Picked this place strictly on customer reviews and they did not disappoint! IWC was a little out of my way but after calling them a couple of times Justin and Steven answered all my question with patience, I say that because everywhere else I called they couldnt wait to get me off the phone! I got the AMP electric side steps installed on my 2017 Silverado and absolutely love them! These guys do great work and are super friendly. Great spot to buy wheels, Steve made sure I was happy with my purchase. The rims were a lttle on the pricey side, but they made the car look stunning and perform better. They even painted my brake calipers for me at no extra charge. Car look like it has a 1000 horses on it by looks with the rims. Thanks for the above and beyond service!

Literally caught a flat tire on the 215N fwy. Was towed by the Chevron. Had to drive with a flat to IWC Motorsports. From the minute I walked in to the minute I finished I would repeat that day over and over again just to make sure that I get to know them and have their services again! I was able to add some protection over my vehicle and oh yea ...I walked out with 4 brand new tires! Hands down the best tire shop ever!!! Never changing them!!!

TELL YOU WHAT!! Justin QUICK BULLETIN!! Pay attention people because Justin is the man. When I say service was Superb I mean it. I took over an hour of this kind mans time trying to pick tires and wheels for my car that by the way is seemingly impossible to dress. One of the most difficult cars due to lug pattern and a host of unbelievably few options to fit anything stylish to this car made by Chevy in 2012. But I must say Justin called around until he found something I liked even with very few wheels available. He and his co worker Steve really treated me kindly. Greatest experience ever!! 900 miles from home with a trailer blowout. Justin stopped what he was doing and took off wheel lug locks that I didn’t have the socket to, treated me very fair and got me on the road. Quality people! Had a blowout on a Mercedes GLS550 about 10 miles away from their shop. After I got rolling again on the spare, they were the first call I made. They immediately located a tire, took my credit card info. and when I arrived their runner was almost back with the new tire. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I was recommended to IWC by my Jeep shop for my sons GMC Duramax first and they did a great job with what he needed done. Then I needed some front end work done to my 2002 Chevy Suburban 2500 so I took it to IWC. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in is that they welcome you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. I explained what I thought was the issue with my truck and the guy I talked to at the desk said they would check it. Turns out it wasnt what I thought might be the problem witch could have been very expensive! It just needed a front end alignment and a height adjustment in the front. Long story short, its good to know there are still good hearted shops out there who are not looking for a quick buck! This shop IWC will do the work that is truly needed, and not dig into your pocket for repairs that are not needed. Amazing work! I brought in my 2019 370z Nismo to get the alignment done. They had me scheduled in the same day and done in less than an hour. The car drives straight as an arrow! I will definitely be making the trip back once I get more suspension pieces.

We took our Dually in to get an alignment and found out that our tires were literally coming apart. They looked brand new but they were outdated. Our tires were cracked but it didnt show until they took them off the rim. They were quick and professional to get us back on the road. Because of their dedication to doing a good job they probably saved us from an accident as we were just getting ready to hook up our fifth wheel and head north towards Montana. Youre truly in good hands here.

Steve and Justin both worked with me to figure out the best setup for my truck. Appreciate all their hard work and their patience. Very happy with how my truck turned out. Will definitely refer my friends and my family here.

The employee (dont remember his name) greeted me as soon as I came in. The man that was helping started to explained what I needed.I needed wheel nut studs (learned the hard way they existed) . My wheel had sheered them off when it popped while traveling on the 215.It was great to be helped easily and quickly. The studs worked perfectly. It made a horrible day a little easier.

Everything was 5 Stars, Justin was outstanding in helping me find what would fit and look good on my truck.The installation and product where amazing.The only issue I had was I had made an appointment for 9:00 am but my vehicle wasn’t started until 10:30 am, it wouldn’t have been a problem except it was hot and no place to wait. If I had known it would have been that long I would have gone home instead of waiting.

Outstanding service. Went in for an emergency flat tire and was taken care of immediately. I’m an HVAC technician and got a flat in the middle of the day with it being 100+outside I was surely to be late to some of my calls. Another company (I will leave names out of this review) installed my leveling kit on my 2017 F150. They installed blocks on my rear that caused my truck to sit like a stink bug. I took my truck into IWC and the put the correct size rear blocks on my truck and leveled it in under an hour! Looks a 100% better and drives way better on bumpy roads and washboard! Would refer anyone who wants a professional installed leveling kit to IWC!

I went here and had a 6.5in Zone lift put on my 2017 Chevy Silverado Z71. The service and staff were outstanding, Justin was awesome with great suggestions on wheels and tires. My truck was completed quickly and turned out great! I will be returning to upgrade some other parts on my truck, as I know these guys pay attention to the small details, which is what you want when investing a lot of money in a truck. If you are considering doing something to your vehicle, and are on the fence between a couple shops looking at reviews on line, I recommend giving this shop a try, im glad I did.

These guys are great. Every time I go in they are super helpful and fast. I pulled my trailer out of storage and had an issue with the axel being dry, took my trailer to IWC and they had me in and out the same day so my trip wasn’t delayed.

Worked with justin to get a 2” spacer installed, hornblaster train horns,, onboard air, and air bags on the rear of my ram 3500. Experience was great, quality of work was great as well. I DID find an air leak in my onboard air system the next day but I just changed the QD out myself since I had one laying around in my garage. Easy fix and all the parts they installed were new. I’m sure I could have taken it back and they would have fixed it but it was just more convenient for me to fix it myself. I worked hydraulic systems myself for almost 20 years so I understand that sh*t happens. I would very much recommend this shop!

Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly when I walked in. My appointment time was upheld and was out in a jiffy. Definitely recommend to any car owner, even the casual driver as opposed to a performance driver.

I had a great experience Justin and Steve did a great job ordered my tires on time install them .got me in and out of there always great to work with them.

I got an alignment for Tacoma here after I installed new suspension and lifted it. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and my truck drives significantly better now. If you have a lifted truck and need an alignment this is a great shop to go to. They understand control arms and aftermarket suspension so you’ll be in good hands.

Very happy with my experience here. Had my 04 F150 lifted with new tires and rims. They said it would only take a day to complete and it did. Ill be taking my other truck here as well. Thanks to the crew at IWC, she looks awesome and handles great!!!

A big Thank You to Justin and the crew!!I had some TSW Alloys installed on my service wagon today. The attention to detail was amazing! Brake calipers painted, center caps aligned to the wheel, and wheel weights hidden behind the spokes (important with 5 spoke wheels)They have the slickest alignment rack Ive ever seen as well.It was great to see the traditions I started over 30 years ago still on practice.Big Thank You!!

Ive been coming here to get my cars serviced for about 2 years and the service improves everytime i go. The staff is down to earth and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in regards to suspension work which is what I primarily have done when I am there. The pit style alignment rack is a blessing for me since only a handful of shops even have one and both my drift car and daily driver sit low. THIS SHOP IS TOP NOTCH HANDS DOWN for your basic car needs Ill recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!
