Way to expensive for a broke screen, then i realized they are 30 cheaper then everyone else @houseoffirelily

Hello I wanted to ask how much would it be to fix a Samsung galaxy fold 2 volume button my button got stuck and my phone is stuck in safe mode

The service is fast, prices are like anywhere else. I give it 3 stars because on the 1st drop with case on my screen broke which was the reason why I took it in for. It only lasted about 2 weeks. If the screen replaced was a good quality I am sure my screen wouldn’t of broken. The drop was from me sitting down, I had my baby and phone on my lap, grabbed my baby, forgot about the phone and bar broken screen.

Very good place, professional and especially honest the guy first told me I would need a new screen and charge me 90 and I said ok I came back and he only charged me 20 because it didnt need the new screen the guy couldve easily fooled me saying he put the new screen.

Got my screen replaced by them IPhone XR. I chose this place because it was a little cheaper then another place. He told me that they use the best replacement screens. They don’t!!! About a week later the screen had a line going from top to bottom. I took it back to them and they said it’s not the screen. They blamed me saying I probably pushed hard on the screen. I didnt argue with them because it wasn’t gonna to change there mind. Next time I’ll go to Repairology off Del Rosa.

As friendly as the staff is, they are inconsistent with pricing. I went to switch out my cousins old iPhone 5s in September and they sold me a new IPhone 8 for around $200. He then told me he was going to be receiving a couple new red iPhone 10s and would sell it for $300. Then I went in December to buy an iPhone for myself. Instead of the $200 iPhone 8 or $300 iPhone 10 price he originally stated, I was presented with the option of an iPhone 6 for $200 or an X for $600.It seems as if they don’t care about loyalty to their customers.If they make personal offers, they should not contradict them later on. It felt like a bait and switch tactic. I was very disappointed. At first, it felt like they genuinely cared about conducting a fair business with their guests. Now, I feel it is only about monetary gain and competition.

Unknown brand as replacement on iPhone 7 and he said I broke it on my return to the shop, by do way if you read this, the part was coming off you didn’t install correctly, don’t recommend I had it fix same price apple brand parts

Awesome place. The repair guys are super friendly and professional. I needed a new lcd display and screen on my iPhone X and they did a great job. Phone is like brand new again. And it only cost 100.00. Thanks guys!

They did a great job repairing my Samsung galaxy s9+. Half the cost of other places and had the parts in stock whereas all the other repair stores had a 4 day wait for parts.

Shattered screen replaced in half an hour while I was waiting in the lobby reading Wired. Phone is back to normal. Great customer service, too. They deserve their high star rating on google.

Awesome service, got my Iphone 7 screen replaced and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Phone cases were reasonably priced as well.

Dudes who work here are super judgmental...they need to work on their customer service skills, especially when customers are actually nice and not rude.
