It was a bit of an annoying experience. I didnt know it would take as long as it did but then again the experience of being able to do what I did was a treat in itself. Im pleased with my purchases but they had me buy a tech plan that, at the moment, I dont believe I need but well see. The experience was exhilarating, it just took such a long time. I hope I didnt screw up my scheduled visit and delivery appointments by purchasing the new plan.Time will tell

Great location, clean, easy access! The person in the Apple products dept. went above and beyond to test my watch to make sure a charging cable replacement was going to cure my charging issue. Then he went on to search and find me a new charging cable from the back when all were sold out on the floor! Great customer service! 👍🏼 It’s not Apple brand, but hey, it charges!!

The guy who helped us choose a new mesh router by Eero was very knowledgeable and well informed about the product and technology. Sorry I dont recall his name - bearded gentleman thirty-ish or thereabouts. We love the Eero Pro system we purchased. So easy to set up and fixed our over-crowded old router, eliminating dead spots in our home.

When I visited this store it was during the middle of the week at lunch time. It wasnt overcrowded so that was good for me, so I can have the attention I needed of the salesperson in the laptop electronics area. I was very well pleased with her knowledge as to all the questions I had to ask in order to know if she would be able to assist me or not, and I was happy she was a friendly and considerate Techy not pushy or hurried. Then I knew I was able to speak with her about the specs I want in the devices I was looking for, and for that I give this store an A+.

An amazing place to shop for so many electronics. The TVs displayed in the back corner of the store always catch my eyes and they have plenty of accessories for anyone who plays games. Apple of course has a whole section just for them, but I also liked the small unlocked phones section upfront. Theres not as many movies anymore as before, which isnt a huge bummer but overall its a great store for anything electronic.

I had a great experience at bestbuy. They implemented social distancing like everyone else. You have to stand in line in the electronics sections to get assistance but you know I didnt mind the process was fast and efficient.They had their usual sales and my daughter and I snagged a couple of great items that we felt were a steal.

Needed an inline fuse and a tap a fuse and didnt have neither. Car audio section or lack there of is unmanned and sub par at best. A gentleman in Home audio was able to locate what I needed but would have to wait a week before receiving in store. For that I give 2 stars.

Love going to this location, the store is clean and well stocked. Plus the staff is very friendly and helpful and not pushy. We were able to locate the PC items we needed quickly and check out just as quickly. I highly recommend this location.

The customer service staff is awesome!!! They Raitt take time to help answer your questions and if you have a problem with your purchase, quick to help you get another one or a refund. Highly recommend company, especially cell phones. They are the MOST knowledgeable on the carrier, phones and service you need.

I hate best buy now, it feels SUPER AWKWARD in that store and a good amount of the employees are rude. Cashiers talking to other employees about their personal life (not to mention EXPLICIT) right in front of me while im next in line to pay!! Theres no one walking around trying to assist employees like before, idk but im glad i buy from amazon now, i can avoid this awkward, rude, robotic environment😑.

Best buy has really made a competitive comeback over the years. Surprisingly, these trying times actually gave them a boost (in my opinion) because man have they shined this past year. From being able to price match with online conpetitors to their super efficient and flexible pickup options, who really needs that site named after a rainforest? To top it off their staff is always more than willing to answer your questions to make sure you end up leaving with the precise device/appliance you want. Its an all around win for Best Buy; in a year where logistics and shipping took a tanking, they DELIVERED!

Nobody asks if you need help unless you directly approach them. I asked an employee if they honor price comparison as advertised online. He told me only price comparison from amazon when online it says they would compare prices to HP online. When I asked to speak to manager to get more info on what he couldnt help me with. Manager was very rude causing me to take my business elsewhere.

Customer service needs lots of work, because I had to go find help for myself I had to walk the whole store asking employees that couldnt guide me to where I needed to be,not once did an employee asked me if I needed any help and lots of employees passed right by me.After I finally got someone to help me, The female that helped me was very nice n very helpful didnt get her name but she came from the phones area to her thank you..... dont feel like going back to that store I decided to take my business elsewhere

Please Save yourself. DONOT buy any large appliances. They have very very bad customer service. They don’t offer lodging a written complaint and you will have to call and wait each time. Also there will be no continuity between representatives due to lack of email thread. Delivery team and communication between them sucks!This has happened when I am a Elite plus member!

Salesman seemed to have an agenda, trying to sell me an 110v adapter for my car.I asked about an adapter to charge an iPad Pro, and Galaxy S9+.I previously had a small adapter I got at Walmart. I asked, really? This is all you got? I just need standard USB, and USB-C... not a wall jack. I said no and started to leave... the guy was gone like he had diarrhea!I still needed a USB-C for my S9+. I went back to the charger area and found Universal Belt by Native Union... a braided 3-in-1 cable; micro-USB, Lightening, and USB-C off a standard USB.Ive NEVER felt like I was being pushed towards a particular item as this guy tried to do... maybe he was having a bad day... maybe he did just have to go... :-o

One of my favorite stores to visit and spend time browsing. Unfortunately they have changed a lot probably because of the times and they dont have a lot of the things I like to browse for like movies and video games. Some of their electronics are out of stock, so your best chance is to order them online. They still have a large variety of televisions, computers and other appliances though.

He was such a knowledgeable employee I explained to him what I was looking for and what my needs were and he delivered with his great attitude. The gentleman was with another customer and said to give him a minute, I waited and understand that businesses are understaffed. However, I waited for half and hour and no one came to help but I did see a group of employees laughing and joking around at the entrance.

When i had a problem with the sound on my computer and took it to Best Buy for them to check it out, the Technician took a flash light and looked in the ear phone jack and told me I dont see anything wrong in here. It looks fine to me You can only guess how I felt. I left frustrated and havent been back yet. I felt cheated

Nice place. One of the staff was kinda rude. The device I wanted to buy was marked $100 more expensive so I approached one of the people that worked there. When I asked the price for the device I was buying, he looked at me and chuckled and proceeded to tell me the wrong price. After he finally decided to check the price, he saw the correct one. Overall, he was very rude and it ruined the whole buying experience. Other than that everything else was great! The other people that work there are nicer.

Clean store and the employees are knowledgeable in their respective departments. The stock for PC parts and hardware is low, but thats to be expected in this day and age. The high-end tvs look amazing, but Im guessing some of it is due to the back cave they show them in, so keep this mind. The picture may look different if your room is well lit. The prices are max premium and even the open box/returned items are mere 5 - 10 % off. My advice is to go check out what ever you need and search for a better deal online.

Well stocked sometimes, although not in same place/area. Some items are in their departments but also in endcap or marketed areas throughout the store. Employees dont seem to all know this.Good selection and prices when using match.Some of the employees are friendly and helpful, others seem to care little about customers

I originally had a great review for this store but I just had a pretty bad experience. I purchased an open box product labels as only missing documentation. Once I brought it home I realized they gave me the incorrect power supply when I went to customer service the admitted that it shouldn’t have happened and they will give me a credit but when the manager arrives he immediately denies it due to the discount I already got on the open box product. I tell him that regardless of the discount the product was falsely advertised as complete (minus documents) and that his associates had me go through two departments lines to get a “credit “ for the error to just be told sorry you already got a a good enough of a discount just return it if you want. I don’t mind that there’s nothing they could do but return the product, everyone I talked to prior made a real effort to help but the experience really turned sour when the manager gives me a condescending response to my legitimate issue that doesn’t even address the issue but instead only serves to add to the bad experience. Someone like that should not be leading the store.

Horrible I got new phone with insurance... Worst mistake of my life, one of the phone broke I got insurance still had to pay $150 to get a replacement and they send an empty box saying phone is out of stock. Ok so give refund no we gotta file a complain an it takes 7 work days to get a response completely useless. Last time Im going to best buy for anything

Avail of their Geek squad/tech support service, its so worth it 🤓 Miguel is the best! He moved our ref from the garage to the kitchen, installed our new microwave/vent, installed our new dishwasher, all at different days and we only paid $49.99 each. They also checked our dryer when it was having problems for free. Great savings and good job Miguel, very professional and nice. He also gives great tips on how to properly use and take care of your appliances. Tech support is also easy to reach and talk to.
