Guys that work there a great, got a 4 channel put in today because I needed more Volume, I went in asked for a new headunit, so they could have told me ok spend the 4-500 bucks for that or get a amp for 350. Dude running it is fair with his prices and not trying to screw you outta money. This is my 3rd time going there myself, also took a family member there. Nothing but 5 stars for them.

450 bucks to replace my stock radio with their cheapest head unit. Seems pretty steep. My biggest gripe is that the buttons on my steering wheel that controls my radio and hands free calling dont work anymore, I called the guy back and he said oh yeah you need an extra wiring harness for those to work and its an additional 100 dollars! Dude never mentioned this at the time of our first purchase. Shop around and find a shop that doesnt gouge and leave out details.

I took my Jeep Wrangler in to get an alarm. I had a different shop install an alarm and had issues with the other shop. Dr. Soundz fixed all my issues and installed a new alarm. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They went over everything I was getting and also went over placements of equipment in the jeep. They even added a sensor under the hood so the alarm will go off if the hood is opened. I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend this shop

Worst experience at a shop. I would give negative stars. Came in for one blown speaker so I decide to get all four done. I get my car back with a huge dent on the door pillar. Says to come back to look at video but when I got there he was supposedly in the “bathroom” watched the video over in 4x with the guy making excuses the entire time. Who knows what the guy did to the video as I’m not a investigator. But hope he keeps it cause I’m gonna get a lawyer. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible experience. Came in to get an amp added to my internal speakers and when they gave me the car back my subs hardly worked. Only thing they said was you should probably get that checked out had my sub system for 2 years and never had a problem. After going to another stereo shop I found out they disconnected the ground and the bass knob which was on an amp they werent even working on. Never going here again. I feel that what they did was HIGHLY unprofessional.

I went in a few weeks ago for just a simple Kenwood CD player/Bluetooth for my Ford and waited there and it didn’t take too long but really good customer service cuz after installation was done they showed me how it works and everything about it and I wasn’t expecting that cuz I’ve been to other places where when you get something simple they don’t show u anything even tho it’s self explanatory they really showed they care about the customer ...most definitely will be Coming Back for my system we talked about and would definitely recommend 👍🏼👌🏼

Wow!!! We happened to be in the area of San Bernardino today for business. Unfortunately, our newly installed Pioneer/Navigation stereo system was sending us all over the place continually giving us bad directions everywhere we were trying to go. They do real custom work at a fair price. Not just throw a box with subs and mount the amp on the back. Give them an idea of what you want and they will make it happen. They also do M3 WRAPS on your car lights, hood, spoilers, etc...

What a great experience! On Wednesday last week, I went shopping for a good sound system for my truck. I started searching on Yelp/Google and found another well known stereo shop in the area but received poor service. I was a little deflated by this, then I remembered this small shop that I passed by daily on my way to work! What a great decision it was to stop by here! The guy over the phone was awesome! I made it in 20 mns after my call, the guy was courteous, listened to my needs, made suggestions, and finally made me a great offer. On top of that he told me it could be done immediately and would only take a couple of hours. I was a little taken back as the other two places I shopped said it would be a week out for installation!
