Excellent customer service, but my one star is for the car alarm system itself and/or the installation on it. I got a viper lcd 2 way system. Ive had electrical issues on and off since getting this car alarm installed. But the cherry on top is it made no noise or indication whatsoever that someone was trying to, then successfully did, break into my car. Now I have to replace my entire back window and my quarter panel.

I was super excited to be a return customer. Stereo City built me a amazing system for my 2016 Ford F-150. Recently I sold that truck and the new owner is now enjoying that incredible system that has been 100% reliable and the clarity and craftsmanship of the system is just impeccable. I recently got a new 2021 Ford F-150. I came to stereo city so that they could consult me and help me build a top-notch system. This new system we are planning is even better than my previous system. The installer of my old stereo is going to be the installer of my new stereo hes going to build me a custom box I cant wait because I know hes going to do a great job he did a great job last time I have no worries. Im sure that the new system I get in my new truck is also going to be 100% reliable just like the old one was. Levi is my consultant I am pretty confident with his knowledge in the equipment. I myself am pretty knowledgeable of stereo equipment and I would also consider myself an audiophile. That being said I know they sell really good equipment. The installer is going to build me a custom box with a 30 long bass port internal to the box. Its going to be sick with the JL sub I got.

Great shop MASSIVE selection. Levi is the man with the plan (very knowledgeable on the products). He will hook you up with all your audio needs the RIGHT ones. Went to another shop, they recommended a speaker for me, came to Levi who kindly pointed out said speakers would not fit right in my factory doors without modification. I like this place the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful..Ive only had one problem my amp keeps cutting for my highs. They checked it out but it they didnt fix it I have to go back.. theres something wrong with the amp. I just replace my amp now it works fine.

Went here because it was recommended. The sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The price was right. My problem was the installer didn’t know what he was doing. A 30 minute install took 4 hours. I would come back, but I’ll be ready for a looonnnggg install.

The guys know their stuff. Not many shops want to touch an EV (electric vehicle) but they did a great install. The interior looks exactly how I brought it in, no wires showing, all panels were reinstalled seamlessly, and the sound quality of the setup chosen by Flo is incredible. In one word... goosebumps. There is a need to make an appointment for installation, but if a shop doesnt have one that should be a red flag that quality is not on point. If you are on the fence about which shop to do your install, and you want a system that is far from mediocre, whoop there it is.

JR was courteous, knowledgeable and dialed in right away on what I was looking for both in product and price. Demoed everything. Hard to find customer service like that any more!

Excellent customer service, just got a stereo for my car and the guy was very helpful and honest in helping me choose the best one. Unfortunately I wasnt able to have them install it for me because it was too late, however, they guided me on how to do it myself so I was able to get it installed on my own.

The guys there are cool went to get a alarm installed but wasnt to happy with it. The tech forgot to turn up the sensitivity on it and when I went to self start it the alarm started getting off! They told me to back in the morning and theyd take care of it. Went back the next day and they told me I had to make an appointment.

Every time I enter the store someone is there asking if I need help. I can ask any question about car audio and they have an answer. Always helped when I needed it and gave me better deals than I can get anywhere else. Definitely my favorite Audio store.

I’m not gonna lie, I was disappointed when I heard the radio specially after spending so much money, maybe for some people $1800 is not a lot I work everyday I think is a lot, my factory radio sounded better and the alarm wasn’t working right and the sales person blamed my truck not sure why if that was the case the installer would known better, lights don’t work right I can’t afford to loose work days to get it fixed and is my daily driver, I just think that unfortunately is a common trend now days when customer service is not what it just to be and clients are taken for granted. I went there because my neighbor refer me there but I talked to him and he was disappointed as well that it was so expensive and I didn’t get my money’s worth.

Called ahead to see if they had the stereo adapter harness I needed and how much it would cost person answering the phone was very professional and helpful...when I got to the store I mentioned to the guy behind the counter Id called earlier about the specific harness I needed he remembered me and was very helpful in getting the correct harness since my car showed it could take two different ones he even came out to my car to ensure I purchased the correct one..Great customer service and it was very easy to install the new harness...I would highly recommend this store and will definitely go back if I need other accessories.

Had an alarm installed. They broke all the clips holding my dash cover, and broke my cup holder hinge. Bad really bad work. I doubt they will redeem themselves by taking responsibility most people wont admit the wrong they do. If you saw what they did to my dash you would never let them do anything to your vehicle

To install a car alarm on my car when I had an early appointment @9:15 and they lie to other customers by saying they will immediately begin to work on you’re car when u have an appointment, when in reality I had an appointment and they didn’t even start my car till the afternoon! So don’t come here, unless u have all day to wait for Liers who do bad work, and they overcharge for everything! They scammed and burned me for my alarm

Went here this morning to try to resolve a buzzing issue in my corvette, spent $100 for diagnoses, left with being told I’d need to spend $500+ in order to fix it with an amp instal. Fixed it myself for $15 with a ground loop. Don’t call it a diagnosis if you’re just gonna throw parts at it right after.

Did great work. Upgraded my stock radio on my 2019 Honda Civic LX to a touch screen with CarPlay. So worth the money. Installation looks clean and unit works great. Would definitely recommend.
