Horrible work done on cars. Sometimes no work done when they say they did. The service staff were friendly and the driver was great. But the people that worked on my car didnt do the job properly. One time they didnt even touch my car, I looked at the level of antifreeze and it was at minimum. Another time they didnt install my tires properly. The nuts were not even hand tight. My cars transmission also gave out at 72k miles and it was a known problem where Nissan would pay for it. They said my cars VIN wasnt showing up for the service even though it was the year and model on the list of cars.
They are great there!! I have always had really good experiences when dealing with them.
Did my oil change, tire rotation, and recall inspection all in less than an hour? And didnt clean my car!!! When they said they would!!! Disappointing
I took my car in to get a diagnostic, they were rude. They later called me with a quote of almost $3k. My husband then tried to talk to them about how the got to that number and what test the ran to get to that diagnostic. They were dismissive and could not give him a clear answer.We took my car to the Riverside Nissan service department, they were able to tell me what they thought was wrong, explained how they got to that conclusion and quoted less than than 1/5 of what was quoted at this dealer. I cannot help but feel like they tried to scam us, I disappointed that now i will have to drive to Riverside to get trustworthy/ reliable service.

When l left my car there.I came back to my car again and the key of my car was inside connected wasting my battery which means that they need to have more careful because at the end nobody its going to pay me the battery of my car.

Everyone acted like leisure day 😭 Waited 20 minutes for help and I had an appointment. Also waited 10 minutes for someone to give me my keys and point out my car after services. New management but similar service to old management. Still need to work on better customer service 😣
Not friendly, 2 hrs waiting to change oil n filter with an appointment, then no courtesy drinks and to top it off when you pay for a drink it takes your money and doesnt give you your drink I question it he said it was a totally different business they had nothing to do with it well whats done is done I doubt it very much if Ill go back to have my car service there again

After several calls to your sales person we made arrangements to test drive a 2016 Murano we found advertised on the cargurus website. I have notified cargurus of this incident. On June 9th, 2019, your salesman introduced us to your manager Danny M. He said not to worry hed work with us. After the test drive, price negotiated, credit apps completed and approved, we bought the car. As we sat for an hour waiting for the paperwork to be completed all we had to do was sign, the car was ours. Our salesman came out and notified us that the manager Danny M. Said the car had been sold. When I spoke to your manager Danny he was very condescending to me. I asked how he could sell us a vehicle that was already purchased and in negotiations with someone else. I told him it was dishonest. I told him he not only wasted my time but also his and the salesman. He said its done all the time, thats how dealerships work. It seems like it should be against the law to sell the same vehicle to two different customers. I told him I would be filing bad reviews with the BB, Yelp and Cargurus. He said go ahead, I dont care. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and have never been treated so poorly or left feeling so decieved. Your manager Danny M. Should be removed from his position before he becomes a liability to your dealership or your salespeople.

Fast charger at this location aslo not working to go along with your LHM in Corona whats the point of having a leaf level 2 chargers takes hours to charge I wished I kept my gas car if you cant afford to offer it for free at least have a third party manage it Im not looking for it to be free but it seems at this location it is a chargepoint buy you de commissioned it
