I called Bell Pool for estimate on a pool repair and issues with chemical/algae problems. I spoke with Sheila at the office. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Josh did a repair and was quick and professional. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Ed, when he came out to the house to better understand chemical issues. He spent the time to check and diagnose my pool, and suggested a treatment that will potentially save me hundreds of dollars and work more effectively than an ozone generator that I was considering. He is a genuine, knowledgeable, and hard working man. He spent an hour testing and diagnosing pool before making recommendation, and was never pushy about using his service or products. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their service.

Bell Pool and Spa is simply the best and most knowledgeable pool and spa company in South Texas.Ed, Shiela and Philip are highly knowledgeable and have answers to every problem from water chemistry management to mechanical and electrical problems/repairs and to remodeling and upgrading existing pools and spas.They stay busy so be prepared to wait in line for service but when they come, the job is done right and to the highest standards.

Everyone always mentions that they rarely write reviews but Im not one of those. When you discover a gem in a highly competitive industry, it helps commerce to share the benefits of their service. This company truly delivers. Their staff is punctual, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about water chemistry and pump equipment. The owner has been present at every visit while working on our older model spa. He knows all the manufacturers and is extremely helpful regarding training and post visit support. I work in mechanical manufacturing as a sales person and was truly impressed from explanation of the problem, repair quote that was fair, and performance with thorough testing before departing. If there were more stars Id offer them. With so many Service providers in the pool and spa business of Central & South TX, these folks are far and away the best value and quality of service for the dollar.

1986 is when the first time i called out Bell service for a pool repair,it went well! I was impressed! i have used them many times since! I also have bought three hot tubs over the last 25 years (hotsprings) and they did all my repairs on them also! I still have my 2008 Grandee,running strong, and LOVE the updates they recommended in 2019! its like I have a new Hot Tub !

Very polite. I was able to give a description to Shelia over the phone about my concerns on our hot tub. This information was actually communicated to Mr. Bell and they brought the part for the diagnosis, just in case. Simple, but never happens anymore. Saving everyone a lot of time and money. Had the part, spa product recommendations that I purchased, and in a hour and a half my hot tub was up and going again.

These guys are the very best! Kind, polite, honest and do amazing work at very reasonable prices. Each time I talk to Ed and they go out to a rent home I have in San Antonio, they do great honest work at very reasonable prices!I cannot praise these guys enough and I know if they come fix it, it was done right and for the right price.

I couldn’t recommend Bell Pool & Spa more highly. Knowledgeable technicians who know what they are doing from A-Z. They not only sold me a high-quality hot tub, they’ve maintained it flawlessly. On the couple of times in the past decade that something had worn out, they were quick to get/have the parts they needed, and installed them at a fair price. When I moved, they not only moved my hot tub, they prepared the new site; everything from power to pavers! And again, at a fair price.

In Fredericksburg, TX and my hot tub became disabled and had one company visit and were unable to fix. A call to Sheila and Ed at Bell Pool and Spa had them out the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem then resolve it in a timely manner. They communicated all the issues and even had some suggestions for a rookie spa owner. I appreciate their help and skills in resolving the issues I had. I would certainly use them again.

My overall experience with Bell Pool and Spa was awesome. They are nice, and very affordable and also gave me some valuable information when cleaning my hot tub. I will definitely be using them for all of my hot tub needs. Very satisfied customer!

Great customer service from our first phone call to the spa tech who came out to troubleshoot our hot tub. When we first called, the receptionist/scheduler went through some easy troubleshooting with us so we wouldnt pay for a service call if it was just an easy fix. The spa repair techs that arrived were professional and thorough- and quickly concluded that the electrician wired the main line to a breaker that couldnt provide the voltage needed to run the hot tub. He explained exactly what needed to be corrected, gave tips and teaching on our hot tub opperation, made sure we had his number for any more questions, and then gave some great suggestions for a much needed replacement cover. We have definitely found our go to spa guy!!

My husband and I have done business with Bell Pools and Spas since 1998 when we had a Hot Springs Sovereign Model spa. Our Sovereign was already 7 years old when Eddie started servicing it. Through regular warranty maintenance and other servicing, Eddie kept it in top shape until it was 14 years old. We sold it then because we were moving to Minnesota, even though it was still working fine. Recently, we returned to San Antonio to our previous home for the winter only (Nov. to March). We called Eddie at Bell Pools again because of our excellent experience with him. Because we were only staying 5 months, we only wanted to rent a spa because we have one in Minnesota. Eddie arranged for us to rent one of his used Hot Springs spas for 5 months at a very reasonable cost. He delivered it, set it up, provided us with chemicals, and came and got the spa when our rental time was up. Because Eddie has been so reliable through the years and very knowledgable on spa, we give him our highest recommendation.

Im in shock that there are very few reviews for this OUTSTANDING company!! We purchased our spa from the original owner, we had to replace the cover only due to wear and tear, which was no big deal, what was amazing is that this company has ALL of their customers records and any type of service or repair that has been done for each customer. I recently had to replace my cover, due to rain damage, not real sure what happened, but the cover had a dip and was holding water from heavy downpour, nonetheless, I took numerous pictures and submitted for repair or replaement of my cover. Happy to know that my cover will be repaired free of charge and will be completed in a reasonable time frame. This company is what customer service looks like. I am very pleased!!

I was having some issues with my very old hot tub, it appeared to be leaking. I had seen Bell Pool and Spas on the my neighborhood website and it came highly recommended. My husband called and they were able to come out the next day. Needless to say my hot tub is fixed and I learned a lot more about my pool and spa than I ever knew. Service was prompt, professional and I will definitely use Bell again. Thank you!

I had Bell Pool and Spa do my drain and clean, and now I have them doing the weekly maintenance. They did a great job on the drain and clean. They are doing great with the maintenance. I had a leak in the swim spa yesterday. I called them and they were going to come out yesterday, but they came out today instead because they had a medical emergency with one of their employees yesterday. However, they fixed the leak today. Great and fast service

First off Mr. Bell gave me a courtesy call before heading over to my house to repair my spa. He was able to diagnose the issue promptly and fixed the heater board within my time frame since i had a doctors appointment to go to. Havnt had any issues since and he also helped me out with my water chemistry,was having hard water problems Ill be using them again and also referring anyone to them thank you guys

You have been warned!!! Do not use this company! They have no showed for several appointments and both my pool and spa remain not fixed after 2mo. It has been a series of excuses for not showing up. Awful company!
