Chip kept in consistent touch with me, due to him having so much business. He determined the cause of why our heater didn’t work and returned the next day and completed his work. Not cheap, but worth every penny!

I bought a spa from TT&S in the mid-80s and recently purchased one for our new home. Their customer service and quality of products has never changed in over 36 years. It is outstanding!!!Many retailers of spas are here today and gone tomorrow. TT&S has demonstrated their longevity and success because of who they are. Our new spa was delivered as scheduled, with professional installation set up, and timely follow-up. Patti, Randy, and the team are the very best!

Texas Tub and Spa rescued my spa at my last residence and provided great maintenance service for several years. So, when I downsized to a new home, I went there first to look for a new spa. In the time of COVID, spas were a little hard to find. Shopping around, some businesses had spas in stock, but the prices were obviously high. Patti and Chip were totally straight with me about what was on order and available and what the price would be. The prices were in line what what I expected. When my spa came in, Randy and Chip made the delivery and set up service great, including providing a electrician to deal with the connection the builder had not finished. If you want absolute honesty and great service, go to Texas Tub and Spa!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We looked for over 12 months but the combination of a competitive price with great service was never there. We stopped in and met with Randy, and I feel so grateful we did. Not only did he thoroughly answer every single question (including pulling out a screen driver to show my husband the inside of the tub!), he graciously gave and my husband space to discuss amongst ourselves. We left there purchasing a Cal Spa. As if the showroom experience wasn’t great enough, Randy himself came to deliver the hot tub. This removed any of the potential, “we were told in the showroom by someone else” conversation. He delivered on everything he promised at the time of purchase and was patient with us and our children at delivery. We will recommend all friends and family to Randy!!! Stellar experience.

I literally spent months looking around town for hot tubs but kept coming back to Texas Tub and Spa.. It just felt right there. Patty was always so helpful and Chip and Randy are amazing. I purchased a new Hot Springs hot tub a couple years ago and have never regretted it. I prefer small independent businesses versus the chains and the fact that Chip and Randy actually do the work themselves was a plus. Have only had a couple issues with it and Randy was always prompt in getting over to check it out and fix it. His knowledge and professionalism is what a customer looks for in a business and i would highly recommend them if you want those qualities. (plus they have cool cat that wanders the store!)

Go to TX Tub & Spa FIRST if you are shopping for a unit! We were told by a friend of their great sales and service and we are so thankful for them!Their business standards cant be beat! This awesome company is very, very reliable and honest. Their showroom is very impressive, and their products are top-notch quality. You can even try tubs in their showroom, too!We bought our hot tub 18+ years ago and the setup and operating advice were very informative. Anytime we have an issue, Patty helps us tremendously by phone and Randy gladly comes to evaluate and repair it. (I believe there has been only 3-4 occasions we needed repair service, and have ordered and replaced our cover two times through TX T&S, which, by the way - is expected due to it being exposed in the elements 24 hours per day.)You can ask questions regarding your spa, and they will advise you in a very honest manner about what will be the best option to either repair or replace a unit. Their showroom, supplies/filters are priced reasonably and they have adequate stock at all times.Quality of the tubs offered elsewhere (we tried several) are so very substandard in performance, reliability, customer service and warranty. You wont regret buying from Texas Tub & Spa!

We just purchased a spa from Texas Tub and Spa and are extremely happy with the value and service we received. Patty, Randy and the crew are very knowledgeable and service-oriented. The delivery and set-up of the spa went very smoothly, and they were on-time and very professional. I highly recommend them if youre in the market for a spa.

After going to 3 places to look for a Hot tub, we stopped in here and was awed by the selection and price. They had what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Bought it on the spot. They delivered in a week and set up was a breeze.

Worse service experience ever. We would give them less than one star, if possible. It took them at least 2 months to return our call. We would have contacted another company but they were the only Hot Springs Hot Tub service center we could find in San Antonio. It took at least another couple of months for Chip, their service guy, to come and glance at our hot tub for 5 minutes and say hed be back. Another month later, he came back with 2 other guys. They lifted our 10 year old, 16K hot tub, said it was not fixable. They charged us $542 and left. We feel very taken advantage of by them. We will be buying another hot tub but will definitely not purchase from them.

Randy and Patty at Texas Tub and Spa are great to work with. If your looking for a great Hot Tub and want to work with reputable people who take a service approach rather than a high pressure sales approach you want to work with Texas Tub and Spa. They will give you a great price and even better service. They are a smaller shop but that allows them to treat every customer like family !! Bigger is not always better ! I would get another hot tub with them again without question.

Randy has been servicing our hot tub for 10 plus years and he is wonderful. We were ready for a new one and they had some great deals. They delivered it and set it up with no problems at all. I would highly recommend them for service and for a new spa.

Just received my new Cal Spa HotTub and I love it. It is most enjoyable especially after a hard day’s work outside on the ranch. Randy and his team of professionals provided a great hot tub spa at a very competitive price and the delivery and setup was superb.

Randy repaired my 12yr old Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub for a fraction of the price of the competition. He is honest and reputable. I was told by the large dealer in town who came out twice and charged me for service calls that I needed to replace my hot tub with a new one for $13,000. Randy came out and fixed it and all it was was a small hose that was leaking on the waterfall. I will refer and always call Texas Hot Tubs!!

Randy provided excellent service and at a very reasonable cost. He brought life back to my old spa. I will certainly purchase my next spa from his company.

In our search for a hot tub, we went to Texas Tub and Spa. Our main motivation was due to the fact that we had purchased a tub from them a number of years previously. We appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the very helpful sales associate. She was informative, not pushy at all and really tried to match our needs with the right tub. She was very thorough. I know we spent more time there than we planned but she was very patient with us. Based on both our past and current experiences with Texas Tub and Spa, I would recommend them as the place to go for a hot tub. We are looking forward to enjoying our purchase for years to come.

Our hot tub had several leaks from rodent damage. Chip came out and fixed the water lines and after we filled it back up we discovered a small leak in an area that was very obscure. I called him and he came back over that day and fixed it. He was the most positive, customer service oriented service person I have worked with. I would highly recommend him and his company. We will definitely use them in the future and when it is time for a new tub, we will buy from them as we know what kind of service we will get.

They dont return the calls or the emails for several months already. Definitely not using them again.
