Great service just got my Moto phone here several months ago and am going back for some accessories.. wish I could remember the name of the outstanding employee that helped me, but I will be sure to mention him by name in next review. Recommend to anyone (I have tried Verizon and at&t) if that helps.

Dayshiaun and Theo, who were forcefully assisting us demostrares The worst customer service of all time. Very very unprofessional. We have been T-Mobile customers for almost 20 years and this is by far the worst store. Just because the store is in the ghetto, it doesn’t mean that the professionalism has to be thrown out the window. ALL the employees are extremely lazy, they were sitting down and they all show no urgency to work. When customer care (611) was contacted by us, they were very embarrassed and apologized for this behavior. We were advised to go to another store to resolve our issue that this store could not do. We will never return to this store, and will do anything we can to refrain all of our family and friends to not go to this store.
No real representation of true T-Mobile values, the rep here told me that it would cost me $100 cash to place a insurance replacement claim... when it’s $5.00 when you call 611!!!The workers here have no manager representation during evening hours they just tell you to return in the morning when the manager is in... I’ve been a Customer for many many years and this wants me to switch providers
Walked in to being greeted- loud & clear by each team member. I’ve been to this location a few times now- each time having had a better experience than the last. & that’s saying a lot considering the first experience was so great I didn’t think the standard could get any better! My first encounter: I called in 5 minutes prior to closing time on my kids birthday to see if I could come in & have them help me setup my child’s brand new iPhone properly- Christian waited with a few team members for me to show up- unlocked the doors as I was walking in 1 minute prior to “closing”. The team helped in a matter of seconds and my daughter was ecstatic that she got to use her phone for the weekend to follow that she would be away from me!The experience today was no doubt one of the best I’ve had at a T-Mobile store! Theo- whom I’ve never seen at this location before- not only took amazing care of my concerns but also instilled a level of confidence in me on how to handle hiccups on my account for future reference! Thank you boys (& ladies) for making a far from small & super significant difference in my experience as a single mother with kids who doesn’t have time to mess around when it comes to my finances & how I spend my money! Wonderful job from the hiring manager that built a great team! Even better job to a team that strives for top notch service!
I came in to this store Im originally from Florida. When I walked in I was welcomed by a very professional staff . Everyone was polite and ready to help. I worked with an individual by the name of Ivan and I can honestly say i felt like I was dealing with the owner of the company. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I was in need. I came in for a payment, get a new line, and swap a phone from my business account and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. Every time Im traveling in this area I will make sure to find this store if I need any service or help. Thanks again t mobile for the great job on hiring knowledgeable and hard working people.
Next to the obvious Courier Tmobile is the best you get minus all the big Bills friendly staff and actually out to make your experience better saving you money so you can appreciate them appreciating you.
If I could give this a negative star I would. I just walked in this store, and a man walked in before me. Now i expected him to be helped first. The logical thing would be for me to be helped next. Next thing I knew a woman walks in after me, was greeted and was helped. I was treated like I was invisible, and then another lady walks in after me, and was helped. I was totally heated. I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this location.

I would like to say thank you to “Ryan”!! He was very nice, and patient. I came in on Sunday trying to upgrade my husbands phone and it has been a headache, because something was preventing them from getting it to go through. Skylar worked very hard to help as well. But after 4 days I came in and Ryan fixed my problem and I was able to get my husband a new phone for his birthday.
My husband and I went here a few months ago to get a phone replaced. They were polite. They were busy,but efficiently dealing with customers so we waited a little while. They handled the phone swap transfered contacts and we were done. Ill be going back there this week, so ill review again.
I love this store I just activated 4 lines and it was a long process but the time spent there was awesome! Very nice manger and employees..
My quick charging ac adapter died. Walked out with a new charge cord & plug in, no charge. SERVICE! thats 5 star!

Employees were very rude we went in for a simple sim card replacement and got an attitude from some lady, she kept saying she was going to charge us when we knew it was free for us because we called customer service before going in, then the manager told her she had to replace it for us for free and she got mad and was giving us attitude.

I bought 4 cell phones, 2 of them were very hot, the next day I went immediately since I had 5 days to change them and they charged me to return them and I canceled my account and they still charged me, all a robbery and too much waiting.
I had not visited T-Mobile, I thought it was a place with good service.

They have good plans.
