with a black man trying to get service they told him after two hours waiting to come back tomorrow, really said, that is what happens to us American people they take your money a treat you with disrespectful conduct. They forgot how they became so big. We the people need to change.

Seriously, not a single employee is working. Every station is empty. I just watched 4 employees walk into the back room together. The entire lobby is full of customers. Yet no one is actually helping their customers. I would love to use the excuse of shift change, but they close in less then an hour.

I hate Spectrum! They lie about how many channels your going to get, and how many free movies they have for you to watched!If you dont buy a package you dont get access to any other free movies if they are not in the package you buy.They use to have more movies on Demand( the movies and shows were all free!) but after they became Spectrum, you dont get to watch anything free on Demand unless you are subscribed to that channel!In other words: Spectrum is garbage! And with all those triangles they are flashing all the time, they are letting you know they are connected to the ILLUMINATI! Word to the wise!

I have an internet account with Spectrum/Time Warner in Redlands, and wanted to order a mobile phone. I am presently traveling and needed to have a phone shipped to a different address since I wont be at the billing address for a couple of months. The individual said that their policy is to ship ONLY to the billing address. Why would I order a phone and have it sitting at the billing address for months when I need it now. Spectrum support at its best.
