I got here at 10am and no one was here a guy showed up a little after and I waited in my car for 20 mins hoping he would open as 2 other customers came and also seen they had not opened and left. Missed out on 3 potential sales

Ive been shopping here for over 16 years and the service has improved steadily to what it is now.Im writing today because of how helpful an employee was with my hunt for the PS5. Had they not given me advice on how their site works and what to do to insure I got one, I might have had to wait until 2022 to get one!Ive asked at other retailers and locations before, and was always met with a bit of a standoffish attitude followed by snarky attitudes, not here though, its the total opposite. The air here is friendly, and the answers are well informed and the employees are great with customer service.I cannot stress it enough how helpful the employees were!

The female employee is very rude and sarcastic. Tone down the masculine energy lady.

Friendly staff, very helpful. They always remind me of my $5 off coupon, which I never remember is available to me for having a Pro Card. Those actually come in handy when you least expect it.

Picked up my last 6 consoles or so from this location. They employee on duty was super helpful as well. While it bites that the Inland Center location closed, this store has always been my go to spot for new games and gear.

The games top website says that xbox 360 games are in stocks and that it is was updated today however upon arriving to gamestop found out that they do not carry any xbox 360 games period. So website is a lie.

I like gamestop but I noticed that the games for xbox and PS is way more cheaper than the game for nintendo switch. Even use. But I did buy a nintendo switch for my son here a couple days ago.

Very happy with the customer service from both the employees. Very upbeat and informative. I also almost left my switch and their quick thinking and attention to detail noticed it right away.

Honestly I used to like this gamestop and I stopped going here because of that one employee named Corn or whatever. Shes very rude, opens the store late, and lies about stock. For example today I went in for a controller and she said with an attitude theyre not in stock. But not even a minute later she gets a controller for the other person behind me and mind you its the same controller that wasnt in stock so like please fix her attitude or drop her.

On multiple occasions Ive gone in and purchased used consoles and controllers only to get home and find they dont work. Apparently staff isnt trained to check items traded in and they arent actually sending then out to get refurbished before they turn around and sell it

STORE HOURS ARE NOT UPDATED!!! I drove all the way over here because Google and Gamestop.com both say that the store is open at 10am. I arrive and the store does not open till12???? What kind of business is that, specially with the holidays. It is not hard to update your Google hours so that you dont lose customers and waste their time.

My husbands favorite store. This particular location. The staff is amazing - Matthew & Kaleb are always so helpful and remember our familys gaming likes. It is only a 1.5 miles from our house so we tend to go pretty often even just to check out different titles. They have a good selection of used games and their is a pokestop too ;)

Solid GameStop.Ive come here for years during my vacations in the IE and to distract my son.A rather small GameStop even ones in malls are more prominent but still has everything you need.It is a bit cramped, so it looks a bit messy, but it is well maintained and clean.Workers are always approachable and ready to assist you in any way possible to include having a friendly engaging conversation about new games or figures.GameStop still needs to work on prices and better deals if it wants to survive in the new world of e commerce.

I love the staff at this GameStop. And I like it because its kind of off to itself or its not real crowded all the time. Theres a couple other places near it in the shopping plaza but its not real congested.

I go to this GameStop as often as I can to get all the games or items I need for my systems. But today I got a preowned brand new switch at normal price only to ding that the right joycon doesn’t work. I have no clue as to why but it doesn’t. I just want to ask that the staff at least check that all preowned products like remotes work before reselling them. Thank you for your time.

Ive been to all sorts of GameStops and I can tell you that by far, this particular GameStop has the most knowledgeable and polite staff.Kalib and Matthew in particular really take their time with every customer to make sure that theyve answered every question to the best of their ability.Dont lose these guys. They are huge assets to your company, specifically this location due to the high volume of college students that live directly in the area.

Awesome staff. I get a lot of help everywhere from ordering games, learning about new gamee, finding new merch, etc. Dont have it? They can look it up and order it in. Preordering isnt a problem at all and they are willing to take time to work with you. Definitely my favorite location to go to on the area.

Fun place with fun staff. The demo cabinets for all the new consoles are never not on and available for customer to try out new games and game systems.

Certain employees are rude and dont even know anything about games including one called Anna and another guy .Place is nice they usually have the game you are looking for. Issues I have had are showing up when online it says they have a game in stock to find out they dont and employees being really rude I swear they need to get new people asap

Occasionally a long queue and wait. The staff is friendly, funny, and quite helpful. As a PC gamer its sad to see that there is nearly zero representation, but with digital client delivery you cant expect anything but websites (Gamestop online can have great deals.)

The game stop is pretty good overall but they have a problem of hiring lazy workers. I applied at this location before didnt get the job im surprised since i told them that i would make a great employee because im always up to date about the new consoles and games coming out on all platforms. Plus im a happy and polite person i mean i never worked before but im a fast learner wouldnt take me long to get the hang of things

For how small this gamestop is, its pretty good. The staff is nice, and if you are a console slave they have games. Personally, its go PC or go home in my opinion. The PC selection is the standard Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, and Sims selection. They have guides and all sorts of card games, board games and action dolls. If you need a game and nothing else is close, go here and support your local store instead of buying online or at Walmart.

Bad representatives.There were 2 employees but only one was providing the service while the other one taking a nap.There were lots of customers waiting on the cashier.

Ive been buying games for 7 years at this gamestop, its by far the best one i know, theyre friendly, helpful, and very available, unlike other gamestops arownd the area, and not necessarily because they have bad customer service skills, theyre sinply very crowded, u love this place i honestly cant find anything bad to say, i really dnt get the where the bad reviews are coming from.

My local gamestop and my favorite. Never had major issues, staff is always friendly and helpful, but often seems understaffed eith just 1 or 2 people working with busy crowds
