Great experience at Fairview Ford. After wasting four hours at Sunrise Ford trying to get a fair deal on a new Explorer, we went to Fairview Ford. The salesman, Gary was upfront, honest and great to deal with. After a quick test drive, I told Gary what we were looking to spend. He went to the sales manager Mike. With no haggling or back and forth, we left the dealership with a better vehicle than the one at Sunrise, spending less money. Another couple was at Fairview who had also left Sunrise. They bought a new Explorer also. Looking forward to going back to Gary for our new Super Duty.
Luis and King in parts dpt are awesome. They have great knowledge on the parts they are selling. Its nice to know that youll get the right parts here the first time. They call you back when they say they will. I generally get powerstroke diesel parts here and they almost always have it in stock. Ill keep coming back, thanks for the good service.

I came to Fairview Ford to look for a larger SUV as I needed more room than my vehicle at the time (CX-5). I knew I wanted and explorer and most of the specs I wanted it to have. Tyler was very helpful and worked with us to get us the monthly payments we were comfortable with. In addition, he gave us a great price for the trade in vehicle. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend Fairview and Tyler to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.
Just bought a 2021 Bronco for my wife. A year ago I bought a Ranger for myself. Sure we spend a pretty penny, however were treated awesome any time. I came for a simple oil change and walked out proud owners!! From the drop off this morning I was treated amazing and my oil change was free. But they treat you like a paying customer!!! Then we were just looking for the 4th time at the Broncos and no pressure to buy, just great customer service and again we sat with our same finance lady. Awesome. Shes so personable and makes the process easy and she makes you feel like weve been friends for yrs, well technically with our purchases, I guess we are!! lol... Seriously, this is my comfort dealership. I will buy again when I put massive miles on my Ranger.
We loved working with Tyler on buying our 2020 Ford Explore. My husband called the dealership and spoke with Tyler about the car, and they spoke over the next couple of days. We live in the mountains and because of our work schedule we werent able to go that day to look at it. Tyler was quick to respond to all of our questions and willing to meet us anytime and or day at the dealership. We were able to give all our information to Tyler before we got to the dealership which had us in and out in less than 2hrs. The whole team there is energetic and helpful. They were fun to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable.. who can say that about buying a car. They gave us a great trade in value for our 2018 equinox. Buyer Beware,A few weeks back I negotiated a price and gave a $2,000 deposit for a van that was in transit. I offered multiple times to sign a contract but the internet sales manager insisted their offer and our deposit was enough. I kept pushing after seeing the vehicle still listed for sale 3 weeks later. In the meantime, they determined that there was more demand in the current market for this vehicle and raised the price $3,000.00 despite their E price guarantee. Very disappointing to waste 3 weeks. With low inventory and reduced production, Im sure its a very challenging time for all the dealerships today. However, dont believe that dishonesty is the best approach.
My soon to be wife and I were looking tirelessly for a few weeks for the perfect bronco sport. After being let down a few times with other ford dealerships I gave Fairview a call, and Tyler assured me that they had one of the higher trim levels in stock. Skeptical we drove to the dealership and he contacted us letting us know he was waiting with the vehicle outside. When we arrived, to our surprise the vehicle was indeed there. A perfect color and the perfect trim for our likes. After a smooth test drive and having a great salesman (Tyler) we were locking in the deal. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end thanks to our salesman because he had some great knowledge of the vehicle as well as has great communication (which many salesman in other dealership lacked). It’s been a year since I purchased my car from Fairview Ford. It was my first time buying a new car and wasnt super sure about what to do. When I first arrived I was greeted by a sales rep by the name of Tyler and he was super helpfully with the whole process. He explained everything very clearly he even gave me some inside tips on what to do/say when buying a car. Through out my first year of owning the vehicle I have only had one problem with it and I reached out to Tyler and the employees at Fairview and they were very fast and responsive with helping me solve my issue.

I wouldn’t even give these guys at the service department a star. I’ve brought my truck here 2 times and the 1st time was a oil change I got my truck back with missing screws on the bottom engine cover then 2nd time it goes in for a tune up and now my check engine light is on for my Cadillac converter it’s a new truck never had a problem until I took it here. I will Never again give my service to this service department.
If you enjoy the service staff using profanity towards their customers then this a great place to go to get your vehicle serviced. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I have been in the automotive business for a number of years and if any of my service staff treated people like this they would be fired on the spot!!!
If I could give a negative zero I would, terrible credit department.First they tried to charge me for something without first getting my okay.Second they did a credit check on me even through they do not handle the credit, it is done by Ford Credit Corp. So now I have two hard inquires on my report. Why would a dealership affect your credit by running a hard inquiry that stays on your credit report for two years when they know they are not the actual approvers of the loan. If the Ford Credit Corp had denied me, okay ask a second credit company, but the actual dealership does not do any type of credit handling. They had no explanation other than because we can.This makes the dealership look bad, I will be going to other nearby Ford dealers for service instead of the closest one to my home.
With 25 years in the automotive industry I am probably one of the most difficult to impress clients to walk on to a car lot. I called Fairview from apple valley over an hour away. I was called back by Michael who told me he would discount truck and then minis rebates.. now I am retired and was very skeptical but drove the 50 plus miles and was very very delighted at the way my deal transpired. He did as he promised I was given a choice of trucks. Just a pleasure to buy from
Put a deposit on an incoming Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks in Area 51. Promised that the vehicle would not be sold until I got there. Waited almost a month. Found out they sold it to another on Thursday and did not tell me until Friday. The only upside is they refunded the deposit quickly.Lesson? Do not leave a deposit.
I was talking with them all week about a car. Made an appointment to go in and see it. They sent me pictures of it the night before. Got up in the morning to go to the appointment and called 20 minutes to confirm the appointment and that they still had the car. When I arrived they tell me sorry we dont have the car I can show you something else. I LITERALLY called 20 minutes before to confirm they still had the car. This dealership is trash and a bunch of sheisty snakes. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!! Marlene is a liar and will say anything to trick you into coming.

Shopping for my new Ford Flex at Fairview Ford was a great experience last year. I drove away 100% satisfied and still am one year later. My concern is the service departments inability to schedule maintenance in a timely matter. When my first oil change and check came due (5000 mi) I contacted the service department on two different occasions in an attempt to schedule the maintenance. Both times I submitted my request for an appointment at least two weeks out as they require, both times I received an email saying that they would get back to me to confirm my appointment. Neither time did I receive that appointment confirmation, forcing me to go elsewhere to get the required maintenance completed. Rick C

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Go anywhere else but here!!! Their prices aren’t even competitive and then I arrive I’m approved by capital one already!!!! APPROVED all I need to do is show up pick a car show drivers license and insurance. However, they call me ask me to complete an application and ask me question after question after question!!!!!!!! I explained I’m already approved. They said this is our process! Well, I found out from capital one that they charge dealers a higher fee than most for the loan! So these small dealerships get all this info AGAIN to run your credit through tons of other banks to try and push you into their financing!!!!!! I’ve bought 3 cars with Capital One Auto and this has never happened!!!!!!! Unbelievable and annoying. RUN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Julio in service refused to work on my 89 Ford bronco and I spoke with mike the manager and he stated it was company policy that they would not change parts on the vehicle only oil change and breaks he did not even look up the part I needed to see if it was in stalk just said the truck year was obsolete and they would not send it to me in writing because he owes me nothing I just asked him as a manager to be transparent with me and he refused said he was not going to waste his Time fake policy and refused to work on Ford products we will see what Ford Motor company thinks .

We drove two hours to buy a used trade -in that I researched on Car Guru advertised for a certain price. Got to dealership, did a test drive, agreed on a price and we were ready to sign and the sales manager came back and said it was advertised wrong on car guru and they wanted another $1000.00. How unethical and unprofessional . They made the error by advertising the wrong price and would not honor the advertised price. I’m I wrong but is this not terrible ?
Inquired about a truck on Edmunds and received an email from these guys about a 2021 F150. They send me this E guaranteed pricing, with restrictions for qualifications noted in the fine print. I then ask about how to qualify for this E price guarantee, spoke to two salesmen, including the sales manager, and not a single one could articulate how you qualify for the deal. I then called to speak with another sales manager, left him a message and again no contact.Place is a joke, they dont follow through on anything. Better off going to a place that cares about actually doing business and not trying to scam people on unbeatable prices that they cant explain how to qualify for, which is likely a ploy to waste your time. After looking at the reviews below, its the same internet team with these ploys (Marco Garcia). Delete any emails from these guys.
Customer service at this facility from start to finish was horrible. Salesman are pressure hungry vultures. Service area, appointment times not followed and if u just show up, good luck as u will be quickly reminded you need to have an appointment. My termination process humm, lacking....Wait, wait, wait, and wait some more while your pounded with endless questions. As a long fan of ford and my stable of vehicles this location WILL be the last past any of my fleet vehicle will be purchased from.
I had my disabled son call and look for drain plugs for the shop to practice his people skills and he was on the phone with Dennis. Dennis was very condescending and rude. My son had given him a model and year of the vehicle and Dennis was asking if he knew the cubic inches of the engine, then proceeded to laugh at my son when he didnt know. Very unprofessional, my shop will never come back to this parts center for any parts. My other shop owner friends have told me in the past that the customer service was bad, but I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt and that was obviously a mistake.

I brought my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited for service on Thu, Sep 17, 2020 to Fairview Ford service department. The Backup Camera & Steering Column Control Module needed replacement and reprogramming. The vehicle was purchased from Fontana Nissan, so of course, Nissan wasnt going to be familiar with Fords system. Century Automotive Service Corporation was the insurance company for the extended warranty that the vehicle has. Im glad the two dealerships and the insurance company were able to work out an agreement for the repairs.Bert Ruelas was the service advisor and he kept me informed the entire time.Great service. 5 Stars.

Fairview Ford has horrible customer service and I would not recommend spending your money at this dealership. There were very few employees wearing face masks and the dealership did not appear to be very clean. There was also no hand sanitizer available and they did not wipe down the vehicles before we looked inside. We made an appointment and planned to purchase a Ford Expedition Max and when we showed up the car was not available to test drive. The dealer said it needed to be inspected and smogged and would not be ready for at least another day. We had been communicating with Liz and Candice consistently about this vehicle for 3 days. We drove over an hour to see and test drive this vehicle and had to set up babysitting for our kids. Before we left our home we sent Liz a message with our ETA. I think it is very inconsiderate to make an appointment to see a vehicle that is not ready to be sold or test drove. They wasted our time and money on gas and babysitter. After we left the dealership on Wednesday we did not hear back from the dealership until this evening (Saturday) to inform us the vehicle had been sold.

Amazing experience. Danny Bustin went above an beyond for me. The Truck was new on lot and wasnt ready and need part ordered, it was supposed to be ready monday and Danny got it to me friday after noon all shining and ready to go. Paper work went fast and they walked though it all. I have delt with a lot of car dealer and not always fun right. Danny made it feel like I was dealing with a friend right away and the whole time. I highly recommend talk to him if you are looking.

I had occasion to take my 2016 Ford Escape into Fairview Ford recently and I couldnt be more pleased with the excellent service and attention to detail. They took care of my issues (water leak), ordered new parts and installed them quickly, and they did a thorough check-up of my car. Felipe Lopez was the representative (advisor?) who took care of everything for me and I highly recommend him, as well as Fairview if you are looking for responsible ford service in the San Bernardino/Riverside area.

My husband just purchased a brand new vehicle 2020, vehicle had a leak in tire we noticed the tire lookin a little flat and so decided to put air, when driving it home the tire went out with my kids in the car(very scary).We called them the very same day,they told us that they are busy bring it 3 days later, so we did and then they they tell us that we will be charged smh..really? What about thewarranty!, this was not our fault . I decided to call myself and when speaking to the manager David he starts to sound like he is getting very irritated with me because I am asking questions, then starts to yell at me and hangs up on me.Im still in shock! How can someone be the manager with very poor customer skills, especially to yell at a women just for asking questions.shame on you David!!I would not recommend on buying a vehicle here.Very poor service.

This is a great place, as far as dealerships are concerned. Stayed late to finish my deal, and once finance papers came through I was a percent lower interest than quoted when signing. Came back later to cancel extended warranty and gap insurance and they asked why and if I knew how it would affect things, but werent pushy and handled it easily. Id definitely come back again, especially if they had a used Audi with my name on it!

Never been here before, but the great guys at the front counter made it feel like Id been a regular for a while. They were polite and had the correct part for the Lincoln, I was working on, the very first time I asked for it. Crome trim pieces are hard to find. Specially on a 2017. But, they got it asap for us. Everyone I worked with to get my Explorer was great. First was Jay Baik he answered any questions I had via the Internet lead from True Car. Next was Jose who worked diligently to get me the correct payments and purchase options (I never knew there was an 84 month option). He continued to work with me through out my changing stipulations and was very courteous. Next Julian was the in person I met at the dealership because Jose was out on an emergency. Julian picked up where right were Jose left off. Julian was very knowledgeable about the Explorer and met everyone of my needs and financing questions as we waited for my wife to come see the vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone coming in! Finally Chuck the sales manager was very nice and I felt he was truly happy they could get a deal worked out for me and my wife. He and Julian even offered to deliver my Explorer to my house because I needed to get back to work. Awesome service all around 5 stars!
Parts customer service was terrible a Korean guy helped me and was defiantly not fit to be working in parts department at all he was very inexperienced about the parts I needed and didnt give me correct answers to my questions instead he lied to me which ended up costing me almost $1,377 in damage due to a different part he said would work just fine for my f-550 diesal thanks for the costly advise maybe you need to be more honest and ask for help if you dont know the proper and correct answers
I came here because I saw a used Camry they had advertised online. The video on the website show some scratches on the bumper so we were concerned. We called and asked to speak to the manager to see if he could confirm any damage and also asked to see the Carfax. He assured us the Carfax was clean and the bumper had been repaired and good as new. When we arrived we were surprised because the scratches were all touched up and you couldnt tell. Yay! So after the test drive when we asked for the Carfax they said they only work with auto check and it was clean no accidents. Luckily my friend works for a dealership and ran the Carfax. It turned out the car had 3 accidents! I was sad because I was there to buy the car but after seeing the Carfax I just couldnt pull the trigger.
AJ and Lara(?) really helped me out. I am from out of town and was stranded and they really worked with me and helped me out. Im not sure how much trouble AJ got into but I am extremely grateful!!!
