Place was packed. But it went fast and smooth. No appointment either time if they even take them. I’m sure they do. They also tint and sell stereo equipment which I’m guessing they install.I haven’t tried either of those services. But it’s done like the windshield replacement. It’s all good then. I’m hoping to get tint done soon and I’ll report back.

I had a leak in my car and other places were not able to detect it. I thought the leak was coming from my back window and perhaps needed to be re-mounted. After seeing the good reviews, I took my car to Best Price Auto Glass. They asked a few questions and were able to quickly determine the leak was coming from the sunroof. Robert and Sergio were great and kept me informed throughout. The cost was far less than any of the other places I checked and they were able to fix it the same day despite being busy. I would definitely recommend.

These folks really do have the best prices... when my small triangular window from the rear passenger side broke(its a rare window since its not any of the main windows and it is stationary so it tends to cost more), we called around, and this place was the absolute lowest price! They also work fast to get you out of there and back on the road, they dont waste your time!

They charged me 350$ and said that I have a warranty with this price...a few weeks after I was parked in the driveway (no trees or kids around) and when I came to go out my windshield had spontaneously combusted I took it back to them with the receipt and pictures hoping they would stay true to their warranty for a defected windshield and they kept making up excuses for why it blew up like this and said the warranty only covered labor

Alright i guess, $150.00 for a 2016 Rav 4 driver side window. Had to come back for windshield today. A little bit of a wait, but the Manager must have seen i wasnt feeling well cause of the heat & gave me his lunch & cold water, who does that?! He does! Unbelievable! Dont bother looking around for the best deal in San Bernardino or even going to Los Angeles youve found the best deal here! Never in my entire life have i ever experienced such great customer service. Well highly recommend to any & everyone.

0 stars they charge me $ 60 for 2 windows then when i got in to my car i drop $ 40 they did not returned to me. What does that tell you? Is not a decent place to go

My drivers side window shattered and I called this place last minute trying to get a replacement on a Friday. All the other places were quoting ridiculous prices and wouldnt be able to get it done until after Monday. Not only does this place have reasonable prices but I was in and out, they made it so easy for me. I highly recommend Best Price Auto Glass over any other auto glass company. I must have called at least 7 different places within an hour of Riverside and Best Price Auto Glass straight hooked me up and last minute. I still have the same window no problems! Very good place, I had a mercedes that had a replaced windshield when I bought it and the automatic wipers would never work properly, when the windshield cracked and I got it replaced here they said that its a common problem with cheap windshield for the rain sensor to not work properly, after getting my new windshield the automatic wipers worked perfectly

I came here to get my chip fixed in my window and the guy showed me another one I didn’t notice. He quoted me a great price and told me my different options. He was honest and didn’t fix the chip since it would be more sensible and cost effective to hold off on repairing the chips and wait until they got worse so that I could just replace the entire windshield. I was so happy when I heard a new one would only be $120. When it is time to do this I will return here to let them take care of me. Excellent customer service and really fast. My wifes car needed new window tint so I went on Saturday and they gave me a quote of $200 and a appointment for Thursday. My wife took the car because I was out of town and they charged her $250. They did a good job on the tint but I dont like it at all when a shop changes the price depending on who takes the car.
