The wait time is horrible but the ice cream is amazing! We went during a weekend night and there were only two men employees servicing the counter,making the orders, cleaning the dine in area and tending to the customers. They did it all with no bad attitude or anything of that sort even though I’m sure they were overwhelmed. Some tables have games to ply but being that we’re dealing with a pandemic,that might not be something many want to do just yet. We had a cookies and cream,churro, and vanilla with chocolate and caramel. A mango Agua Fresca was purchased as well as a corn in a cup.

Best experience ever! Customer service is top notch! My server was so kind and fun, he offered suggestions (as it was my first time) and patiently explained the menu to me. His masterpiece was delicious and a work of Art! Just take a look!

My fav place for a sweet treat!! Dont come here often, but when I do Im glad I did!! The nicest employees ever. Ive tried several diff flavors and theyre all amazing. You cant go wrong here! And it does take a little longer than most dessert places...bring your patience and your appetite!! It is worth it!

We loved coming, even making the 30 minute trip. Today was the worst. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon at 3 and the guy was making ice cream. They only had one employee. A family was sitting down finishing up and a couple was waiting for their ice cream to be made. He never looked up to acknowledge us, no hello no anything. Then a few minutes later, a dad and son walked in. No hello no greeting. After he finished making the ice cream, it was our turn. Waited about 10 to order. I don’t mind the wait. He made our order and we had to eat outside as every table was dirty. The dad and son ended up walking out. The ice cream was good, but what happened to the service here? If only one employee is working on a Saturday afternoon (which they shouldn’t on a weekend), at least have them well trained and know how to greet and talk to customers. Sadly, I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon.

This is a very cool ice cream place. Its a twist on the typical cold slab with mix ins type of ice cream place. They start with the ice cream base that they spread on the cold plate, then mix in your chosen ingredients, it then solidifies (kind of like the opposite of a pancake), and then they roll them. I got the coffee shop and loved it.

Arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday. The place was locked up, all lights off, and there was a lock like for a Realtor on the door. I believe the place has been shut down.

The ice cream is beyond delicious! The process may seem complicated on your first visit but definitely worth it. Theres a wide variety of fresh flavors and toppings. I loved watching it made right in front of me! Friendly staff and fast service!

Delicious. My kids loved it. The cashier was friendly and very helpful, as it was our first time there. The small size was a very good portion. One of my kids didnt even finish. The interior is also very clean.

Came here a little after work today, traffic was bad coming down Bandera to hit 410, decided to stop off and have me something refreshing staff was very friendly and and respectful, very nice variety of mix Fruits and delighted sandwiches. Great 1st time experience here! Highly recommend!

Rolling Rey’s was super good, had an awesome pair of employees, and fun board games! To start, they have a combination of ice cream roll flavors and toppings. We got the churro flavored one, with freshly made churros as the topping! Extremely delicious! Aside from the ice cream, they have smoothies with tapioca balls, awesome drinks, and even wings! I got myself a drink that I’m familiar with. It contains grapefruit soda, orange juice and like juice, pineapple chunks and chamoy. Very delicious and refreshing. The sweet and spicy wings were better than many wing restaurants I’ve been too. So good, I reordered another plate of them! They served me two less wings than the first time since they had ran out so they gave me two free ice cream coupons for my next visit. Talk about outstanding customer service! Definitely recommend!🤓

I had their berry blast signature roll. It was worth every penny of the $5.99 I spent. I kid you not.Service: The employees here are quite friendly, and will answer your questions in a polite manner. I came at a busy time where the line was out the door, but they all kept their composure.Environment: Very bright space and a very bright feel. However, I will say that this space is very, very small. Hopefully theyll expand when they become more known. Frequent here probably 2-3 times a month. Most well known for their rolled ice cream. But everything from the their smoothies to their milkshakes is worth an order.Our personal favorites are the Churro roll ice cream and the mudslide.For any first timers, its always fun to watch. For anybody whos been, they have special events for dogs where they have specially made treats for them. Absolutely one of the best dessert places in town.

First and foremost I love Rolling Reys ice cream but today 1/21/2021 it was horrible . So my family and I order banana split signature rolls and cheese cake signature roll and two nachos. The ice cream was amazing but the nacho it was like one pump of cheese and I saw that and requested for more. So in total it was three Pump. So I decline the second nachos. I requested if he could switch the nacho to a corn in the cup. If I was a picky person I would have requested to my refund because my corn in a cup had no kind Mayo, the cheese was a little, and the corn was warmed up in the microwave. If these thing don’t change. I hate to say it but they will loss a customer.

I came in and the young man working did not have a mask on, he had a friend in hanging out without a mask. When walking in he told us he’d be back and left me in the empty store. 2 more people walked in behind me shortly afterwards. When he came back he got to the register and rushed all of us while we ordered. Will not be coming back to a place that is not following Covid-19 protocol and has terrible customer service. Very disappointed especially when I took my 6 year old daughter for the first time, we order our ice cream paid and the worker took our money didnt change his gloves since he was only touching the handle then he started making the ice cream and has he rolled it he grabbed the ice cream with the same dirty gloves when we asked why was he touching the ice-cream he seriously asked if we want him to change the gloves after he touched everything! Who knows how long he already had the gloves on.

Waited 30 minutes when we were the only ones in the store because a new employee kept messing up and having to restart the order then we get in the car to eat the ice cream and it had NO flavor. Tasted like straight plain yogurt. My 6 year old was already mad at the fact we waited forever and had to take it back in we spent $30 for bad service.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. I’ve had other rolled ice cream places, and there was nothing special about the flavor or quality of this ice cream. I’ve had much better ice cream from the grocery. We had to wait 15-20 minutes just for one rolled ice cream dish, and it wasn’t that impressive.

Disappointed in my experience. This was my first time and my last. I ordered nachos and the chips were crumbs with cold cheese. They remade my nachos and the cheese was again cold. I ordered a shaved ice and it was not even full. There was a woman in the restaurant on her computer who seemed to be in charge made no attempt to have her staff improve my order. Even saying to him he has to make shaved ice to the top but did not offer to do it to mine. A waste of an afternoon for my spouse and

Ice cream was good but the person working didn’t give me the $4 Wednesday special. He charged me regular price. I told him he charged me regular price and not the special. He said I should of told him I that it was a special today. That’s is something he should already know to apply the discount. I asked if he would refund me the difference and he said No.

Came here to try out their Thai rolled ice cream but ended up getting their good night smoothie. I wasn’t the biggest fan. The spring mix over powered the fruit and I just wasn’t in the mood. I did, however, manage to steal some ice cream from my boyfriend and best friend and theirs were pretty great. If you’re looking for a healthy, protein powered drink, smoothies are your best bet here. But the ice cream is pretty delicious. You can pick the specials or make your own!

Ice cream was good. Tried the cheesecake one and gansitos one. Pretty good. Been here twice and the people who work here look miserable with an exception of one girl. She seemed nice. But overall the ice cream is good and its clean.
