Great customer service and got a good deal on a refrigerator

The young man in charge was nice, but the pick up guy charged my roomate for the pickup. This was NOT in the conversation I had making the arrangements.

We were looking for a French door fridge since ours suddenly messed up. I did look other places and had other places in mind but when I called NDP Appliances and the owner Ammar Darwish answered he was very friendly and professional on the phone. I informed him I would come in the next day. Coming into the store the next day I was greeted by Ammar and was immediately shown a variety of options. He knew my budget and even helped me out. He went above and beyond. I was impressed that his drivers came and installed the fridge and hauled off the old one. Amazing service. And to top it off he has an amazing warranty which really made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. I highly recommend checking this store before going ANYWHERE else. Thank you for everything.

I purchased a washer and dryer there about 5 years ago and theyre still running strong.The guys came in to installed them and they even went the extra mile to check our stove connections. 👍

A year ago I bought a refrigerator from them because they recommended their business to us, worst mistake Ive ever made!! The first fridge I bought from them smelled terrible, I called them to let them know and they sent someone to check it out... fine they changed the fridge and gave me another one that didnt work either!!! I called them to let them know that my fridge was not getting cold (BECAUSE ON MY INVOICE IT SAID ONE YEAR PARTS AND LABOR) they sent a man to check it out, they said it was not working and they would have to give me another one.. oh but once the owner knew my warranty was about to expire he didnt want to do it anymore.. and was offering me this dumb deals telling me I had to pay the difference on a $170 refrigerator he had.. that was impossible I paid $200 originally for my refrigerator.. after that he said he would come fix it since I didnt want to get another one.. OH WELL THEY NEVER CAME!! By seeing the bad condition of the shop I shouldve known. Totally not recommend it!!! I would give it no stars if I could.

UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE SERVICE. I would not recommend doing business with them. An apt was set at 9-10am to have a stove dropped off, they never show at the appointed time. No calls from them to announce they were running late, NOTHING. We called at 11:35am to verify if they were still coming, They wanted to reschedule for the following day, we inform them that would not be possible and the fact that weve been waiting since 9am. No apologizes, just excuses. Promising to deliver the stove by 4pm, their words, well guarantee arrive time by 4pm Not true to their word, arrived by 5:45.Worst off and an older man and a young guy came to drop off the stove in what looked like a personal beat up little truck. Complaining all the while due to the amount of stairs they had to climb to get it into the house. ( the home was located in the San Bernardino mountains area. ) Its our hope that stove works in the long run

Look, there are so many other things I would rather spend money on than a fridge or washer and dryer. I got all three for a very reasonable price, delivered, and installed. They offer warranties and stand by their appliances. A+++

I cant give no stars or I would. This company Deliverd a broken dryer. The replacement dryer they brought had rust all inside the dryer and melted crayon. So Then they repaired the first broken one and brought it back still broken. The owner yelled on the phone called me crazy and said maybe I should fix it, or maybe I dont know how to use a dryer . He then hung up on me and wouldnt answer his phone when I tried calling back. He took my cash and promised a year warranty and I Never even got one working dryer. His business is a very unprofessional they make appointments and never show up then ignore your phone calls. So I paid$425 for a used washer that works, but 3 broken delivered dryers. The owner said its costing him too much money and maybe I should fix it. A dryer that from day one never worked. Save your time and money and please shop somewhere else

I recently had my 2nd experience with this company. It took me 15 minutes to find what I needed and for $25.00, they dropped off my new to me fridge and picked up my old fridge.The also made sure my ice maker was working properly before they left. They were ready to drop off the fridge before I was even ready.They also let me pay COD and met me at the bank. So I was able to get a fridge for $375 with an ice maker.

We bought a $460 maytag washer/dryer set literally this past Saturday with a year warranty towards parts and labor and this owner is already not honoring word. The dryer never worked. Along with the other two he brought as replacements (filled with rust). Now hes calling us crazy like we dont know how to use a dryer and has hung up on my wife and is no longer taking our calls. Do not give this con man one cent. He was in a real hurry to take our money, but will not back his product or his warranty. This is a warning, do not get taken advantage like us.

Good place to go to save a few bucks on a used appliance. Will pick up your old and deliver your purchased item.

Ridiculous service. I’ve been having non stop issues with their dryers and they take forever getting back to us. And when they say they will come they never keep their promise but instead keep pushing back days. I’m still waiting on them to bring me another dryer and still waiting. I’ve been having piles of clothes. I don’t have time for this BS. I will never go back to this place for any appliances. I have a feeling my warranty is going to expire just waiting for them.

If you want crappy stuff yeah a great place to go roaches they dont make good on their one-year warranty what else should I mention. My suggesting go find some places to go spend your money with at least they will take care of you

We have been going here for. NOW not so much I got a washer & a dryer & a side by side fridge. the dryer dont dry all the. I have to run it for a hour just to dry a of jeans. The ice maker makes ice but it doesnt come out the door. Like it should.We got on September 29 2017. The owner wants us to come get his guys to fix it & take him back to SanBernardino.We live in Hemet The owner knows that he said no problem they work . I call him EVERY WEEK he always say call me next week. Its been 2 1/2 Months now still not fixed.
