The general manager there Giovanni I would have to say that his customer service skills were on point #1. He kept his word and honored certain services and he got my moms car up and running. If your going to use anyone in SB go there. He talks with dignity and respect and will do anything he can to help you and your vehicle out. Highly recommended.

I used to go to this Goodyear but stopped going after the employees were not the same people. I recently visited this shop in the early morning and was told by an indian employee that I could bring my vehicle for an oil change at 5pm the same day. When I came back before 5pm the same employee told me they had too many cars, could not give me service, and that it was almost closing time. This wasted so much time and energy of my day and I was very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service!

They tried to rip me off. I went to get a alignment and they went on to say i need a rackinpin and inner and outer tire rod for $2,400. They didnt even know I was a certified macanic

AVOID this place especially if your a woman they take full advantage of you and overprice you with things you don’t need,and leave your car worse than it was before you drop it off!!

I had a major all front end suspension job that needed to get done and the guys stayed after-hours to make sure that the job got done for me. It cost me enough $$$ though.

Terrible. They talk to much to each other. 5 men standing in 1 place calling each other Jews and joking around to much. And I think The manger hit another employee with his drawer. 30 min for one Tire that was already ready for me ahead of Time. Now Im late!

I was not happy with my experience. I was lied to by the first representative, Ryan. He told me that I would get a rebate at time of service because of the type of tires I was buying. I asked if it was a mail in rebate and he said no. I would get it instantly. When we picked up our car. My total did not include the rebate. Justin told me it was a mail in rebate. I told him I would not have bought the tires that I got had Ryan been truthful at the beginning. I told Justin that they needed to talk with their employees about giving incorrect information. He just stared at me and didnt apologize for the misinformation. These people will tell you anything so you can buy what they recommend.

It remind me of Goodyear when I was a little girl in Ventura its down the street from us. My brother and I used to go and ride on our skates and our tricycles down the ramp. They had toys in there at Christmas time. Still trucks for kids boys and Dolls. I went into the store to remember those days. I did remember😊

The wait time is ridiculous, especially if you decide not to get work done. Most of the employees are unprofessional. The credit card for payments is horrible, their interest rates high, they had hidden promotions that you WILL end up paying for. My tires didn’t even last a year. I’ve had friends and family screw by these guys and their credit programs.Been here multiple times cause it’s nearby. Never worth it. Find another tire place.

I got quite a few things done on my SUV when I went in, alignment, oil change, transmission flush, and tires. Very good servicing. I went back 200 miles later, as recommended, to checkup, and I delt with Jeff, he was Wonderful! 😃 I think Jeff should get a raise and a promotion to management. Thanks Goodyear for being there when I needed you!

These guys took advantage of my ederly mother to the tune of $1300. I was out of town at the time and sadly, could not help. They did not properly provide an estimate value for work to be performed, which is illegal. They did not properly record all pertinent information about a part which they replaced. Justification of part replacement was not properly documented on paperwork. A timing belt was replaced when it was replaced just three months prior. Now abnormal sounds come from the housing of the timing belt, where they installed the belt. Please do not support this unscrupulous business.

The Manager was so rude to me and wouldnt even take a look at my car.. All I wanted was a alignment, then he said you should go check the other good year down the street and I was blown away by his stupidity. So I went to discount tire and they help me out

This is a horrible place. Save your time and money and don’t go here. The main person is the manager, he can never tell you how long it’ll take to do any service, his answer is alway a couple of hours, with a nasty attitude too. I bought tires and insurance here and unfortunately I can’t go to another good year to take care of any tire problem, so I’m stuck with them. I rather lose my money on the insurance than to keep going here. I went to the good year on baseline ave because manager told me I could go to another store to fix my tire with the insurance, but that was a lie, thankfully Todd at Good Year at Baseline Ave did it for free. Horrible experience... waste of time and money!

Omar took great care of me. I love very my tires. I was treated very well through the experience.

A while back they tricked my mother on an unnecessary transmission flush. First it was just done not to long before and second it solved nothing. There really wasnt anything to solve. They scared her into thinking it was needed. Another time they damaged two of my girlfriends hubcaps and the manager told us not to worry, come back in a few days and he would replace the two they damaged. When we went back he denied the incident and denied promising the hubcaps. They often tell you that you need things that you dont and get upset when you dont do what they tell you.

Omar is Awsome......that being said, ive been getting my oil changed here for 10plus years.....never trusted them past Omar...was just told they wouldnt change my oil because i never let the bend me over on their shady car repairs....Place is a Joke

Its 5:50pm Ive been standing in line for literally 25 minutes and they are helping the same people. These guys are very concerned with credit lines instead of CAR MAINTENANCE. This alone deserves 2 stars.Off to a terrible start. And because of that they just turned down doing my alignment & tire rotation. Having me stand in line for half an hour kind of took time out of the job didnt it?
