It seems that communication isnt big with Frank and his technicians. The one technician gave different quotes and didnt believe we spoke to Frank.The technician took the parts off and then wanted to keep the part, but charge us an outrageous amount. Informed the technician where the parts where in the back seat. Caught him rummaging through the trunk of the car with lies thinking there was another part.Then wanted to charge $300 for the part when found online for $75 and still wanted to charge the $300 as labor. That is ridiculous.Wont be doing business here.

Frank was awesome. Checked out truck we were thinking of buying same day. Would highly recommend his shop! Even though his shop was clearly busy he took time with each customer demonstrating excellent customer service.
