Great place. The guy estimated an hour to diagnose and fix my phone and he had it done in 30 minutes. This was after being told by another tech place in the mall that my phone was supposedly done and beyond repair. They were also very affordable!

Most of these Positive reviews you see for I-Cell are PAID reviews. I-Cell offers a Free Tempered Glass to any repair applicable WITH a positive Google review. This shop is shady (I used to work there). The owners treat the employees like garbage when the employees dont meet the daily sales quota. The employees are always getting texts and calls from the owners asking the employees why they arent making good sales that day (even if the mall is literally dead). The employees are forced to lie to customers about part quality just to get a sale. I-Cell uses extremely cheap parts for any phone. The owners also hire anybody that claims to be alright at fixing phones which may possibly explain the poor repair quality people have been getting at the shop. Im very surprised this shop is still opened at the mall considering their poor performance and all of the complaints I-Cell has been getting. The repair prices are cheap for a reason. Low part quality and sometimes very inexperienced technicians working on the devices. Dont get your phone fixed here lol. As a previous employee here I can assure you the repair quality is worst of the worst.

Do not recommended you getting your phone fix here, he damaged my husband phone, crack the screen and he didn’t have an extra screen to replaced, he said he will have it in a couples day, but wouldn’t write on the receipt. He admit that he had just got a new tool he was trying out and that’s what broke the screen. We then ask that before we pay him we would like to have him write that he was going to replace the screen. He kept on saying that he ordered it every time we asked him to write it on the receipt. So at that moment we told him that we Would pay him once he replace the screen or write it down in paper but he wouldn’t. My husband then asked him if he can speak with the manager and said that it was him. After that response my husband asked for the owner and he also said it was him. We asked him again that all he needed to do was write it in Paper and we would pay him he didn’t respond no more. At this time my husband asked me to go get someone in charge of the mall and i found the security manager Walter Lungren. At the moment that Mr. Lungren arrived the manger/owner started saying that he didn’t brake the screen. Long story short the son ecurity manager took us to his booth and informed me that at this moment all i can do was call Better business bureau But was not happy at the time because my husbands screen was broken. Mr. Lungren had asked the repair manager/owner for his email but when we git home and checked it we found out it was fake. [email protected]. Thats the email he gave Mr. Lungren. Hope people read this before doing any repairs at this place.

I MEAN HOW HARD IS GIVING $65 BACK FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR MY IPAD, WASTING MY GAS & COMPLETELY DAMAGING IT WHEN ALL IT NEEDED WAS A NEW BATTERY. $65 FROM THE $1000 YOU MAKE RIPPING OTHER CUSTOMERS OFF WONT HURT YOU.

Fixed my digitizer screen quickly but didnt make it 24 hours and glass was broken. My old glass wasnt broke and was 1-1/2 years old. Just had lines in the display. I took it back and they said wouldnt warranty be cause it was physical damage. The tech said looked like glass wasnt glued to digitizer. So Im out $80 for crappy parts they wont stand behind.

The owner is disrespectful I came here to get my iPhone 6S plus fixed and they broke it. Refused to fixed it and refused to give me my money back! He walked away from me when I tried explaining the problem. And asked his worker to assist me because he “wasn’t dealing with me” and was mumbling stuff as he walked away!! Never ever come here!!

I came in to fix my broken iPhone screen.. Their materials are cheap, a few days later my phone started pixelating and vertical lines started forming on my screen. Soon enough my phone would show NOTHING on screen. Price was $93 and was not worth it. Terrible handling and work done on my phone.My phone was better off cracked and fucnctional than clean and unresponsive.

DONT TRUST THEM PLEASE IM REALLY WARNING YOU GUYS ‼️My iPhone was my baby and I only needed the cracked screen to be repaired. When they were done and I came back - my phone was suspiciously dead when it was still on like 70% of battery. The next day I started to have problems with my phone battery. I noticed that It wouldn’t charge as fast like it used to and die really fast. Then my iPhone just comepletely stopped turning on. So I had a friend to take a look at my phone to see if I needed a battery replacement so I ordered a replacement kit from amazon and followed instructions from multiple tutorial videos. I noticed PARTS FROM THE INSIDE OF MY PHONE WERE MISSING. THE MAN FROM THE “I CELL” KIOSK WHO REPAIRED MY PHONE SCREEN STOLE PARTS FROM MY IPHONE !! I believe they charged me 80$..😠 I have a friend who needed the same repairment and went to the same kiosk as me and his phone stopped working like mines and he discovered his phone had parts missing after the repair as well!! PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM I WANT THEM SHUT DOWN !!‼️

I took my ipad in for a display fix and came out with more problems but everything was working fine just a little crack in the screen now my mother board isn’t working and my iPad is basically mess up and they said they couldn’t fix the problem that they mess up after I spent a 100$ trying to get it fix
